Claims (6)
- Schalldämpfer (1), mit zwei Außenhalbschalen (2, 3) und zwei Innenhalbschalen (4, 5), in welchen eine Abgasführung (6) eingeprägt bzw. eingepreßt ist, sowie einem am Rand der Schalen (2, 3, 4, 5) verschweißten Abgaseintritt (7) und Abgasaustritt (8),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß beide Außenhalbschalen (2, 3) und zumindest eine der Innenhalbschalen (4, 5) einen gemeinsam abgewinkelten Umfangsfalz (9) aufweisen. - Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ränder (10, 11) beider Innenhalbschalen (4, 5) unmittelbar in dem (einstufigen) Umfangsfalz (9) gebogen aufgenommen sind (vgl. Fig. 2). - Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ränder (12, 13) beider Innenhalbschalen (4, 5) in einer Vorstufe des (zweistufigen) Umfangsfalzes (9) gebogen aufgenommen sind (vgl. Fig. 3). - Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur der Rand (14) der einen Innenhalbschale (4) unmittelbar in dem (einstufigen) Umfangsfalz (9) gebogen aufgenommen und der Rand (15) der anderen Innenhalbschale (5) in dem Umfangsfalz (9) eingeklemmt ist (vgl. Fig. 4). - Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß nur der Rand (14) der einen Innenhalbschale (4) unmittelbar in dem (einstufigen) Umfangsfalz (9) gebogen aufgenommen und der Rand (16) der anderen Innenhalbschale (5) außerhalb des Umfangsfalzes (9) angeordnet und an der einen Innenhalbschale (4) befestigt, insbesondere durch Heftpunkte fixiert oder getoxt ist (vgl. Fig. 5). - Schalldämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit oberer Außenhalbschale (2) und unterer Außenhalbschale (3), sowie oberer Innenhalbschale (4) und unterer Innenhalbschale (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der (ein- oder mehrstufige) Umfangsfalz (9) nach unten abgewinkelt ist.
