Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Justierung des thermischen Bimetall-Auslösers eines Leistungsschalters miteiner von außen zugänglichen Justierschraube (24), die dazu dient, auf die Lage des Fußpunkts des Auslösers einzuwirken,einem Halter (21), der über eines seiner Enden mit dem Fußpunkt des Bimetallstreifens (13) verbunden ist und mit der Justierschraube (24) zusammenwirkt, die sich am unteren Ende des Halters (21) im Verbindungsbereich zwischen dem Halter (21) und dem Fußpunkt des Bimetallstreifens (13) abstützt,sowie Rückstellmitteln zur Rückführung des Bimetallstreifens (13) in eine Anfangsstellung entsprechend der herausgedrehten Stellung der Justierschraube (24),das andere Ende des Halters (21) auf einer fest mit dem Gehäuse des Leistungsschalters verbundenen, ortsfesten Drehachse (22) gelagert ist,und der Fußpunkt des Bimetallstreifens (13) zur Gewährleistung des Stromflusses über einen Nebenschlußkreis (18) mit einem Kontaktstück (19) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (21) starr ausgeführt ist und die Rückstellmittel eine Rückstellfeder (54) umfassen, deren eines Ende am Halter befestigt und deren anderes Ende mit einem, fest mit dem Gehäuse des Leistungsschalters verbundenen, ortsfesten Zapfen verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (21) biegsam ausgeführt ist und die Rückstellmittel durch den Halter selbst gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an der genannten ortsfesten Drehachse (22) angelenkte Ende des Halters (21) in Form einer Gabel ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte ortsfeste Drehachse (22) als angeformter oder eingebauter Zapfen ausgebildet ist, der fest mit dem Gehäuse des Leistungsschalters verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte ortsfeste Drehachse durch ein Ende des Halters (21) gebildet wird, das zu einem Kreisbogen geformt und in eine, in einem Teilabschnitt geöffnete kreisrunde Aufnahme (53) eingesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in bezug zur Mittelachse des Leistungsschalters, in asymmetrischer Lage zu dieser Achse auf einer Seite angeordnet ist.
