Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Fördern eines Streifens (1) eines Hüllmaterials für Zigarettengruppen oder -packungen (4) entlang einer Förderstrecke in einer Packmaschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Fördermitteln (8, 9), von denen das zweite (9) das Hüllmaterial (1) an seinen Rändern erfassende, umlaufende Saugbandförderer (16,17) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Fördermittel (8) das Hüllmaterial (1) nur etwa mittig zwischen dessen Seitenrändern erfassend und zum zweiten Fördermittel (9) hin fördernd ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Fördermittel (8) wenigstens ein umlaufendes Förderband (11) mit einem parallel zur Förderrichtung (7) des Hüllmaterialstreifens (1) verlaufenden Fördertrum ist, welches das Hüllmaterial (1) nur etwa in der Mitte zwischen dessen Seitenrändern berührt und zum zweiten Fördermittel (9) hin fördert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem ersten Fördermittel (8) auf der dem Fördermittel abgewandten Seite des Hüllmaterialstreifens (1) ein das Hüllmaterial gegen das Fördermittel drückendes Andruckmittel zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erstes Fördermittel (8) ein umlaufendes Saugförderband (11) vorgesehen ist, dessen Fördertrum zum Halten des Hüllmaterials (1) mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Antrieb der Förderbänder des ersten (11) und des zweiten Fördermittels (16,17) separate Antriebe (14 bzw. 21) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Übergabezone zwischen dem Ende des ersten (8) und dem Anfang des zweiten Fördermittels (9) eine vom Hüllmaterialstreifen (1) Abschnitte (3) abtrennende Querschneideinrichtung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem zweiten Fördermittel (9) eine Überführungsstation (2) für Zigarettengruppen oder Packungen (4) zugeordnet ist, daß die Überführungsstation eine die Förderstrecke des Hüllmaterials (1) im Bereich des zweiten Fördermittels (9) kreuzende Überführungsbahn (31) aufweist und daß Mittel (32) zum Bewegen einer Gruppe oder Packung (4) entlang der Überführungsbahn (31) vorgesehen sind, welche die Gruppe oder Packung (4) unter Mitnahme eines in der Überführungsstation (2) bereitgehaltenen Hüllmaterialabschnitts (3) aus einer ersten in eine zweite Position verschieben.
