Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Sulfonat- und/oder Carboxylatgruppen enthaltenden Polymeren und Polyhydroxymono- oder -dicarboxylaten zur Verhinderung der Ablagerung von Magnesium- und Calciumsilikat bei der Textilbleiche mit Peroxiden.
Description
Verwendung von wasserlöslichen Polymeren und Polyhydroxymono- oder dicarboxylaten bei der TextUblelche.
Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von wasserlöslichen und phosphor¬ freien Sulfonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymeren sowie Polyhydroxymono- oder dicarboxylaten zur Verhinderung der Ablagerung von Magnesium- und Calciumsilikat bei der Textilbleiche mit Peroxiden.
Um eine naturgelbe Faser, z.B. Baumwolle, weiß zu bekommen, muß eine Vor¬ behandlung durchgeführt werden. Einer der Verfahrensschritte ist das Blei¬ chen der farbigen Begleitstoffe ("Gilbene") üblicherweise mittels chemi¬ scher Oxidation.
In der Praxis wird zur chemischen Oxidation Wasserstoffperoxid (H2O2) ein¬ gesetzt, dessen relativ gesehen niedriges Potential eine universelle Ver¬ wendung in Heiß- und Kaltprozessen bei Langzeit- und Schockbehandlungen ohne größere Probleme hinsichtlich Maschinenkorrosion und Verfahrenssicher¬ heit erlaubt. Als entscheidendes Agens für die "Bleichreaktion" gilt das Perhydroxyanion H00", das in bekannter Weise durch Eigendissoziation des H2O2 unter alkalischen Bedingungen gebildet wird.
Einen unerwünschten Konkurrenzprozeß stellt der Eigenzerfall des H2O2 in Radikale dar, die nicht nur die Gilbene, sondern auch die Faser angreifen und so schädigen.
Als Katalysatoren für den radikalischen H2θ2-Zerfall wirken z.B. die in der Praxis immer anwesenden Schwermetalle. Die Inaktivierung dieser
Katalysatoren erfolgt sehr effektiv durch kolloidales Magnesiumsilikat, das durch Zusatz von Magnesiumsalzen und löslichem Silikat (z.B. Wasser¬ glas) zur Bleichflotte entsteht. Ein Nachteil dieser H2-)2-Stabilisierung durch anorganische Additive ist die Bildung von schwerlöslichen Erdalka- lisilikaten aus dem löslichen Silikat und dem Calcium-/Magnesium-Härteein- trag aus der Faser (z.B. Baumwolle).
Die Erdalkalisilikate scheiden sich als Ablagerung auf Maschinenteilen und als Inkrustation auf der Faser ab. Zur kolloidalen Stabilisierung ("Thres- holdeffekt") dieser Erdalkalisilikate in der Flotte werden komplexierende Additive eingesetzt. Diese Additive müssen allerdings unterstöchiometrisch wirksam sein, da sonst das unerwünschte komplexierende Lösen und damit eine Desaktivierung des kolloidalen Magnesiumsilikates erfolgt.
Übliche Bleichflotten enthalten demnach neben Wasser auch Wasserstoffper¬ oxid, Alkalimetallhydroxid, ein wasserlösliches Magnesiumsalz, ein wasser¬ lösliches Alkalimetallsalz eines Silikates, Tenside sowie einen Ablage¬ rungsinhibitor.
Gemäß dem Stand der Technik führt die Kombination von Alkalisilikat mit Phosphonaten oder Phosphonatkombinationen als Ablagerungsinhibitor zu ei¬ ner guten Stabilisierung von Peroxid in der Bleichflotte unter gleichzei¬ tiger Verhinderung von Erdalkalisilikat-Ablagerungen auf den harten Ober¬ flächen der Maschinenteile.
Die EP-A-0 112 801 beschreibt als Stabilisator für Wasserstoffperoxid in Bleichflotten eine Kombination von einem Magnesiumkomplex aus oligomeren Phosphonsäureestern mit einer organischen Polyhydroxyverbindung, insbe¬ sondere Hydroxycarbonsäuren. Verkrustungen auf der Bleichapparatur sowie Inkrustationen auf dem behandelten Fasermaterial können jedoch nur durch vollständigen Verzicht auf die Silikate erzielt werden.
Die EP-A-0210952 beschreibt die Verwendung von Gemischen aus einer phos- phorhaltigen Verbindung mit einer Polyhydroxyverbindung, insbesondere Poly- hydroxycarbonsäuren, zur Unterdrückung der Zersetzung der Perkomponente in Bleichflotten. Hierbei können trotz hohem Silikatanteil Verkrustungen auf

der Bleichapparatur und Inkrustationen auf dem behandelten Fasermaterial vermieden werden.
U. Denter und E. Scholl eyer beschreiben in "Textilpraxis international", 1991, Seite 1334 ff den Einfluß von Kombinationen von Wasserglas und Poly- hydroxycarbonsäuren auf die Stabilisierung von Wasserstoffperoxid in Bleichflotten.
Die GB-A-2 192 202 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Stabilisierung von alka¬ lischem Peroxid enthaltenden Bleichlösungen für Textilien und Papierpulpen unter Verwendung von Poly-alpha-hydroxyacrylsäuresalzen.
Die DE-A-3204834 beschreibt ein Verfahren zum Bleichen von Web- und Wirk¬ waren mit Wasserstoffperoxid enthaltender Bleichflotte unter Verwendung von Komplexbildnern auf Basis von Polycarbon- und Polyoxycarbonsäuren in Kombination mit Magnesiumsalzen als Stabilisator.
Im Hinblick auf die Belastung der Umwelt mit phosphorhaltigen Verbindungen dürfte von Bleichflotten, die phosphorhaltige Komponenten enthalten, in der Zukunft jedoch Abstand zu halten sein.
Ausgehend davon war es die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, phosphor¬ freie Verbindungen vorzuschlagen, die die Bildung von Verkrustungen auf Maschinen und Inkrustationen auf dem behandelten Fasermaterial durch Erd¬ alkalisilikate bei der Textilbleiche mit Peroxiden vermeiden. Diese Ver¬ bindungen sollten, verglichen zu den phosphorhaltigen Verbindungen, lei¬ stungsgleich sein, d.h. ein für den praktischen Einsatz relevantes phos¬ phorfreies Additiv sollte bei gleicher Menge an Aktivsubstanz die Ablage¬ rung vergleichbar wie das phosphorhaltige Additiv absenken. Vorzugsweise sollten diese phosphorfreien Verbindungen auch biologisch abbaubar sein.
Die Aufgabe wurde erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch die Verwendung von Sulfo- nat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymeren und Polyhydroxy¬ mono- oder dicarboxylaten zur Verhinderung der Ablagerung von Magnesium- und Calciumsilikat bei der Textilbleiche mit Peroxiden.
Wie bereits ausgeführt, enthalten übliche Bleichflotten Peroxid, insbe¬ sondere Wasserstoffperoxid, Alkalimetallhydroxide, wasserlösliche Magne¬ siumsalze, wasserlösliche Alkalimetallsalze eines Silikates, Tenside und den Ablagerungsinhibitor. Daneben können die Bleichflotten auch noch die üblichen Zusatzstoffe wie Entschäumungs- und/oder Entlüftungsmittel und/oder optische Aufheller enthalten.
Als phosphorfreier, wasserlöslicher Ablagerungsinhibitor werden erfindungs¬ gemäß Sulfonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltende wasserlösliche Polymere eingesetzt, die gegebenenfalls noch zusätzliche, nicht-ionische Gruppen enthalten können.
Als geeignete Sulfonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltende Polymere haben sich insbesondere solche erwiesen, die Einheiten enthalten, die sich von 2 Mono ertypen ableiten:
1. (Meth)Acrylsäure und deren Salze sowie
2. Acrylamidoalkyl- oder Acrylamidoarylsulfonate.
Zusätzlich können in dem Polymer, welches sich von den Monomertypen 1. und/oder 2. ableitet auch noch ein dritter Monomertyp eingebaut sein. Da¬ bei handelt es sich um wenigstens eine Einheit, die sich aus Vinylestern, Vinylacetat oder substituierten Acrylamiden ableitet.
Die das Polymer aufbauenden Monomere sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einheiten der (Meth)Acrylsäure und deren Salze die nachfolgende Struktur¬ formel (A) besitzen:

X Wasserstoff, ein Metallkation oder N-(R2)4 ist, worin R2 Wasserstoff, eine Ci-C-^-Alkylgruppe, eine Cι-C4-Hydroxyalkylgruppe oder ein Gemisch davon ist;
daß die Einheiten der Acrylamidoalkyl- oder Acrylamidoarylsulfonate die nachfolgende Strukturformel (B) besitzen:
worin R^ Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe ist,
R4 Wasserstoff oder eine Ci-C/j-Alkylgruppe ist,
R5 eine Ci-Cß-Alkyl oder Cß-Cio-Arylalkylgruppe und worin X eine Gruppe ist, wie für die Strukturformel (A) definiert.
Die oben genannten nichtionischen Monomereinheiten, die gegebenenfalls im Polymer enthalten sein können, sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ein¬ heiten der Vinylester die nachfolgende Strukturformel (C) besitzen:

worin R*0 Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe ist und R11 und R12 jeweils Wasserstoff, eine Ci-Cg-Alkylgruppe, eine Cß-Cß-Cycloalkylgruppe, eine Benzylgruppe oder eine Gruppe der nachfolgenden Strukturformel
wie für die Strukturformel (C) definiert ist, so daß R11 und R12 nicht gleichzeitig Wasserstoff sind.
Bevorzugte (Meth)Acrylsäuren und Salze sind ausgewählt aus Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure und deren Natriumsalze.
Das bevorzugte substituierte Acrylamidosulfonat ist 2-Acrylamido-2-methyl- propansulfonsäure, die bevorzugten (Alkyl)substituierten Acrylamide sind jene der gehinderten Amine, tert.-Butylacryla id und Dimethylacrylamid. Die bevorzugten Vinylester sind Ethylacrylat, Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, Hydroxypropylacrylat und Cellosolve-Acrylat.
Bevorzugt im Sinne der Erfindung für die Verwendung als Ablagerungsinhi- bitor sind Polymere, welche 10 bis 90 Gew.-% von (Meth)Acrylsäure oder von deren Salze abgeleitete Einheiten und 90 bis 10 Gew.-% von Acrylamidoalkyl- - oder Acrylamidoarylsulfonateinheiten enthalten, wobei die Polymere ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von 3000 bis 25000 besitzen.
Im Sinne der Erfindung kommen für die Verwendung als Ablagerungsinhibitor ferner insbesondere Terpolymere oder Interpolymere in Frage, welche zwi¬ schen 10 und 84 Gew.-% von (Meth)Acrylsäure oder von deren Salze abgelei¬ tete Einheiten, 11 - 40 Gew.-% von Acrylamidoalkyl- oder -arylsulfonatein- heiten und 5 - 50 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer Einheiten enthalten, die aus¬ gewählt sind aus Vinylestern, Vinylacetat und substituierten Acryla iden, wobei die Polymere ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von 3000-25000 besitzen. Terpolymere sind aus drei, Interpolymere aus vier oder mehreren Monomeren aufgebaut.
Vorzugsweise werden die von der (Meth)Acrylsäure oder deren Salze abge¬ leiteten Einheiten in den Polymeren in einem Anteil von wenigstens 30 Gew.-% eingesetzt.
Das Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts der Polymere beträgt vorzugsweise 4000 bis 8000 und besonders 4500 bis 5500.
Das Terpolymere, welches im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung am meisten bevorzugt ist, ist aufgebaut aus 57 Gew.-% Einheiten aus (Meth)Acrylsäure oder deren Salze, 23 Gew.-% 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonsäure und 20 Gew.-% eines Vinylesters, Vinylacetat oder alkylsubstituiertes Acrylamid und besitzt ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts zwischen 4500 und 5500.
Zur Herstellung der oben genannten Terpolymere und Interpolymere wird auf die US-PS-4711 725 verwiesen.
Als Polyhydroxymonocarboxylate werden die Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze ins¬ besondere der Gluconsäure, Glucoheptonsäure, Ascorbinsäure oder der Lacto- bionsäure oder Gemische davon eingesetzt.
Als Polyhydroxydicarboxylate werden die Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze, insbe¬ sondere der Weinsäure oder Glucarsäure eingesetzt.
Der Anteil des Ablagerunsinhibitors (Aktivsubstanz) in der Bleichflotte beträgt 0,01 bis 0,2 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 0,08 Gew.-%.
Als Peroxid wird vorzugsweise Wasserstoffperoxid in Form seiner 30 bis 50 gew.-%igen wäßrigen Lösung eingesetzt.
Als Alkalimetallhydroxid kommen vor allem Kaliumhydroxid oder inbesondere das preisgünstigere Natriumhydroxid in Frage. Auch Gemische aus Kalium¬ hydroxid und Natriumhydroxid eignen sich im Hinblick auf die Homogenität der Zusammensetzung besonders gut dazu. Vorzugsweise wird das Alkalime¬ tallhydroxid in Form seiner wäßrigen Lösung der Bleichflotte zugesetzt. Durch den Zusatz von Alkalimetallhydroxid werden alkalische Zusammenset¬ zungen erhalten, wobei die Alkalität der Zusammensetzungen durch die Kon¬ zentration an Alkalimetallhydroxid bestimmt wird.
Als wasserlösliche Magnesiumsalze kommen z.B. das Acetat, vor allem das Sulfat oder dessen Heptahydrat und insbesondere das Chlorid oder dessen Hexahydrat des Magnesiums in Betracht. Die Magnesiumsalze werden in der Regel als Feststoff eingesetzt, wobei festes Magnesiumsulfatheptahydrat im Vordergrund des Interesses steht.
Als wasserlösliches Alkalimetallsalz eines Silikates kommt insbesondere Natron-Wasserglas mit einem Gehalt von 24 bis 28 Gew.-% S1O2, vor allem als wäßrige, etwa 30 bis 40 Gew.-%ige Lösungen, in Betracht. Besonders bevorzugt ist das Natronwasserglas 37/40 (Handelsprodukt der Firma Henkel KGaA, Düsseldorf) mit einem Gehalt an Siθ2 von 26,6 bis 27 Gew.-% und ei¬ nem Gehalt an Na2θ von 7,8 bis 8,2 Gew.-%.
Als Tenside (Netzmittel) kommen sowohl anionische als auch nichtionische Tenside oder deren Gemische in Betracht. Bevorzugte anionische Tenside sind z.B. Alkansulfonate, Alkylarylsulfonate, Fettsäurekondensationspro¬ dukte, Eiweißspaltprodukte oder deren Salze und vor allem Alkylsulfatsalze und Alkylbenzolsulfonsäuren mit 12 bis 22 C-Atomen in Alkylrest. Bevor¬ zugte nichtionische Tenside sind Addukte aus Alkylenoxiden, vor allem Pro- pylen- und inbesondere Ethylenoxid, und Alkylphenolen mit z.B. 3 bis 12 C-Atomen im Alkylrest, vor allem Fettsäureamiden und insbesondere Fettal¬ koholen, wobei Addukte aus Ethylenoxid und Fettalkoholen besonders bevor¬ zugt sind und als Gemisch mit den Alkylsulfaten und Alkansulfaten und den Alkylbenzolsulfonsäuren der angegebenen Art im Vordergrund des Interesses stehen. Als weitere Komponenten in diesen Gemischen eignen sich auch Sili- kontenside bzw. Silikonöle.
Als Entschäu ungs- und/oder Entlüftungsmittel können höhere Alkohole, z.B. Isooctylalkohol und z.B. Phosphorsäureester eingesetzt werden.
Das zu behandelnde Textilmaterial kann in den verschiedensten Verarbei¬ tungsstufen vorliegen, z.B. als loses Material, Garn, Gewebe oder Gewirke. Hierbei handelt es sich also in der Regel stets um textile Fasermateria¬ lien, die aus reinen textilen Zellulosefasern oder aus Gemischen aus tex- tilen Zellulosefasern mit textilen Synthesefasern hergestellt wurden.
Als zellulosische Fasern kommen z.B. solche aus regenerierter Zellulose, wie z.B. Zellwolle und Viskose, solche aus nativer Zellulose, wie z.B. Hanf, Leinen, Jute und vor allem Baumwolle und als synthetische Fasern solche aus Polyacrylnitril und vor allem aus Polyester und Polyamid in Betracht.
Gewebe aus Baumwolle oder regenerierter Zellulose oder Mischgewebe aus Baumwolle und Polyester und aus Baumwolle und Polyamid eignen sich beson¬ ders gut dazu, erfindungsgemäß behandelt zu werden, wobei Baumwollgewebe und -gewirke im Vordergrund des Interesses stehen. Der eigentlichen Per¬ oxidbleiche können Vorprozesse, wie z.B. Waschen mit Tensiden, enzyma- tische Entschlichtung, alkalisches Abkochen, Laugieren bzw. Mercerisieren und andere Bleichstufen vorausgegangen sein.
Die Applikationsverfahren zum alkalischen, oxidativen Bleichen von Zellu¬ lose enthaltenden Fasermaterialien mit Bleichflotten unter erfindungsge¬ mäßer Verwendung der Ablagerungsinhibitoren werden nach an sich bekannten Methoden durchgeführt.
Bei der industriell kontinuierlich durchgeführten Peroxidbleiche (Klotz¬ verfahren) werden die getränkten Warenbahnen zunächst bei einer Temperatur von 10 - 40 °C mit der Bleichflotte (Klotzflotte) in Kontakt gebracht. Die durch diese Imprägnierung aufgebrachten Chemikalien wirken sodann auf das Textilmaterial ein, wobei Einwirkungszeit, gegebenenfalls erhöhte Tempe¬ ratur und Chemikalienkonzentration in direktem Zusammenhang stehen und die gewählten Bedingungen von der Beschaffenheit des Fasermaterials und vor allem der zur Verfügung stehenden Anlage abhängen. Anschließend werden die textilen Bahnen bei Temperaturen zwischen 60 bis 95 °C kontinuierlich ge¬ waschen.
Die sichtbaren, durch das Erdalkalimetallsilikat hervorgerufenen Ablage¬ rungen bilden sich jedoch verstärkt an den ersten Walzen, im Dämpfer, was auf die hier besonders starken Kondensations- und Verdünnungseffekte zu¬ rückzuführen ist, und den ersten Walzen der ersten Waschabteile. Ablage¬ rungen bilden sich prinzipiell auch auf den Gewebebahnen, was unter Um¬ ständen zu Griffproblernen führt. Die Bahnen durchlaufen die Anlage aber
nur einmal, während die Ablagerungen auf den Maschinenteilen mit der Zeit kumulieren. Die Erdalkalisilikat-Ablagerungen sind im Vergleich zu Carbo- nat-Ablagerungen sehr viel schwerer löslich, so daß den Ablagerungen aus Erdalkalisilikat auf Maschinenteilen nicht mehr ohne weiteres beizukommen ist. Erdalkaliksilikat-Ablagerungen sind im Gegensatz zu Carbonat-Ablage- rungen nicht ohne weiteres durch Säurezugabe löslich. Bei Silikat-Ablage¬ rungen tritt dabei nur die Bildung der ebenfalls schwerlöslichen Kiesel¬ säure auf. Aus diesem Grunde unterscheiden sich Erdalkalicarbonat- und Silikatablagerungen erheblich.
Für die Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit der Abiagerungsinhibitoren wurde daher die Bildung von Ablagerungen auf der ersten Dämpferwalze visuell unter¬ sucht und die Belegung der Walzenoberfläche in "blank" (keine erkennbaren Ablagerungen), "sehr schwach belegt" (kaum erkennbare Ablagerungen), "schwach belegt" (deutlich erkennbare, jedoch noch unwesentliche Ablage¬ rungen) und "belegt" (deutlich erkennbare Ablagerungen) eingeteilt.
Zum Vergleich mit den phosphorhaltigen Ablagerungsinhibitoren des Standes der Technik mit den erfindungsgemäß verwendeten phosphorfreien Additiven wurde durchweg der ablagerungsintensive Vorgang an den kritischen Walzen des oben beschriebenen Verfahrens hinsichtlich der Ablagerungen vergli¬ chen.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele beschreiben die vorliegende Erfindung, ohne sie jedoch zu beschränken.
B e i s p i e l e
Bleichflotten-Standardzusammensetzung pro Liter:
0,15 g MgS04 x 7 H2O, 15 ml Wasserglas 37/40 (Handelsprodukt der Firma Henkel KGaA), 8 g Natriumhydroxid, 7 ml Cottoclarin VK (Mischung aus An- iontensiden und nichtionischen Tensiden), 3 ml Fuman L (Mischung aus An- iontensiden und Niotensiden), 40 ml Wasserstoffperoxid (35 gew.-%ig in Wasser) sowie Ablagerungsinhibitor.
Der Zusatz an Ablagerungsinhibitor wurde jeweils so bemessen, daß eine Konzentration an Aktivsubstanz von 0,01 bis 0,2 Gew.-% resultierte.
Als phosphorhaltiger Ablagerungsinhibitor wurden 2 ml einer Lösung einer Phosphonatkombination (29 gew.-%ig) pro Liter Bleichflotte eingesetzt, entsprechend 0,058 Gew.-% Aktivsubstanz in der Bleichflotte.
Die Ablagerung von Erdalkalisilikat auf der ersten Dämpferwalze nach einer Testdauer von 6 h wurde visuell nach den oben beschriebenen Kriterien be¬ stimmt.
Bei Einsatz der oben angeführten Rezeptur ohne Ablagerungsinhibitor er¬ folgte eine sehr starke Belegung der Dämpferwalze.
Bei Einsatz der oben angeführten Rezeptur mit 2 ml des phosphorhaltigen Abiagerungsinhibitors war die Walze unter den oben angeführten Bedingungen als "blank" zu beurteilen.
Verwendung von Ablagerungsinhibitoren gemäß der Erfindung: Alle Versuche unter Verwendung von Ablagerungsinhibitoren gemäß der Er¬ findung wurden unter den oben angeführten Bedingungen durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachfolgenden Tabelle dargestellt.

Claims
1. Verwendung von wasserlöslichen Polymeren, die ausgewählt sind aus Sul¬ fonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymeren und Poly¬ hydroxymono- oder dicarboxylaten zur Verhinderung der Ablagerung von Magnesium- und Calciumsilikat bei der Textilbleiche mit Peroxiden.
2. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sulfonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymeren aufgebaut sind aus Einheiten der (Meth)Acrylsäure und deren Salze, welche die nachfol¬ gende Strukturformel (A) besitzen:

X Wasserstoff, ein Metallkation oder N-(R2)4 ist, worin R2 Wasser¬ stoff, eine Cι-C4-Alkylgruppe, eine Cι~C4-Hydroxyalkylgruppe oder ein Gemisch davon und/oder die Einheiten der Acrylamidoalkyl- oder -aryl- sulfonate die nachfolgende Strukturformel (B) besitzen:
S03X worin R3 Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe ist,
R4 Wasserstoff oder eine Cι~C4-Alkylgruppe ist,
R5 eine Ci-Cs-Alkyl oder Cβ-Cio-Arylalkylgruppe und worin X eine
Gruppe ist, wie für die Strukturformel (A) definiert.
3. Verwendung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sulfonat- und Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymere aufgebaut sind aus 10 bis 90 Gew.-% (Meth)Acrylsäure oder deren Salze abgeleiteten Einheiten und 90 bis 10 Gew.-% von Acrylamidoalkyl- oder Acrylamidoarylsulfonat-Ein- heiten und ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von 3000 bis 25000 besitzen.
4. Vewendung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sul¬ fonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymere zusätzlich nichtionische Gruppen enthalten, die ausgewählt sind aus Vinylestern, Vinylacetat und substituierten Acryla iden.
5. Verwendung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einheiten der Vinylestr die nachfolgende Strukturformel (C) besitzen:
worin R^ Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe ist und R7 eine Ci-Cß-Al- kylgruppe, eine Cß-Cio-Arylgruppe, eine Cö-Cio-Arylalkylgruppe oder eine Gruppe der Strukturformel

R9 eine Cj-C -Alkylgruppe oder Wasserstoff ist und n eine gerade Zahl zwischen 1 und 3 ist; daß die Einheit des Vinylacetates die nachfolgende Strukturformel (D) besitzt:
daß die Einheiten der substituierten Acrylamide die nachfolgende Struk¬ turformel (E) besitzen:
worin R1^ Wasserstoff oder eine Methylgruppe ist und R*1 und R 2 je¬ weils Wasserstoff, eine Ci-Cß-Alkylgruppe, eine Cö-Cβ-Cycloalkyl- gruppe, eine Benzylgruppe oder eine Gruppe der nachfolgenden Struktur¬ formel
wie für die Strukturformel (C) definiert ist, so daß R11 und R 2 nicht gleichzeitig Wasserstoff sind.
6. Verwendung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sulfonat- und/oder Carboxylat-Gruppen enthaltenden Polymere ein Terpolymer oder Interpoly er sind, welche zwischen 10 und 84 Gew.-% von (Meth)Acryl- säure oder von deren Salzen abgeleitete Einheiten, 11 - 40 Gew.-% von Acrylamidoalkyl- oder -arylsulfonat-Einheiten und 5 - 50 Gew.-% einer oder mehrerer der Einheiten enthalten, die ausgewählt sind aus Vinyl- estern, Vinylacetat und substituierten Acrylamiden, wobei die Polymere ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von 3000-25000 besitzen.
7. Verwendung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polymere aufgebaut ist aus 57 Gew.-% Einheiten aus (Meth)Acrylsäure oder deren Salze, 23 Gew.-% Acrylamido-2-Methylpropansulfonsäure und 20 Gew.-% eines Vinylesters, Vinylacetat oder einem Alkylsubstituiertem Acryl¬ amid.
8. Verwendung nach Anspruch 3, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Polymere ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von 4000-8000 be¬ sitzen.
9. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Polyhy- droxymonocarboxylat das Natrium oder Kaliu carboxylat der Ascorbin- säure oder der Lactobionsäure eingesetzt wird.
10. Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Polyhy- droxydicarboxylat das Natrium- oder Kaliumcarboxylat der Glucarsäure, Gluconsäure oder der Weinsäure eingesetzt wird.
11. Verwendung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration der Polymeren (Aktivsubstanz), Polyhydroxymono- oder Dicarboxylates in der Bleichflotte zwischen 0,01 und 0,2 Gew.-% beträgt.
