Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zum Wechseln der Unterfadenspule in einem über eine Greiferwelle (5) angetriebenen Umlaufgreifer (8, 9) einer Stick- oder Nähmaschine ermöglicht eine erhebliche Verringerung der Stillstandszeit der Maschine beim Unterfadenwechsel und hat hierzu einen Schlitten (4) mit mindestens zwei parallel zu der Greiferwelle (5) ausgerichteten Kupplungswellen (6, 7), von denen jede an ihrem der Greiferwelle (5) abgewandten Ende einen Umlaufgreifer (8, 9) trägt, während ihr der Greiferwelle (5) zugewandtes Ende mit letzterer derart kuppelbar (21; 22, 23) ist, daß der Schlitten (4) bei Stillstand der Greiferwelle (5) rechtwinklig zu dieser und parallel zur Stichplattenebene (1) um den Abstand der Kupplungswellen (6, 7) reversierend verfahrbar ist.
