Die Steckbuchsen sind an ausgestanzten kurzen Stegen ausgebildet und bestehen aus zwei Halbschalen, welche einer Spreizung unterliegen.DE 41 26 604 A1 has a multiple socket a bottom cover and a detachably connected hood-shaped Known upper part with a cover frame. A first one Training variant sees contact blocks with contact sockets and protective contacts. The contact stones are in Top view approximately square and can be in different Angular positions attached to the bottom cover become. Be in an alternative education two as flat strips with vertically formed on the sides Sockets protruding from the flat strip level by rivets, screws, clips or gluing on the Bottom cover attached or embedded in the bottom cover. The sockets are on punched-out short webs trained and consist of two half shells, which one Subject to spread.

GB-PS 888 488 concerns a simple socket. In a base part are recesses for receiving two Contact rails and an earthing rail are formed, which is a roughly square configuration with a corner have arranged sockets.

A multiple socket is known from FR 2 518 831, which consists of a housing and a cover. The Housing has support webs and in a lower area Slots for two contact rails and a protective contact rail with protective contacts. The two contact rails consist of several, angled and curved Flat tapes, which are arranged such that contact sockets formed in the desired angular position become. Each form two angled contact rails a web with contact sockets at the end.

Grundsätzlich sind auch Schraubverbindungen möglich.DE-OS 16 40 545 describes a multiple socket for angled plugs, which are at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the multiple socket, e.g. arranged at an angle of 45 ° will be described. Parallel to the longitudinal axis of the multiple socket are between webs or ribs of a base two contact rails with contact sockets arranged offset. The contact sockets are made in two parts by spring arches trained, vertically arranged contact rails formed. There is an earthing bar between the contact bars or protective contact rail on the base bars or base ribs arranged. Protective contact clip of the earthing bar are perpendicular to the connecting line of the contact sockets Plug pair attached. The fixing of the protective contact bracket on the earthing bar is done by riveting, for example using tubular rivets anchored in the base are. In principle, screw connections are also possible.

In the multiple socket of EP 0 109 876 in one U-shaped housing a carrier arrangement from a base carrier with parallel contact rails, a bridge with an earthing bar and protective contacts as well as a cover with plug inserts inserted as one unit. The contact rails, which are two parts with arches for have elliptical contact sockets are in Longitudinal grooves arranged between transverse ribs of the base support. The earthing bar can be equipped with protective contacts accordingly the VDE standard or the French, English or another national standard.

Disadvantages of the known multiple sockets are not in any case sufficient contact connection as a result of waning spring action of the contact sockets and a relative elaborate production. So the assembly of the Contact rails and the ground rail and especially the Connect the protective contacts to the earthing bar increased effort due to complex rivet or screw fastening the protective contacts on the earthing bar or the carrier arrangement is conditioned.

The invention has for its object to provide a multiple socket, which is inexpensive and can be manufactured in accordance with the safety regulations and ensures safe and reliable contact connections in use.

According to the invention the task is characterized by Features of claim 1 solved. Practical and advantageous Refinements are features of the subclaims and included in the description of the figures.

The invention is based on a constructive consideration Training and arrangement of the contact rails and especially the contact socket areas and the protective contact rail and the protective contacts are particularly efficient and reliable contact connection, especially at to ensure an angular position of the connector.

According to the invention, one for each contact rail Ribbon with integrated spring contact sockets and with integrated Spring areas, which are additional and advantageous are arranged on the circumference of the spring contact sockets, used.

Flat strips with spring contact sockets and several spring areas, which are integrated in the flat ribbon can for example through forming processes such as rolling or rolling and / or bending. Is used for such a ribbon with spring contact sockets and in addition to the spring contact bushes formed spring areas for example an electrolytically galvanized one Sheet steel of approximately 0.6 mm thickness and uniform width. The rolled steel strip is held on a carrier arrangement and, for example, between holding elements that the carrier arrangement are formed, in particular in the area the spring areas of the spring contact bushes clamped. Brass can also be used as the material for the flat strip be used.

A safe and long-term stable contact connection is provided with almost circular or oval spring contact sockets reached, with a particular focus on Longitudinal axis of the vertically arranged ribbon lies.

A particularly advantageous resilient contact connection achieved with spring contact sockets, which is almost symmetrical arranged on both sides of the ribbon or the spring contact socket Have spring areas. For example, too both sides of an approximately round spring contact socket each two almost circular spring areas can be formed. alternative the spring contact sockets can be oval and the spring areas approximately acute-angled and / or polygonal with rounded Be formed corners. The holding elements or also clamping and support areas of the carrier arrangement or one Base plate, for example pins, support webs or about complementary shaped support areas, especially in front the first spring area and immediately after the third Spring area provided to ensure safe positioning of the to realize the entire spring contact arrangement. economical and associated with a low cost of materials is a flat ribbon, the spring contact sockets of spring areas are surrounded in a triangular arrangement. expedient is the formation of two inwards, i.e. to the longitudinal axis the support arrangement directed spring areas and a opposite, i.e. outward spring area.

Such a flat contact band is extraordinary inexpensive to manufacture. For example, facilities with vertically and / or horizontally adjustable castors or rollers are used, their arrangement of the invention Spring contact socket design corresponds. A flat strip, for example an electrolytically galvanized one Brass or steel strip of a defined width or height arranged vertically and then pressing the rollers or Exposed to rollers. After the forming process is finished the rollers or rollers removed, i.e. up or adjusted below and removed the deformed contact band.

In principle, the flat ribbon can also be inserted horizontally be when the rollers or rollers are horizontally adjustable are arranged.

In a multiple socket or in a socket strip the two contact strips are basically arranged in mirror image and preferably on holding elements of a carrier arrangement fixed, inserted in a housing or on the front inserted. For multiple sockets with an angular arrangement the connector becomes the contact strips depending offset from the angle. It is beneficial if the holding elements of the carrier arrangement are arranged in this way are that the different angular arrangements of the connectors are specified.

If the support assembly also for receiving the ground rail or a protective contact rail is formed, it is advantageous to first of all on the carrier arrangement to fix and insert the entire slide into one housing or insert on the front.

A particularly efficient production and assembly results itself when protective contacts, for example protective contact bracket or clamps of the VDE standard by embossing or Clinching. The elaborate rivet or Screw fastenings can then be omitted. The prefabricated Protective contact rail is in or on the carrier arrangement fixed and together with the clamped on holding elements Contact strips arranged in a housing.

In an advantageous development, this is preferred one-piece carrier arrangement, which in particular a plastic support part or is a plastic extrusion, with pre-assembled contact strips and earthing bar in one piece Housing inserted on the front. In the case are already the recesses for usable from above Plug inserts are provided in which openings for the contact pins the plug in the spring contact sockets for the purpose of passing it through and openings for vertical upwards directional protective contacts are formed.

By pre-assembling the protective contact bracket or clamps on the earthing bar using an embossed or clinch connection a reliable arrangement is produced, which in a the different angular arrangements in a particularly simple manner can realize. An unintentional adjustment or rotation is largely excluded.

In an appropriate training, the contact or Flat strips with the spring contact sockets and spring areas between downward holding elements, in particular L-shaped bars, tensioned or locked. Especially A carrier arrangement is expedient, which consists of a almost horizontal plate, the underside of which L-shaped webs are formed. On the top of the support plate is the protective contact tape or the earthing bar arranged and guided for example in grooves or by Latches held.

In the housing 2 is a support arrangement 5 with an almost horizontal support plate 7 and on the bottom 4 of the Housing 2 supported retaining webs 9 arranged. The Carrier arrangement 5 is in particular made of a plastic and manufactured and molded as a molded part or by extrusion parallel to each other and to a longitudinal axis 25 Contact rails 11, which are designed as flat strips 13, 15 are (see Fig. 3). The flat strips 13, 15 are in a vertical arrangement in the area of the holding and Support webs 9 are pre-assembled on the carrier arrangement 5 and in a one-piece housing 2 over one end inserted with the carrier assembly 5 into the housing 2.

Above the flat belts 13, 15 and in an almost central one The arrangement is a protective conductor or a protective contact rail 17 fixed. This protective contact rail 17 is as a flat band is formed on the protective contact bracket 19 attached by embossing in a required angular position are. So können auch französische Schutzkontakte befestigt werden.2 is a protective contact rail 17 with a Protective contact bracket 19 or a protective contact clip shown. The angular arrangement corresponds to the staggered arrangement of the flat strips 13, 15 according to Fig. 3. By an embossing or Clinch connection 10 is also particularly simple and rational connection technology every possible arrangement the protective contact bracket 19 compared to the protective contact or earthing bar 17 possible. So can too French protective contacts are attached.

In Fig. 3 are designed as rolled flat belts 13, 15 Contact rails 11 shown. The staggered arrangement corresponds to a connector arrangement with respect to the Contact pins of 45 ° in relation to the longitudinal axis 25 a multiple socket. The flat strips 13, 15 are covered on the formation of the spring contact sockets 20 each other facing. With a parallel arrangement of the spring contact sockets 20 this would be a mirror image arrangement correspond.

The spring contact sockets 20 are in the flat strips 13, 15 integrated and through a forming process by means of rolling, Rolls or rolls formed. In addition to this beneficial Manufacture are characterized by the spring contact sockets 20 a particularly reliable and long-term stable spring action off, so that a secure contact connection when Inserting the contact pins of a connector can be achieved can.

This spring action is defined on a, in this example almost circular design of a spring contact socket 20 and the interaction with spring areas formed on the circumference 23 returned. The spring areas 23 are additional, also largely circular arches, which at a regular interval in a flat belt 13, 15 am Scope of a spring contact socket 20 are formed. In 3 to 5 are three spring areas 23 formed on each spring contact socket 20. In Fig. 5 is an upper extension 21 of the spring contact socket 20 indicated.

Zwei Halte- bzw. Stützstege 9 wirken an einer Seite des Flachbandes 15 mit einem ersten Federbereich 23.1 und einem dritten Federbereich 23.3 zusammen, so daß ein ausreichendes Spiel für die Federkontaktbuchse 20 mit einer notwendigen Federspannung, insbesondere durch einen zweiten, innenseitigen Federbereich 23.2, gegeben ist.5, the spring contact sockets are 20 on the longitudinal axis 25 of the flat strips 13, 15 formed, and the three spring portions 23 form in their Arrange the corners of an almost isosceles triangle. Fig. 5 also illustrates the fixation and bracing of the spring contact area 20. Two holding or support webs 9 act on one side of the flat belt 15 with a first Spring area 23.1 and a third spring area 23.3 together, so that there is sufficient play for the spring contact socket 20 with a necessary spring tension, in particular through a second, inside spring area 23.2, is given.

The offset arrangement of the flat strips 13, 15 again corresponds to a connector arrangement with respect to 45 ° contact pins.

The spring contact sockets integrated in the flat strips 13, 15 40 have a largely oval shape and are preserved an extremely reliable spring action two mirror-inverted, approximately acute-angled Spring areas 43.1 and 43.3 on one side of the through the contact areas 40 extending longitudinal axis 45 and a polygonal spring area 43.2 on the opposite Side of the longitudinal axis 45. Both the acute-angled trained spring areas 43.1 and 43.3 as well polygonal spring area 43.2 have rounded corners and Arches on.

Fig. 7 shows a spring contact socket 40, which of the rounded acute-angled spring areas 43.1 and 43.3 as well the polygonal spring area 43.2 is limited. A In this example, holding takes place via holding areas 49, which a resilient seat of a contact rail 11 with the Spring contact bushings 40 and spring areas 43 guaranteed.
