Description

The invention relates to a packaging container for liquid products with a Container closure that opens automatically when the pressure changes in the container or closes.

Packaging containers of this type, for example in bottle form, are known (see e.g. US-A-5,000,354. These packaging containers are e.g. provided with a membrane closure, it opens when the pressure in the container increases, and it opens again automatically closes when the pressure in the tank decreases again. To increase the pressure to effect, it is necessary to the container side walls press, which requires that the packaging container be sufficient is flexible. However, this means that such a container, especially if it is already partially emptied and is relatively difficult to handle. Such a container can also be used, for example, in sanitary facilities Equipment is used as a liquid soap dispenser, poorly set up or attach to a wall.

The object of the invention is to create a generic container improve that it is easy to handle regardless of the level and on the other hand it is to be fastened well to a wall or the like.

This task is with a packaging container of the type mentioned Art solved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.

A packaging container designed in this way can be handled well as well also attach well to a wall or the like. He can, for example, with its flat surface can be glued to a flat wall surface or in one Stand or placed in a wall bracket, the at least one flat surface ensures a non-rotatable insertion into the holder guaranteed in the stand. The container is a matter of course attached with the closure side down, so that regardless of Liquid product level always in the area of the container closure located so that the pressure in the Container is raised and the product can be discharged. Through the targeted actuation by pressure on the actuating surface will become unstable of the container prevented.

To facilitate handling, it is provided that at least two actuating surfaces are provided, which are on two opposite Side walls are arranged.

It is also provided that the container in the area of the actuating surfaces a smaller wall thickness than in the other container areas having. The wall thickness can then advantageously be chosen so that the Container itself is stable and only in the area of the actuating surfaces normal force can be pressed.

To increase the stability of the container and for better fixability in one Wall bracket or a stand can be provided that the Container for insertion into a wall bracket or a stand circumferential profiles is provided.

It is also provided that the container is rectangular in cross section is designed with a rounded front wall. By combining with this rounded front wall and flat side walls results in one of decorative surface visible on all three visible sides. In addition, through the flat rear wall is attached to a wall surface by gluing protection against the same or snapping into a wall bracket Bulging the container when pressure is applied to the actuating surfaces causes. Another advantage of this cross-sectional shape lies in the combination of the Advantages of rectangular and circular shape, namely on the one hand there is an isomodule-compatible Form (because rectangular) and on the other hand is an optimal squeezable Bottle (rounded area) available.

Fig. 2
a side view of the container of FIG. 1 and
Fig. 3

An inventive packaging container for liquid products is in the Drawing generally designated 1. This packaging container is for example suitable for absorbing liquid soap and has a cross-section an approximately rectangular shape, the rear wall 2 being flat. At this rear wall 2, two are also preferably at right angles substantially flat side walls 3 and 4, which ends in a rounded go over part-cylindrical front wall 5.

This cross section of the container changes from a bottom wall 6 in not substantially above the height of the container 1, the go at the upper end Walls 2, 3, 4 and 5, however, via 7 bevels in a container opening with container closure, which is designated 8. This Container closure 8 is preferably a membrane closure known per se trained to prevent the product from escaping from the packaging container 1 enables when the pressure inside the tank increases, but again closes when the pressure inside the container decreases. The container closure 8 can also be provided with a transport protection cap, which with 9 is indicated.

In the two side walls 3 and 4 are at the same height two protruding or arched actuating surfaces 10 are provided opposite one another, which are designed as concave pressure troughs in the exemplary embodiment. The area of these actuating surfaces 10 is opposite the other container wall areas formed with a smaller wall thickness, so that pressing in the container wall in the area of the actuating surfaces 10 is possible with little effort. In the rest of the area is the wall thickness the container walls selected so that with little effort essentially no deformation of the container is possible. Here are to increase stability Profiles in the form of grooves or the like are provided, these profiles are designated by 11.

The rear wall of the container 1 can be provided with an adhesive coating, which enables the container 1 to be easily attached to a wall surface fasten. The adhesive coating can e.g. B. formed by a double-sided tape be, the side facing away from the container 1 then of course with a Protective film is provided, before attaching the container 1 to the wall surface is to be subtracted from the user. Instead of an adhesive tape, a Velcro or the like can be used. The container is a matter of course attached to the wall so that the container closure 8 on the Underside, i.e. the container is then upside down. Due to the container design and the attachment of the flat rear wall 2 A stable container is available on a wall, even when pressure is applied does not tend to bulge. If product is to be removed, see above pressure is exerted on the two actuating surfaces 10 by the user's hand, so that the inner volume of the container is reduced and thus the pressure in the Container rises, causing product from the container through the diaphragm valve of the container closure 8 can emerge. This is independent of the level of the container 1, because of the stability of the container 1 a reliable Pressure build-up guaranteed by deliberately pressing the actuating surfaces 10 is.

If it is not desired to glue the container 1 to a wall surface, an additional stand or a wall bracket can also be provided. Such a wall bracket is indicated by dashed lines in FIGS. 1 to 3 and designated 12. The internal dimensions of the wall bracket 12 are and the outer dimensions of the container 1 and in particular the profiles 11 chosen so that the container 1 snaps into the ring Wall bracket 12 can be used. The wall bracket 12 itself can glued to the assigned wall surface or by means of screws or the like be attached to the wall. This solution with wall bracket 12 offers the additional advantage that the packaging container 1, when emptied, easily can be replaced. It is due to the shape of the container and corresponding inner shape of the wall bracket 12 an accurate, non-rotating Positioning the packaging container 1 in the wall bracket 12 guaranteed. Because of the locking connection there is also one psychological theft protection given, because during the introduction or removal the container 1 to overcome a certain resistance.

Due to the rounded design of the front wall 5 and the straight side walls 3 and 4 results in an optimal visible from all three sides Decorative surface.

As can best be seen from FIG. 3, the container closure 8 is preferably asymmetrical, i.e. arranged at a greater distance from the wall to a to ensure flawless product removal.

Of course, the invention is not based on the illustrated embodiment limited. Further configurations are possible without the range defined in the claims to leave. Of course, this is also a combination with a stand possible and the like. more.
