Claims (18)
- Bandführungsrahmen für eine Umreifungsmaschine mit einer Rahmenbasis (6) und mit einem umlaufenden Bandkanal (7) zum Herumführen eines Umreifungsbandes (8) um ein Packgut (P), wobei der Bandkanal (7) an der Rahmenbasis (6) durch eine den Bandkanal (7) außenseitig begrenzende, auf der Rahmenbasis (6) sitzende Leitschiene (10, 10') und eine den Bandkanal (7) nach innen zum Packgut (P) hin begrenzende, bewegliche Abdeckung (13) gebildet ist, die aus einer Vielzahl von in Umlaufrichtung (U) des Umreifungsbandes (8) aneinandergereihten, gegenseitig überlappenden Lamellen (14, 14', 14'', 14''') zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Lamellen (14, 14', 14'', 14''') derart federnd an der Rahmenbasis (6) gelagert sind, daß sie beim Straffziehen des Umreifungsbandes (8) um das Packgut (P) zur selbsttätigen Öffnung des Bandkanals (7) von der Rahmenbasis (6) abhebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federlagerung der Lamellen (14, 14', 14'', 14"') jeweils durch eine gummi-elastische Federplatte (18, 18', 18'', 18''') gebildet ist, die an einem jeweils zugeordneten, auf der Rahmenbasis (6) sitzenden Träger (19, 19', 19'', 19''') gelagert ist und an der die Lamelle (14, 14', 14'', 14''') jeweils aufgehängt ist.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Federplatte (18, 18', 18", 18"') langgestreckt rechteckig geformt ist, wobei der Träger (19, 19', 19'', 19''') und die Lamelle (14, 14', 14", 14''') parallel zueinander an den einander abgewandten Längsseitenbereichen (28, 28', 28'', 29, 29', 29'') der Federplatte (18, 18', 18'', 18''') befestigt sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (19, 19') jeweils als im Querschnitt U-förmiges Profilteil ausgebildet ist, das mit seinem einen Schenkel (20, 20') auf der Rahmenbasis (6) befestigt ist und an dessen zweiten Schenkel (23, 23') die jeweilige Federplatte (18, 18') angeordnet ist.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federplatte (18) an der zur Rahmenbasis (6) hinweisenden Innenseite (22) des zweiten Schenkels (23) angeordnet ist.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamelle (14) und der zweite Schenkel (23) des Trägers an den einander abgewandten Grundflächen (24, 26) der Federplatte (18) angebracht sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Lamelle (14, 14', 14", 14''') als Winkelteil ausgebildet ist, dessen einer Schenkel als Lagerschenkel (15, 15', 15'') an der Federplatte (18, 18', 18", 18''') befestigt ist und in geschlossenem Zustand auf der Leitschiene (10, 10') unter Bildung einer Schmalseitenwand des Bandkanals (7) aufliegt und dessen zweiter Schenkel als Wandschenkel (16, 16', 16") teilweise die innere Seitenwand des Bandkanals (7) bildet.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der Rahmenbasis (6) aufliegende Kante des Wandschenkels (16) eine Abkantung (17) aufweist.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (14,14'), Federplatten (18) und Träger (19) jeweils durch Nietverbindungen (25, 27) aneinander befestigt sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest auf drei Seiten des Bandfühungsrahmens (1) der Bandkanal (7) aus Lamellen (14, 14', 14", 14'''), Federplatten (18, 18', 18'', 18''') und Trägern (19, 19', 19'', 19''') einer jeweils einheitlichen Baulänge gebildet ist.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federplatten (18, 18', 18'', 18''') aus einem gummiartigen Kunststoffmaterial, insbesondere aus Polyurethan-Kautschuk bestehen.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (19', 19", 19"') jeweils als Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 oder 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (14'', 14''') jeweils als Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (14'', 14''') jeweils im einlaufseitigen Überlappungsbereich (39) mit der benachbarten Lamelle (14", 14"') einen Versatz (40) aufweisen.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (14", 14''') jeweils über ein Scharniergelenk (38, 44, 48) an den Trägern (19'', 19''') zusätzlich angelenkt sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (19') als Halter für die Leitschiene (10') ausgebildet sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (19', 19'') jeweils als langgestreckte Bauteile ausgebildet sind und Leitschenkel (45) aufweisen, die durch lückenloses Aneinanderreihen von Trägern (19", 19''') gemeinsam die Leitschiene des Bandführungsrahmens (1) bilden.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder 9 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federplatten (18', 18'', 18''') mit ihren Längsseitenbereichen (28', 28'', 29', 29'') jeweils in Nuten (32', 32'') in den Lamellen (14'', 14''') und/oder den Trägern (19', 19'', 19''') befestigt sind.
- Bandführungsrahmen nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Träger (19'), eine Lamelle (14'') und eine Federplatte (18') einstückig als Kunststoff-Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sind.
