Claims (5)
- Riegelbetätigungsvorrichtung, mit einer Sperreinheit, welche einen Sperriegel (3) und eine elektrische Stelleinrichtung (1) aufweist, wobei die Stelleinrichtung (1) einen Gleichstromelektromotor (4) mit Links-Rechtslauf aufweist, dessen Drehrichtung durch Polaritätsumschaltung steuerbar und dessen Motorwelle (22) quer oder senkrecht zur Achse des Sperriegels (3) ausgerichtet ist, und mit einem zwischen dem Gleichstrom-Elektromotor (4) und dem Sperriegel (3) vorgesehenen Getriebe (19), welches die Motordrehung in eine Längsbewegung umsetzt und als mehrstufiges Zahnrad-Getriebe (19) mit mindestens einem motorseitigen Zahnradpaar (20) und einem riegelseitigen Zahnrad (21) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Sperrriegel (3), welcher durch eine Längsbewegung parallel zu seiner Längsachse schließbar ist, ein Ritzel oder eine Zahnstange (3a) parallel zu seiner Längsachse aufweist und das riegelseitige Zahnrad (21) in das Ritzel oder in die Zahnstange (3a) des Sperriegels (3) eingreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die beiden Zahnräder (20a, 20b) des motorseitigen Zahnradpaares (20) drehfest auf einer gemeinsamen Drehachse gelagert sind und unterschiedliche Durchmesser und Zahnzahlen aufweisen, wobei die Motorwelle (22) des Gleichstrom-Elektromotors (4) das Zahnrad (20b) mit dem größeren Durchmesser beaufschlagt und wobei das Zahnrad (20a) mit dem kleineren Durchmesser die an das größere Zahnrad (20) übertragene Motordrehbewegung untersetzt an die sich anschließenden Getriebkomponenten zum riegelseitigen Zahnrad (21) hin weitergibt,daß die Motorwelle (22) teilweise als Spindel (13) ausgebildet ist oder über eine Kupplung axial mittels einer Spindel verlängert wird, und daß das Zahnrad mit dem größeren Durchmesser (20b) des motorseitigen Zahnradpaares (20) in die Spindel (13) eingreift, unddaß die Steigung der Spindel (13) der Motorwelle (22) derart gewählt ist, daß sich durch das Eingreifen des Getriebes (19) in die Spindel (13) ein selbsthemmender Mechanismus ausbildet, welcher ein gewaltsames Zurückschieben des Sperrriegels (3) aus seinem ausgefahrenen Zustand verhindert. - Riegelbetätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Getriebe mindestens zwei weitere Zahnradpaare (24, 25) aufweist, wobei die einzelnen Zahnräder (24a, 24b, 25a, 25b) der Zahnradpaare (24, 25) jeweils drehfest auf je einer gemeinsamen Drehachse gelagert sind und jeweils unterschiedliche Durchmesser und Zahnzahlen aufweisen,daß das größere Zahnrad (24b) eines ersten Zahnradpaares (24) durch das kleinere Zahnrad (20a) des motorseitigen Zahnradpaares (20) kämmbar ist,daß das kleinere Zahnrad (25a) eines zweiten Zahnradpaares (25) durch das riegelseitige Zahnrad (21) kämmbar ist unddaß das kleinere Zahnrad (24a) des ersten Zahnradpaares (24) durch das größere Zahnrad (25b) des zweiten Zahnradpaares (25) kämmbar ist. - Riegelbetätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die größeren Zahnräder (24b, 25b) und die kleineren Zahnräder (24a, 25a) der weiteren Zahnradpaare (24, 25) jeweils gleiche Durchmesser und gleiche Zahnzahlen aufweisen. - Riegelbetätigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Stellungssensoren (5, 6) vorgesehen sind, welche die Endstellungen des Sperriegels (3) in seiner vollständig ausgefahrenen bzw. in seiner vollständig zurückgezogenen Position detektieren und an die Alarmzentrale (10) einer Einbruchmeldeanlage übermitteln. - Riegelbetätigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Achse des riegelseitigen Zahnrades (21) mindestens eine Nocke oder Nase (23) vorgesehen ist, durch welche die Stellungssensoren (5, 6) betätigbar sind.
