Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a post and bars in Frame structure constructed from hollow profiles, especially for facades or the like, in the Wall elements in the form of glass panes, panels or The like on the edge between the posts or transoms and are held together with these pressure bars, the posts at least one in the longitudinal direction of the Profiled drainage channel for condensation and / or Have leachate that is groove-shaped and is open to the outside of the facade, with a Drainage part or sealing part, each in the Drainage channel (s) protrudes and the water from the Drainage channel towards the outside of the facade derives there.
Silikon, erfolgen.Such frame constructions are known from practice and serve that on the inside of the facade occurring water, which is both Leachate, which despite existing seals in small dimensions from the weather side to the inside of the Facade can get around as well Condensation can act towards the outside of the facade drain. Open into the drainage channels of the posts mostly corresponding horizontally running Drainage channels of the bars in which the water is collected. The drainage part consists in the Usually made of elastic material, such as plastic, Rubber or the like and is designed so that it is flush with the walls of the drainage channel. It However, it has been shown that the sealing effect achieved in generally not sufficient, because assembly is not to complicate unnecessarily - the size of the drainage part adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the drainage channel must be, with manufacturing tolerances too are taken into account. In addition, the Sealing in the area of the usually sharp-edged trained corners of the drainage channel because of the mostly insufficient material elasticity is difficult. in the The result must therefore be an additional seal Inject a suitable sealant, e.g. Silicone, respectively.
The invention has for its object a Frame construction of the type mentioned above improve that without additional measures the Drainage part or the sealing part incoming water completely drained to the outside of the facade.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the drainage part or the sealing part for each Drainage channel with a cross section approximately has adapted profile bar, which on their im installed condition upper edge protruding to the side, has elastically formed sealing lips, which are the Drainage channel in the entire area of the groove floor as well of the groove walls create a seal.
The advantage achieved by the invention is essential in that the sealing lip is essential has higher elasticity, which means that even in critical Areas, such as the corners of the groove-shaped Drainage channel, complete sealing achieved becomes. Covered when configured as a sealing part this is the expansion joint or the miter gap of two contiguous profiles, whereby penetration of Water over the expansion joint or the miter gap into the Interior of the building is prevented.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention provided that the lateral surface of the profile strip Groove bottom or the groove walls faces at a distance, the sealing lips starting from the profile strip run diagonally upwards. The Sealing lips advantageously between themselves Form a pool for the water. This ensures that the water due to the formed by the sealing lip Gradient from the critical sealing area immediately flow away.
Especially if several drainage channels in the Posts are in place, it is beneficial if everyone Collecting room via a gutter with a collecting basin in Connection is established at the lowest vertex of an im the rest essentially horizontal or slightly Sloping towards the outside of the facade Drainage pipe opens.
To also go straight out of the drainage channel originating water beyond a complete drainage in the Reaching the area of the drainage part continues suggested that the collection basin cover all of the free, between the end faces of the wall elements, the post and the cross-sectional area formed by the pressure bar completely filled out. Thus, for example, discharged such water that on the end faces of the Wall elements come down. It is then also advantageous here if the edge facing the end faces of the wall elements of the collecting basin also diagonally upwards directional sealing lip.
From this point of view, it can also be advantageous if the drainage part is one in the for attachment the screw channel provided on the post protruding sealing strip, which at its upper edge carries an obliquely upward sealing lip.
Furthermore, there is the possibility within the scope of the invention that the drainage pipe through a hole in the Pressure bar extends through, which the collected Water can drain off the outside of the facade.
It is also regarding the desired sealing effect of advantage if the pressure bar one for Drainage channel directed contact pressure on the Drainage part exerts so that the sealing lips against the Groove walls are pressed.
Finally, the invention also provides that the sealing part of one of the groove contour following bent sheet metal strip, on the edge of which Sealing lips are connected.
