Claims (19)
- Rolladenvorrichtung mit einer Rolladenwelle (17) zum Auf- und Abrollen eines Rolladens, einem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) zur Bildung einer in Einbauposition im wesentlichen vertikalen Innenwandung und einem zweiten Gehäuseteil (2) zur Bildung einer in Einbauposition im wesentlichen horizontalen Laibungs-Wandung, die sich in einem Zwischenbereich zwischen einer Rolladenebene (E) und dem inneren, ersten Gehäuseteil (1) erstreckt, mit einer zumindest teilweise durch eine einstückige h-Profilschiene (16) gebildeten Fügestelle (9), die in einem zwischen dem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) und dem zweiten Gehäuseteil (2) definierten Eckbereich ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie gegenüberliegenden Schenkel (27, 28) der h-Profilschiene (16) eine Unterkante des ersten, die Innenwandung bildenden Gehäuseteiles (1) umgeben, während ein freier Schenkel (23) der h-Profilschiene eine Stirnseite des zweiten Gehäuseteiles (2) abdeckt,das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) durch die h-Profilschiene (16) hindurch mit dem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) verschraubt ist, und daßdas erste Gehäuseteil (1) und die einstückige Profilschiene (16) eine ohne weitere Nachbehandlung überstreichbare oder übertapezierbare Innenfläche (I) bilden, indem das erste Gehäuseteil (1) zumindest in seinem Außenbereich mit einer Ausfräsung (22) versehen ist, in welcher der äußere der gegenüberliegenden Schenkel (27) der einstückigen h-Profilschiene (16) versenkt aufgenommen ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Kantenbereich des ersten Gehäuseteils (1) die durch eine Ausfräsung (22) gebildete Sitzfläche des einen Halteschenkels (27) mit der vorderen Stirnfläche des zweiten Gehäuseteils (2) bündig abschließt.
- Rolladenvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Schenkel (23) in Einbauposition in vertikaler Richtung nach unten über einer Stirnfläche des ersten Gehäuseteils (1) hervorragt und in der durch das erste Gehäuseteil (1) definierten Innenfläche (I) flach ausläuft.
- Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein durch die Fügestelle (9) definierter Spalt in einer Eck-Kante zwischen dem zweiten Gehäuseteil (2) und einer der Stirnfläche des zweiten Gehäuseteiles (2) zugewandten Innenfläche des freien Schenkels (23) verläuft. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Schenkel (23) und der angrenzende erste Schenkel (27) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind, und daß die Eck-Kante durch das freie Ende des freien Schenkels (23) in der gemeinsamen Ebene ausgebildet ist, wobei der Spalt unter einem Abstand entlang der Eck-Kante verläuft, der der Wanddicke des freien Schenkels (23) entspricht. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Kante des zweiten Gehäuseteiles (2) exakt entlang des unteren Endes des freien Schenkels (23) der h-Profilschiene (16) verläuft und geringfügig angefast ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, die h-Profilschiene (16) auf eine Unterkante des ersten Gehäuseteiles (1) aufsteckbar ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die h-Profilschiene (16) eine Metall-Profilleiste, insbesondere eine Aluminiumprofilleiste ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die h-Profilschiene (16) eine Kunststoff-Profilleiste ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseteil (1) ein Plattenkörper ist, der sich zwischen einer oberen Ansetzstelle (8) und der Fügestelle (9) erstreckt. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Kantenbereich des ersten Gehäuseteiles (1) als Teil einer oberen Halteeinrichtung (10) eine Halteklammer (11) vorgesehen ist, und im Bereich der Ansetzstelle (8) ein Kunststoffleistenelement vorgesehen ist, das eine plane Trennfläche bildet. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) ein Plattenkörper ist, der nach unten abnehmbar ist, zur Freigabe einer Bodenöffnung und/ oder daß das erste Gehäuseteil (1) seitlich abnehmbar ist, zur Freigabe einer Seitenöffnung. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseteil (1) und das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) im wesentlichen die gleiche Wandstärke aufweisen. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Gehäuseteile (1, 2) aus einem Holzwerkstoff, insbesondere aus einem Spanplattenmaterial ausgebildet ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseteil (1) aus einem Dämmmaterialwerkstoff ausgebildet ist oder mit einer Gipskartonplatte oder einer Zellstoffplatte versehen ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseteil (1) und das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) eine beim erstmaligen Einbau vormontierte Baueinheit bilden. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem durch die Gehäuseteile (1,2) begrenzten Innenraum eine Isolierstoffanordnung mit zumindest einem lsolierstoffkörper (3,4,14) vorgesehen ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein lsolierstoffkörper (4,14) nach unten über eine durch das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) freilegbare Bodenöffnung entnehmbar ist, und daß das zweite Gehäuseteil (2) unabhängig von dem lsolierstoffkörper (3,4,14) abnehmbar ist. - Rolladenvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Isolierstoffkörper (4) sowohl mit dem ersten Gehäuseteil (1) als auch mit dem zweiten Gehäuseteil (2) flächig in Berührungskontakt steht und dabei als Versteifungselement fungiert, das den durch die beiden Gehäuseteile (1,2) gebildeten Eckbereich zusätzlich versteift.
