- eine perspektivische Ansicht der der Brennkraftmaschine zugewandten Seite des Steuergehäusedeckels mit den fachwerkartigen Rippen der Trägerstruktur.
Claims (5)
- Aggregateträger für eine Brennkraftmaschine, die ein Motorgehäuse und einen Steuergehäusedeckel umfaßt, wobei der Aggregateträger an einer Stirnseite der Brennkraftmaschine befestigt ist und Aufnahmen zur Befestigung von Nebenaggregaten, insbesondere Lichtmaschine, Lenkhelfpumpe und Kältemittelverdichter, aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aggregateträger und der Steuergehäusedeckel (1) einteilig ausgebildet sind und die Einheit durch eine Trägerstruktur (7) versteift ist, die fachwerkartig zwischen den Aufnahmen (11-15) angeordnete und mit diesen verbundene Querrippen (21) und Stege (22) aufweist. - Aggregateträger nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an einer Innenseite (19) des Steuergehäusedeckels (1) in der Trägerstruktur (7) ein Freiraum (23) für eine Steuerkette ausgeformt ist, der sich in Richtung einer Hochachse (16) der Brennkraftmaschine erstreckt. - Aggregateträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmen (11, 12, 13 und 15) für die Nebenaggregate in zwei in Richtung einer Hochachse (16) der Brennkraftmaschine verlaufenden Randbereichen (17, 18) an einer Außenseite (4) des Steuergehäusedeckels (1) angeordnet sind, wobei sich zwischen den Randbereichen (17, 18) der auf der Innenseite (19) des Steuergehäusedeckels (1) liegende Freiraum (23) für die Steuerkette befindet. - Aggregateträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der Trägerstruktur (7) zur weiteren Versteifung des Steuergehäusedeckels (1) Befestigungsaugen (24) zur Befestigung des Steuergehäusedeckels (1) an der Brennkraftmaschine integriert sind. - Aggregateträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Steuergehäusedeckel (1) mindestens eine Befestigungsmöglichkeit für ein Riemenspannelement angeordnet ist.
