Claims (16)
- Feste Fahrbahn für schienengebundenen Verkehr, bestehend aus einer Tragschicht (1), wie sie aus dem Straßendeckenbau an sich bekannt ist, mit im wesentlichen ebener Oberfläche (2) und darauf verlegtem Gleisrost aus Schienen (4) und Schwellen (3), wobei das Gleis vertikal beweglich und horizontal im wesentlichen unverschieblich durch Dübel, die in der Tragschicht (1) verankert und in den Schwellen (3) gleitend geführt sind, gehalten und auf der Tragschicht gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß etwa in der Achse jeder Schiene Federelemente als punktförmige Lager (6,23) unter jeder Schwelle (3) angeordnet sind.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement ein bei der Schwellenfertigung unverlierbar und höhengenau vormontierbares Lager (6, 23) ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichn e t, daß das Lager (6, 23) mit Hilfe einer mit geeignetem Kunststoffmörtel verfüllten Fuge (9) höhengenau montierbar ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichn e t, daß das Lager (6, 23) eine aus einem geeigneten Elastomere hergestellte Platte (7,11) aufweist, die mit einem geeigneten Kunststoffmörtel und/oder durch angeformte in die Schwelle (3) einbindende Verankerungselemente (8) unverlierbar mit der Schwelle (3) verbindbar ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (7,11) des Lagers (6, 23) aus einem geschlossenporigen Elastomerschaum hergestellt ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (7,11) des Lagers (6, 23) aus einem elastischen Vollmaterial besteht, das mit Hohlräumen und/oder geeigneter Profilierung versehen und dadurch verformbar ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkraft des Lagers (6, 23) mit zunehmender Belastung progressiv ansteigt.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (6,23) Platten (11) mit einer Formgebung mit in vertikaler Achse gestaffelt wachsendem kraftübertragenden Querschnitten (11/1, 11/2, 11/3) aufweist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Ausbildung planmäßiger Punktlager der Schwellen (3) unmittelbar unter den Schienenauflagern das Konstruktionsgewicht der Schwelle verminderbar, und das betriebstechnisch wirksame Gesamtgewicht aus dem verminderten Gewicht der Schwellen (3), der Schienen (4) und Schienenbefestigungen (5) durch auf den Schwellen aufgelagerte Schallschutzelemente (12) auf den erforderlichen Sollwert vergrößerbar ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (6,23) in Richtung der Schienen (4) veränderliche vertikale Federsteifigkeiten aufweist und diese Steifigkeit zu den Rändern der Schwelle (3) hin größer wird.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch g ekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (6,23) unter den Schwellen (3) durch ein Ergänzungsteil (15) in der Höhe aufstockbar ist, wobei die Gesamtsteifigkeit des aufgestockten Lagers gegenüber der ursprünglichen Lagerung unverändert bleibt.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ergänzungsteil (15) eine so große Federsteifigkeit aufweist, daß es zur Einfederung des Lagers (6,23) praktisch keinen Beitrag leistet.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ergänzungsteil (15) durch Sicherungsleisten (16) oder andere geeignete Mittel horizontal gegenüber der Schwelle (3) unverschiebbar ist.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager von zwei entlang den Schwellenrändern angeordneten Lagerstreifen (23) gebildet wird.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerstreifen (23) mit Verbundplatten (17) aus gegenüber den Lagerstreifen härterem Werkstoff zu einer Lagereinheit (18) kombinierbar sind.
- Feste Fahrbahn nach den Anspruchen 1-15, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Spalt (21) zwischen Schwelle (3) und Tragschicht (1) gegen das Eindringen von Fremdkörpern (20) durch geeignete Mittel (22) z.B. Füllung mit geschlossenporigem Schaum oder Abkleben der umlaufenden Fugen, abdichtbar ist, unddaß die Fächer (19) zwischen den Schwellen (3) mit losen Schüttgütern (20) auffüllbar sind.
