Claims (12)
- Schneidemaschine (1) für Nahrungsmittel mit einem Maschinengehäuse (2), einem darin rotierend gelagerten Kreismesser (3), einem am Maschinengehäuse befestigten Messerschutzring (5), einem am Kreismesser entlang hin- und herverschiebbaren Schlitten (8) zur Aufnahme eines Schneidgutes und einem auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Kreismessers angeordneten, vom Kreismesser wegschwenkbaren Abstreifer (9), der eine seine Schwenkachse (30) bestimmende Drehlagerung (10) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstreifer (9) um die über der Mittelachse des Kreismessers (3) liegende, im wesentlichen horizontale und parallel zur im wesentlichen vertikalen Schneidebene des Kreismessers angeordnete Schwenkachse (30) der Drehlagerung (10) aus seiner Arbeitsposition in eine Reinigungsposition (14) nach oben verschwenkbar gelagert ist. - Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehlagerung (10) des Abstreifers (9) am oberen Teil des Messerschutzringes (5) angebracht und der Abstreifer (9) unverlierbar mit dem Messerschutzring (5) verbunden ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (9) um einen Winkel von wenigstens 180° von seiner Arbeitsposition in die Reinigungsposition (14) schwenkbar ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwerpunkt des Abstreifers (9) beim Schwenken in die Reinigungsposition (14) zur Sicherung gegen ein Zurückfallen in eine stabile Lage schwenkbar ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibmoment der Drehlagerung (10) mittels eines Bremsfederelements (Tellerfeder 16) zusätzlich erhöht ist, um ein Zurückfallen des Abstreifers (9) in jeder beliebigen Zwischenposition innerhalb seines Schwenkbereiches zu verhindern.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Maschinengehäuse (2) und der Abstreifer (9) in ihrer Außenform so gestaltet sind, daß ein ungehindertes Schwenken des Abstreifers (9) am Maschinengehäuse (2) vorbei möglich ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (9) in seiner Arbeitsposition mittels einer Nut (21) im Messerschutzring (5) fixiert und zusätzlich mit einem Schnellverschluß (12) in dieser Position gesichert ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnellverschluß (12) ein Magnetverschluß oder ein Rastverschluß ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (9) als Verdrehungssicherung eine Justierschraube (24) mit Dichtring (26) aufweist, die das Einstellen eines sehr kleinen Abstandes des Abstreifers (9) vom Kreismesser (3) ermöglicht.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Justierschraube (24) in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Abstreiflippe (27) des Abstreifers (9) plaziert ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehlagerung (10) und der Schnellverschluß (12) des Abstreifers (9) jeweils durch eine elastische Abdichtung (20, 25) geschützt sind.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (9) zur Ausführung einer manuellen Schwenkbewegung einen Handgriff (13) aufweist, der in unmittelbarer Nähe des Schnellverschlusses (12) angeordnet ist.
