Claims (8)

  1. Etui à rabat, comprenant une partie d'étui (10) et un couvercle (11) articulé sur une paroi arrière (14) de l'étui, ainsi qu'une collerette (23) fixée dans la partie d'étui (10) et dépassant en partie de celle-ci avec une paroi avant de collerette (24) et des pattes latérales de collerette (25,-26), en particulier pour recevoir un groupe de cigarettes entouré d'une enveloppe interne, dans lequel la paroi avant de collerette (24) présente un évidement (28) ouvert vers le haut dans la zone située au-dessus d'une paroi avant (12) de l'étui, caractérisé en ce que

  2. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (11) est relié à la paroi arrière (14) de l'étui par le biais d'une articulation à charnière (58) s'étendant en oblique.
  3. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation à charnière (58) présente la même direction d'inclinaison que l'arête (31) de la collerette, mais un angle d'inclinaison différent de celle-ci, en particulier un angle d'inclinaison inférieur.
  4. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une délimitation supérieure de la paroi avant (12) de l'étui, à savoir une arête d'étui (36), s'étend en oblique de manière analogue à l'arête de collerette (31), en particulier parallèlement à celle-ci.
  5. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi avant (17) du couvercle est conformée en trapèze avec une délimitation inférieure s'étendant en oblique de la paroi avant (17) du couvercle, à savoir l'arête de couvercle (51), de sorte que celle-ci s'applique en continu sur l'arête d'étui oblique (36) lorsque le couvercle (11) est fermé.
  6. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (15, 16) de l'étui et les parois latérales (20, 21) du couvercle qui lui correspondent présentent des hauteurs différentes en fonction de l'inclinaison de l'arête d'étui (36) et de l'arête de couvercle (51) dirigées en oblique dans le cas d'une réalisation de forme parallélépipédique de l'étui à rabat.
  7. Flan en carton mince ou en matériau d'emballage similaire pour un étui à rabat, destiné à recevoir un groupe de cigarettes entouré par une enveloppe interne, dans lequel la paroi avant (12) de l'étui, la paroi de fond (13), la paroi arrière (14) de l'étui, la paroi arrière (19) du couvercle, la paroi supérieure (18) du couvercle et la paroi avant (17) du couvercle sont définies successivement dans la direction longitudinale par des lignes de pliage et des pattes latérales (37, 39) sont disposées des deux côtés de la paroi avant (12) de l'étui en tant que partie de la paroi latérale (15, 16) de l'étui, caractérisé en ce que
