Claims (7)

  1. Device for locking up-and-over doors in position having a compensation and balancing spring comprising an arm (5) that is articulated with respect to the casing (6) and one end of which is associated with the door panel (1) and the other end of which is associated with a balancing means (10) comprising an attachment and connecting strap (10a) and one or more springs (10b) anchored to a fixed point, the device comprising a means in the form of a yoke (12) secured to the casing and having two parallel lateral cheeks (12a - 12b) produced in the form of half discs, a support means (13) secured to the end of the pivoting arm and surrounding the cheeks receiving a pivoting anchoring means (19 - 24, 27) fixed to the cheeks, the said anchoring means (19 - 24, 27) being associated with the balancing means (10) and in particular the connecting strap (10a), when the balancing means is operating normally the anchoring means is raised, without contact with the yoke, characterized in that the anchoring means (19 - 24, 27) is positioned from the support means (13) so as to be opposite and face to face with the peripheral outer edge faces of the said lateral cheeks (12), and in that the anchoring means can pivot and is articulated to collaborate in friction or immediate penetration on the peripheral edge faces facing it of the said cheeks, and if the balancing spring breaks, the anchoring means is pivoted to press firmly against the peripheral outer edge faces of the said cheeks of the yoke.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support means (13) is produced from a bearing structure comprising, on the one hand, a continuation or the end (5b) of the arm on one side of the yoke and having, on the other side, a profiled connecting bar (11), all crossing the spindle (7) of pivoting of the arm mounted on cheeks (12a - 12b) and being connected at the other end by a fixed-position spacer piece (16), the said arm (5b) and the bar (11) being situated one on each side of the cheeks (12a - 12b) of the yoke for articulation with respect to the latter via the spindle (7).
  3. Device according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the support means (13) is U-shaped and accommodates a pivoting framework (14) constituting the anchoring means (19) articulated with respect to a spindle (20) placed between the flanges of the support (13), the said anchoring means having, in its central part, a slot (19a) for the passage and retention of the strap (10a) and, at its upper end, an attachment point (19b) for a return spring (22), the other end (22a) of which is fixed to the support (13), the anchoring means being arranged at its other end (19c) with a tooth shape, and in that the support receives, at the rear of the anchoring means, a fixed spindle constituting a means of deflecting the strap (10a) of the balancing means.
  4. Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the anchoring means (19) receives a toothed platelet (23).
  5. Device according to either one of Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that if called upon when the balancing spring has broken, the anchoring means (19) effects a movement or path which is curved in the manner of a claw to insert itself in the thickness of the cheeks of the yoke.
  6. Device according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the support (13) has a U-shaped profile, the lateral cheeks of the yoke are toothed (12c) forming a rack, and in that the anchoring means is a small bar (24) articulated at one end and associated at its other end with a return means (26), the said small bar being introduced into the end of the strap forming a couple.
  7. Device according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the support (13) is U-shaped and in that the anchoring means with the lateral cheeks of the yoke is a knurled ring (27) mounted eccentrically on a spindle (28) arranged between the flanges of the support (13), and in that the strap (10a) of the balancing means is kept taut by a spring (29) fixed to a fixed point of the support (13), the said strap being secured to the knurled ring by a connecting means (30) that forms a stop.
