Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckform für ein Rotations-Hochdruckverfahren, bei der die die Druckfarbe übertragenden Druckpunkte ein Grundraster bilden und von einer durch Vertiefungen gebildeten Überstruktur überlagert sind. Derartige Druckformen werden beispielsweise beim Flexodruckverfahren zum Bedrucken von Glasplatten, beispielsweise Bildschirmen, mit einer Leuchtstoffschicht eingesetzt. Dabei ist es erforderlich, daß die Druckfarbe einerseits homogon aufgetragen wird und daß die im Druckbild erscheinenden Farbabdruckpunkte eine gleichmäßige Randbegrenzung aufweisen. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu die Druckform derart ausgestaltet, daß die Überstrukturen relativ zu den Druckpunkten gleichartig angeordnet sind und, falls die Druckpunkte periodisch über die Druckform verteilt sind, bevorzugt mit derselben Periode den Druckpunkten überlagert sind. Außerdem sind die Überstrukturen derart angeordnet, daß die Vertiefungen den Rand eines Druckpunktes nicht schneiden.

It is necessary that the printing ink is applied homogeneously on the one hand and that the color impression dots appearing in the printed image have a uniform border. According to the invention, the printing form is designed in such a way that the superstructures are arranged identically in relation to the printing points and, if the printing points are periodically distributed over the printing form, are preferably superimposed on the printing points with the same period. In addition, the superstructures are arranged such that the depressions do not intersect the edge of a pressure point.
