Claims (8)
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil aus Aluminium oder dergleichen zur Herstellung von Rahmenelementen für Türen, Fenster, Fassaden, Glasdächer, Trennwänden und dergleichen, mit einer Innen- und Außenkammer und wenigstens zwei beabstandeten, mit den Wärmetransport herabsetzenden Öffnungen versehenen Brückenstegen zur Verbindung der Innen- und Außenkammer, in welche feuerhemmende Materialien eingesetzt sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit den Öffnungen (15, 15a) versehenen Mittelstege (13, 14) eine räumliche Gitterstruktur bilden, derart, daß innerhalb des Gitters der sich gegenüberliegenden Mittelstege (13, 14) der auf die Länge jeweils eines Mittelsteges (13, 14) bezogene Materialanteil des Gitters soweit reduziert wird, daß die innerhalb der Prüfnormen nach einer vorgegebenen Zeit maximal zulässigen Oberflächentemperaturen nicht überschritten werden. Er beträgt beispielsweise 5 %.
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen als in einer Reihe angeordnete Langlöcher (15, 15a) ausgebildet sind.
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Langlöcher (15, 15a) jedes Mittelsteges (13) um vorzugsweise die halbe Länge zu den Langlöchern (15, 15a) des dazu beabstandeten Mittelsteges (14) versetztsind.
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Außen- und Innenkammer (11, 12) eingesetzten feuerhemmenden Werkstoffe form- und/oder kraftschlüssig gehalten sind.
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längen der Langlöcher (15, 15a) und die Längen der Gitterstege (16) auf der Länge des Mittelsteges (13, 14) gleichbleibend sind.
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längen der Langlöcher (15, 15a) und die Längen der Gitterstege (16) auf der Länge des Mittelsteges (13, 14) unterschiedlich lang sind.
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge eines Langloches (15) annähernd doppelt so groß ist wie die Längen von zwei in der Reihe folgenden Langlöchern (15a).
- Brandgeschütztes Mehrkammer-Hohlprofil nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Mittelsteg (13, 14), vorzugsweise an einer Seite, ein vorgefertigter durchgehender Profilstab (18) aus einem im Brandfall aufschäumenden Material festgelegt ist.
