Description

An einem Baggerausleger anbaubare Bohrlafette Drill mount attachable to an excavator boom
Boreholes in rock, in which a Bohran drove, in particular a hydraulic hammer is guided over a guide in the direction of drilling, the drill carriage is pivotally attached to a mobile support device and wherein a swivel joint is provided between the support device and the pivotable holder of the drill carriage.
Such a device is e.g. the AT-PS 390 647 removable. Such devices are usually used to attach blast holes in such a way that the drill carriage is brought into the desired position by means of the mobile carrying device, in this known design a drill carriage, after which the drill holes are then introduced into the rock in the desired direction which boreholes will be used and detonated later, e.g. to carry out a corresponding tunneling or excavation. In this known design, however, only horizontal drilling or oblique drilling is possible, but not vertical drilling.
A similar arrangement is also evident from EP-AI 0 525 186. For vertical drilling, it is known to attach drill carriages to the end of an excavator boom, and this can be seen in principle from Japanese patent specification 3-151493. All the known designs have in common that the drill carriage can only be pivoted or placed to a limited extent, in particular it is not possible to make horizontal bores close to the ground. However, this is necessary in the case of tunnel feed or also with cunettes. The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a drill carriage of the type mentioned at the beginning, by means of which drill holes can be produced at any point and in any direction.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that, for attachment to an excavator boom on its coupling, the rotary joint used is designed for a roll-over movement of 360 °, the pivotable position of the drill carriage on the side of the roll-over rotary joint facing away from the coupling is appropriate. The interplay of the movement of the excavator boom, 360 ° possibility of a roll-over movement and the swiveling holder make it possible to drill both vertically and horizontally, whereby drilling is also carried out near the ground for the roll-over movement can.
When drilling holes in the tunnels, in which the excavator with the excavator caterpillars stands on both sides of the bezel, there is also the additional problem that, in the known devices, the drilling racks cannot be brought close enough to the existing wall of the trough, with a horizontal hole on the ground a bezel or along the bezel walls is also not possible. In order to eliminate the above disadvantages, the axis of the roll-over swivel joint can run obliquely to that of the swivel joint of the swivel holder in the case of a swivel joint of the swivel bracket arranged parallel to the guide axis. This results in a very space-saving and narrow design, which can drill along both wall walls, both horizontally and vertically. In this way, the occurrence of steps within the wall of the well can be avoided, the next row of boreholes to be drilled being drilled out at an angle, so that after the blasting has been carried out, the lower part of the wells is as wide as the upper area. In order to achieve a uniform alignment of the drill carriage in all directions, it has proven to be advantageous if the axes of the two swivel joints form an angle of 45 ° to one another. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a view of the drill carriage seen in the longitudinal direction of the trench, etc. when the drilling carriage is swiveled to a trench wall. Fig. 2 is a view of the drill carriage ' - direction of arrow II seen in Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 gibt eine Draufsicht auf die erfindungsgemäße Bohrlafette wieder.3 shows a top view of the drill carriage according to the invention.
In all of the representations, the actual excavator boom is not shown in order to achieve a simple representation. The drill carriage is attached to the excavator boom via a coupling device 1. The coupling device 1 is provided on a holder 2, which acts laterally on a guide 3 of the drill carriage. A drill drive is provided on this guide 3, the guide 3 being guided displaceably on the holder 2 via sliding shoes 5. The guide 3, which is fixedly connected to the drilling drive 4, is displaced via a hydraulic drive 14 in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal guide axis 3 '.

The first-mentioned swivel joint 6 is designed so that a pivoting movement of at least 180 ° about the axis of rotation 7 can take place. Um bei diesen Bohrungen zu vermeiden, daß am Boden der bereits bestehenden Künette eine Abstufung vorliegt, da aufgrund der Bohrstangenführung und des Bohrantriebes die Bohrstange nicht unmittelbar unterhalb der Wandung eingebracht werden kann, wird die Bohrlafette, nämlich ihre Führung 3, um das Drehgelenk 8 verschwenkt, wobei20 180 ° the holes are made analogously on the opposite side. In order to prevent these holes from having a step at the bottom of the already existing bezel, since the drill rod cannot be inserted directly below the wall due to the drill rod guide and the drill drive, the drill carriage, namely its guide 3, is pivoted about the swivel joint 8 , in which

Damit kann die Breite der Künette gehalten werden, was den wesentlichen Vorteil hat, daß insbesondere bei Tiefkünetten, deren Grund mehrere Meter unter der Oberfläche liegt, die Breite der Künette am oberen Rand nicht größer sein muß als die Künette im unteren Bereich.25 a swivel angle of a few degrees is sufficient to be able to then insert a borehole at an angle. This allows the width of the bezel to be maintained, which has the significant advantage that, particularly in the case of deep cutters, the bottom of which is several meters below the surface, the width of the bezel at the upper edge need not be greater than the bottom of the bezel.
