Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, die es sich zur Aufgabe gestellt hat, eine Armierungsform von Hohlkammerprofilen zu schaffen, welche einerseits den Armierungsaufgaben gerecht wird und andererseits in jeweils derjenigen Lage in die Hohlkammer des Hohlprofils einsetzbar ist, in der es für den Verwendungszweck benötigt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, daß das Armierungsprofil als Hohlkammerprofil in L-Form gestaltet ist, daß der längere L-Schenkel eine größere lichte Weite aufweist als der kürzere L-Schenkel, daß die äußere Wand des längeren L-Schenkels am Übergang zu dessen Schmalseiten einen größeren Radius aufweist als die innere Wand, und daß die Übergänge der äußeren und der inneren Wand des kürzeren L-Schenkels in ihrem Radius dem der inneren Wand des längeren L-Schenkels zur zugeordneten Schmalseite entsprechen.This is where the invention comes in, which has set itself the task of creating a reinforcement form of hollow chamber profiles, which on the one hand meets the reinforcement tasks and on the other hand can be used in the position in the hollow chamber of the hollow profile in which it is required for the intended use. Das erfindungsgemäß L-förmige Hohlkammerprofil des Armierungsprofils ist um die Längsachse sowie um die Querachse jeweils um 180° drehbar und kann somit in die meisten Hohlkammern der zu verstärkenden Kunststoff-Hohlkammerprofile eingesetzt werden. Ein wesentlicher weiterer Vorteil dieser Profilform wird darin gesehen, daß alle für Fenster- und Türprofile einsetzbaren Beschläge wie Dreh-/Dreh-Kipp-Getriebe usw. optimal mit der gewählten L-Querschnittsform als Hohlkammer sicher eingebaut werden können. Hierzu trägt einerseits die Raumform des erfindungsgemäßen L-förmigen Hohlkammer-Verstärkungsprofils bei, andererseits kann auch durch Drehen oder Schwenken dieser Armierung die zur Befestigung von Beschlägen notwendige rechtwinkelig zur Schraubachse liegende Wandung hergestellt werden. Sowit ist sichergestellt, daß jede Schraubbefestigung nicht nur durch die Wand des Kunststoffprofils, sondern gleichzeitig auch durch eine Wand des Verstärkungsprofils durchgeführt wird. Darüberhinaus ist in jeder Lage eine doppelte Durchschraubmöglichkeit durch das metallische Verstärkungsprofil gegeben, was wiederum wichtig für eine sichere Befestigung des Fenster- oder Türprofils im Mauerwerk ist. Es sind also mit der erfindungsgemäßen Querschnittsform des Verstärkungsprofils alle Beschlagteile, die sich im wesentlichen auf der Oberfläche des Kunststoff-Tür- oder Fensterprofils befinden, sicher mit diesem verbindbar. Ferner lassen sich Beschlagteile wie z.B. Schließtaschen, die sich im PVC-Profil befinden, sicher mit diesem verbinden, ohne - wie beim Stand der Technik üblich - Teile des metallischen Verstärkungsprofils abfräsen zu müssen.
