Abstract

An extractor comprising a bottom part (4) and a top part (5), placed opposite and separated from each other whilst being fixed to each other by means of struts (6), defining between them an open free space (7) forming a venturi, in communication with an opening (8) provided in the bottom part (4), characterised by the fact that the face of the top part (5) opposite the bottom part (4) is in the form of a dish with a circular shape overall and with an outside diameter equal to or close to the outside diameter of the bottom part (4), comprising an annular external part and a central part (15) offset axially towards the top with respect to the annular external part and with a diameter equal to or close to the diameter of the opening (8) formed in the bottom part, the central part and the annular external part being flat or substantially flat.
  2. An extractor according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that the diameter of the central part (15) is between 0.8 and 1.25 times the diameter (d) of the opening (8).
  3. An extractor according to either one of Claims 1 or 2, characterised by the fact that the diameter of the central part (15) is between approximately 0.4 and 0.6 times the outside diameter of the dish (5).
  4. An extractor according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised by the fact that the diameter of the central part (15) is around one half the outside diameter of the dish (5).
  5. An extractor according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised by the fact that the axial offset between the central part (15) with respect to the annular external part (16) is around one tenth of the diameter of the central part (15).
  6. An extractor according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised by the fact that the axial offset of the central part (15) with respect to the annular external part (16) is between 0.15 and 0.5 times the diameter (d) of the opening (8).
  7. An extractor according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised by the fact that the central part (15) is connected to the annular part (16) by a connecting wall (17) inclined in a frustoconical fashion to the axis (3) of the extractor.
  8. An extractor according to Claim 7, characterised by the fact that the angle of inclination of the connecting wall (17) to the axis (3) is between 15° and 45°, in particular around 20°.
  9. An extractor according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised by the fact that the dish (5) has an external edge (18) falling towards the bottom.
  10. An extractor according to Claim 9, characterised by the fact that the axial length of the falling external edge (18) is around two thirds of the axial offset of the central part (15) with respect to the annular part (16).
  11. An extractor according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterised by the fact that the bottom part (4) comprises a frustoconically shaped piece (9) whose base (10) is turned towards the top part (5) in the form of a dish and whose large base (10) is directed in the opposite direction.
  12. An extractor according to Claim 11, characterised by the fact that the diameter of the large base (11) is between 1.6 and 2.5 times the diameter (d) of the small base (10).
  13. An extractor according to Claim 11 or 12, characterised by the fact that a lip (10a), with a substantially circular cross-section and with the same axis (3) and diameter (d) as the opening (8), is fixed to the bottom part (4), at its small base (10), and directed towards the top part (5).
  14. An extractor according to one of Claims 11 to 13, characterised by the fact that the bottom part (4) also comprises a second piece (12) of frustoconical shape overall, associated with the first piece (9), the large bases (11, 13) being common or substantially common and the small bases (10, 14) being opposed.
  15. An extractor according to any one of Claims 7 to 14, characterised by the fact that the space (19) formed by the axially offset central part (15) and the connecting wall (17) is empty, the extractor (1) being of the static type.
  16. An extractor according to any one of Claims 7 to 14, characterised by the fact that the hollow space (19) formed by the axially offset central part (15) and the connecting wall (17) allows the housing of the blade or blades (20) of a turbine (21), the extractor (1) being able to be of the static or dynamic type.
  17. An extractor according to Claim 16, characterised by the fact that the turbine (21) is fixed to the top part forming a dish (5) opposite to the bottom part (4)
  18. An extractor according to either one of Claims 16 and 17, characterised by the fact that it also comprises a cover (22) protecting the turbine (21), fixed to the dish (5).
  19. An extractor according to Claim 18, characterised by the fact that the cover (22) has a conical shape overall.
  20. An extractor according to Claim 18, characterised by the fact that the cover (22) has a frustoconical shape overal with a top transverse wall (23).
  21. An extractor according to Claim 20, characterised by the fact that the top wall (23) comprises an opening (23a) and is surmounted, with a space (26), by a conical cowl (25).
