Claims (8)
- Stanzwerkzeug mit einer Führungsbüchse (12), die einen in Stanzrichtung nach unten ausbaubaren Stanzstempel aufnimmt und eine Abstreiferplatte (16) trägt, die durch an der Führungsbüchse (12) anzubringende Halteglieder im Eingriffsbereich des Stanzstempels festlegbar und nach dem Lösen der Halteglieder axial vom Stanzstempel abziehbar ist, wobei die Halteglieder (34, 36) an der Führungsbüchse (12) beweglich gelagert und zwischen einer die Abstreifer-platte (16) arretierenden und einer sie freigebenden Stellung bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreiferplatte (16) von einer beweglichen Haltevorrichtung (18) aufgenommen ist, die von der Betriebsstellung der Abstreiferplatte (16), in welcher die Halteglieder (34, 36) die Abstreiferplatte (16) und die Haltevorrichtung (18) arretieren, in Stanzrichtung aus dem Eingriffsbereich des Stempels in eine Stellung ausrückbar ist, in welcher die Abstreiferplatte (16) aus einer an der Haltevorrichtung (18) angebrachten Führung (26), welche die Abstreiferplatte (16) zur Führungsbüchse (12) zentriert, seitlich entnehmbar ist.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein elastisches Element (54) die Ausrückbewegung der Haltevorrichtung (18) unterstützt.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteglieder Kipphebel (34) mit Haltenasen (36) sind, durch deren einseitiges Niederdrücken gegen die Kraft eines elastischen Elements (42) die Abstreiferplatte (16) entriegelbar ist.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteglieder (34) Sicherungen (44, 46) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen aufweisen.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an der Führungsbüchse (12) verschieblich angeordneter Absatz (46) unter die niederdrückbare Seite des Kipphebels (34) schiebbar ist.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein elastisches Element (48) den Absatz (46) in seiner den Kipphebel (34) verriegelnden Stellung hält.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Kipphebel (34) ein Entriegelungsglied (50) verschieblich gelagert ist, das beim Verschieben des Sicherungsglieds (44) den Absatz (46) in eine den Kipphebel (34) freigebende Stellung mitnimmt.
- Stanzwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteglieder (34) radial von außen in eine kreisförmige Nut (24) in der Umfangsfläche der Abstreiferplatte (16) eingreifen.
