Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. Installation de séparation d'eau et de vapeur d'un mélange d'eau et de vapeur, comprenant deux collecteurs (2, 3) disposés horizontalement à des niveaux différents et communiquant entre eux par un tuyau (6) de liaison, le premier collecteur (2) se trouvant en dessous comportant, en plus du tuyau (6) de liaison, un certain nombre de tuyaux (8) d'entrée du mélange d'eau et de vapeur, ainsi qu'un tuyau (10) de sortie de l'eau (W) séparée et le deuxième collecteur (3) se trouvant au-dessus comportant un certain nombre de tuyaux (4) de sortie de la vapeur (D) séparée, caractérisée en ce que tant les tuyaux (8) d'entrée du mélange d'eau et de vapeur que les tuyaux (14) de sortie de la vapeur sont disposés de façon que les régions (C) du premier collecteur (2) et du deuxième collecteur (3) respectivement voisines du tuyau (6) de liaison sont dépourvues de tuyaux (8, 14).
  2. installation suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins quatre tuyaux (8) d'entrée du mélange d'eau et de vapeur sont réunis en un groupe (A, B) la distance (d1) entre les tuyaux (8) d'entrée dans un groupe (A, B) étant inférieure à la distance (d2) de chaque tuyau (8) d'entrée au tuyau (6) de liaison mettant les collecteurs (2, 3) en communication.
  3. Installation suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le tuyau (8) d'entrée ou chaque tuyau (8) d'entrée est incurvé par rapport à un axe se trouvant au-dessus de l'embouchure (12) dans le premier collecteur (2).
  4. Installation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'axe (M) médian du tuyau (8) d'entrée ou de chaque tuyau (8) d'entrée à l'embouchure (12) dans le premier collecteur (2) fait avec l'horizontal (H) un angle (a) d'inclinaison qui est égal ou inférieur à 60°.
  5. Installation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par un tuyau (16) de retour, dont l'une des extrémités est raccordée au deuxième collecteur (3) dans la partie (30) inférieure de celui-ci et dont l'autre extrémité est raccordée au tuyau (10) de sortie d'eau du premier collecteur (2) inférieur.
  6. Installation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par un troisième collecteur (4) qui est disposé horizontalement en dessous du premier collecteur (2) et dans lequel débouche le tuyau (10) de sortie d'eau du premier collecteur (2).
  7. Installation suivant la revendication (6), caractérisée en ce que le deuxième collecteur (3) et le troisième collecteur (4) communiquent l'un avec l'autre par un tuyau (16, 20).
  8. Installation suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les tuyaux (14) de sortie de vapeur du deuxième collecteur (3) sont rassemblés en des groupes, chaque groupe (E, F) comportant au moins deux et, de préférence, quatre tuyaux (14) de sortie de vapeur.
