Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Kämmgarnitur für Walzen und Tragsegmente von Textilmaschinen, wie Kämmaschinen, Karden oder ähnliche Maschinen, bestehend aus Sägezahnstanzteilen mit am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendem prismatischen Element, die durch Löten, Schweißen, Kleben oder durch einen eingespritzten Kunststoffkörper fest miteinander verbunden sind und so feste, mit Sägezähnen besetzte Riegel bilden, welche auf der kreisbogenförmigen Außenfläche der Walze bzw. des Tragsegmentes befestigt sind. Derartige Garnituren und Vorrichtungen sind bekannt. Aus EP 0 035 129 und DP 30 07 245 ist ein Zahnbesatz bekannt, welcher aus am Außenumfang kreisbogenförmigen Zahnsegmenten besteht, die mindestens eine axial verlaufende Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme eines achsparallel durch die Zahnsegmente verlaufenden und diese verbindenden stabartigen Halteteils aufweisen, das an der Walze oder auf dem Tragsegment befestigt ist und durch Wangen des Tragsegmentes oder der Walze zusammen gehalten wird. Ziel dieser Ausführungsform ist es, einzelne Zahnsegmente bei Beschädigung zu wechseln, um damit Kosten zu sparen.
Dabei sind dort die Sägezahnstanzteile meist mit schwalbenschwanzförmigen Ausnehmungen versehen, in die ein schwalbenschwanzförmiges stangenartiges Halteteil eingreift. Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zu Grunde eine Sägezahngarnitur der eingangs dargestellten Form auszubilden ,die eine zuverlässige Festlegung von Sägezahnstanzteilriegeln auf einem Tragekörper ohne Deformation der Sägezahnstanzteile ermöglicht. Gleichzeitig soll ein schneller Austausch ganzer Zahnriegel sowie die Befestigung in radialer wie auch axialer Richtung sicher erfolgen.
Es wird einerseits das Auswechseln kompletter Walzen bzw. Zylindersegmente und andererseits das Auswechseln einzelner Zahnsegmentscheiben vermieden, da sowohl das Aufziehen eines neuen Sägezahndrahtbesatzes wie auch das Wechseln einzelner Sägezahnstanzteile im allgemeinen Spezialeinrichtungen erfordert, die dem Anwender meist nicht zur Verfügung stehen.Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object of forming a sawtooth set of the shape shown at the beginning, the one Reliable setting of sawtooth die locks on a support body without deformation of the sawtooth die parts. - 1.)Die Sägezahnstanzteile ein am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendes prismatisches Element aufweisen, das durch das Aneinanderreihen der Sägezahnstanzteile zum Halteelement wird.
- 2.) Die einzelnen Sägezahnstanzteile durch Löten, Schweißen, Kleben oder
durch einen eingespritzten Kunststoffkörper fest miteinander verbunden sind.

Durch das am Stanzteilfuß außenliegende Element wird der Querschnitt des Stanzteiles so verstärkt, daß die aufzubringende Spannkraft der Schrauben zum Befestigen des Riegels auf dem Tragekörper keine Deformation der Zahncheiben in radialer Richtung des Tragekörpers verursacht. Damit wird eine genauere Anpassung zwischen dem Wirkradius der Walze bzw. des Tragsegmentes und dem notwendigen Wirkradius in der Textilmaschine möglich.In an advantageous embodiment, the sawtooth stampings are connected to one another by a plastic body injected into punched bores in such a way that the individual disks can no longer be detached. Weitere Merkmale Vorteile und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsformen anhand der Zeichnungen:

Figur 1 ist schematisch dargestellt wie dieSägezahnstanzteile 1 mit dem außenliegendenprismatischen Element 2 und denBohrungen 3 mit Hilfe deseingespritzten Kunststoffkörpers 4 und dergepritzten Endplatte 5 einen nicht lösbaren Riegel bilden. Figur 2 zeigt einen nach dem Prinzip derFigur 1 hergestellten kompletten Sägezahnstanzteilriegel, bei dem dieSägezahnstanzteile 1 mit außenliegendemprismatischen Element 2 durch deneingespritzten Kunststoffkörper 4 und 5 zusammen gehalten werden . Gleichzeitig ist dereingespritzte Kunststoffkörper 4;5 mit Gewindebohrungen oderKernbohrungen 3 versehen so, daß der Sägezahnstanzteilriegel durch Schrauben bzw. schneidende Schrauben am Tragekörper befestigt werden kann.- In
Figur 3 ist einSägezahnstanzteil 1 mit am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendemprismatischem Element 2 dargestellt, welches eine Öffnung in axialer Richtung desTragekörpers 5 aufweist. Ein zylindrischer, ovaler oderprismatischer Stab 4 mit entsprechenden Befestigungsbohrungen verbindet die zu einem Riegel montierten Sägezahnstanzteile mit demTragekörper 5 durch eineAnzahl Schrauben 6. - In
Figur 4 und 5 ist einSägezahnstanzteil 1 dargestellt, welches ebenfalls ein am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendesprismatisches Element 2 aufweist, dessen seitliche schwalbenschwanzförmige Außenflächen jedoch durch das mittelsSchrauben 6 elastischverformbare Federelement 3 fest umschlossen werden. Die erforderliche Spann- bzw. Deformationskraft für das Federelement wird über dieGewindebuchse 4 und dieSchraube 6 erzeugt. InFigur 5 ist dasFederelement 3 in gespanntem und entspanntem Zustand nochmals genauer zu erkennen. Figur 6 stellt eine ähnliche Lösung dar wie inFigur 4. Das am Stanzteilfuß außenliegende prismatische Element ist jedoch mit seitlichen Ausnehmungen versehen in die ein entsprechendgeformtes Spannblech 3 eingreift, welches den Riegel durch dieGewindebuchse 4 und dieSpannschraube 6 mit demTragekörper 5 verbindet- Figur 7 stellt eine Lösung dar, in der das am Stanzteilfuß außenliegende
prismatische Element 1 einen einseitigen Schwalbenschwanz aufweist. Die Befestigung auf demTragekörper 6 erfolgt durch eineseitliche Prismenleiste 3 und dieSchraube 6. - In Figur 8 ist eine Lösung dargestellt, in der das am Stanzteilfuß
außenliegende Element 2 eine doppelseitigen Schwalbenschwanz aufweist. Die Befestigung desSägezahnstanzteilriegels 1 erfolgt durch eineLeiste 3, die ebenfalls einen doppelseitigen Schwalbenschwanz aufweist und durch dieSchrauben 5 mit dem Tragekörper verbunden ist.
