Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a waterproof laminate molding as an insert for shoes in sticky embodiment, which is shoe-shaped, with a Outer layer, an insole, a lining and a waterproof water vapor permeable Laminate, which is a functional layer and optionally a support layer and the use of the same in shoes.
It is known that shoes which are used as an outer layer e.g. Leather or a textile fabric and have an internal lining, water in the external water environment Let the inside of the shoes crawl; therefore waterproof shoes are required. In addition it is desirable to control the moisture in the sweaty feet To transport away the inside of the shoe, to use an inner layer of shoe which is waterproof but permeable to water vapor. To overcome these difficulties Shoes are manufactured which are on the side facing away from the inside of the shoe of the lining layer have at least one layer, called a functional layer, which Copolyether ester-based polymers, a film of stretched polytetrafluoroethylene, comprise a polyester membrane and / or a microporous polyurethane layer.
When using the functional layer, however, it is necessary to use it in this way to connect the insole and the outsole that permanent water resistance is made possible. It has been shown, however, that especially when sewing the waterproof, water vapor permeable functional layer with the insole, Outsole and / or outer layer of water over the seams by means of external capillary forces can crawl into the inside of the shoe. To overcome this disadvantage, strikes DE-OS 38 21 602 before to use a shaft material, which in the lower area is porous, that of the liquid plastic sole material when molded is penetrable.
In a further embodiment, the shaft material ends at a distance from lower end of the liner and the end of the shaft material is over a porous of the spacer which can be penetrated when liquid plastic sole material is molded on connected. Through the spacer and the formation of the lower end area of the upper material is possible that the liquid plastic sole material in the Pores can penetrate, but this does not prevent any sufficient improvements the creep of water from the shaft-sole area due to the water capillary forces achievable, because the high mechanical load of the shoe when rolling and occurrence can in the long run lead to tearing of the pore wall or at least to a tear of the glued plastic sole material from the pores of the spacer lead, thereby stressing the still intact connections between the plastic sole material and the spacer physically is only enlarged and it also leads to the feared tearing of the pores Demolition of the plastic sole material can come from the pores.
Due to the gaps and tears in the spacer caused by tearing or tearing and water can now be found in the shaft material, which is due to the wetting the outer layer has migrated towards the outsole, in the area between the Spacers and the functional layer of the side part or the sealing lip of the Creep outsole. This effect is exacerbated if, as by the document proposed a strobe seam between the porous lower end region of the outer layer or outer layer, the spacer, the functional layer and lining layer located. This prior art completely overlooks the risk that the transition area from the shaft to the sole is subject to heavy stress, such as Right to this fact the DE-OS 21 06 984 points out that emphasizes that the connection between the sole and the shaft of a high load especially due to the the outsole is subjected to sudden loads when walking. Therefore, although an initial waterproofness of the shoe interior by this conventional one Shoe allows, but already with normal use of the conventional No permanent and adequate water resistance is guaranteed.
It can also be observed that since the outer layer is often leather or leather-like Tissue is fibers when punching the pores of the lower end portion of the shaft material remain inside the pore interior and despite filling the pore interior using liquid plastic sole material, the remaining fibers are ideal Water bridges allow water to crawl into the inside of the shoe, apart from that these fibers at least limit the adhesion of the plastic sole material.
For shoes with glued soles, the one described in DE-OS 38 21 602 is suitable Laminate molding not because the glue with which the sole is glued to the porous Parts of the extended outer layer are only partially penetrated and therefore penetrating Water cannot offer resistance.
In addition, it is desirable if a shoe is manufactured in such a way that it is easier to use and fewer operations, the manufacturing time and thus the manufacturing costs are low.
The invention has for its object the above. Eliminate disadvantages. Especially a laminate molding is to be made available, which is suitable for production waterproof, water vapor permeable shoes with glued on sole are suitable.
This problem is solved by the waterproof laminate molding as an insert for
Shoes in a sticky embodiment, which is shaped like a shoe,
with an outer layer, an insole, a lining and a waterproof
water vapor permeable laminate, which has a functional layer and optionally a
Has support layer, which is characterized in that an
The invention also relates to a waterproof shoe, which the invention Has molded laminate.
With conventional shoes, the water migrates through the capillary forces Outer layer of leather or leather-like fabric in the lower area between the outer layer and sole and also about the outer layer itself. Here it can be observed that thence the water between the underside of the laminate, its lower end area is aligned parallel to the bottom of the outsole and the top of the outsole penetrates to the outer edge of the lower end portion of the laminate. Here the water now occurs due to the poor connection between the outer edge and the plastic sole material along the outer edge into the shoe interior. Under the outer edge of the laminate is that facing the longitudinal central axis of the shoe Understanding edge.
ist die Stützschicht 5 auch im Bereich des Außenrands 20 des Laminats 2 angeordnet;
When using the waterproof laminate molded part according to the invention in the shoe
is the
flüssigen Kunststoffsohlenmaterial erreicht, welche homogen also partikelfrei und wegen
Because of this, an intimate bond, in contrast to the prior art
the
It can also be observed that since the
Material enthalten. In one embodiment the laminate 2 may have a
To make the waterproof water vapor permeable material, you can use the polymers suitable for forming a microporous polymeric matrix, which include polyolefins, such as polyethylene-propylene copolymers, polyethylene, Terephthalates, polycaprolactam, polyvinylidene fluoride, polybutylene terephthalate, polyester copolymers and polytetrafluoroethylene. The waterproof water vapor permeable Material can be a coating, impregnation or a membrane with polymers Copolyetherester basis (Sympatex) or made of stretched polytetrafluoroethylene with a microporous polyurethane coating (Gore-tex).

The polymers can preferably be wholly or partly copolyether esters, wherein at least 70 mol% of the dicarboxylic acid used is 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid or their ester-forming equivalents and in which at least 70 mol% of the diol used with a small molecular weight of 1,4-butanediol or its ester-forming equivalents and the sum of the mole percent the dicarboxylic acid which does not form 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid or its ester Equivalents and diols with a small molecular weight that is not 1,4-butanediol or its ester-forming equivalents is at most 30% and the Make up ester units with short chains from 35 to 80% by weight of the copolyetherester.
Even more preferred are the polymers that are copolyether esters, wherein the polymers consist of a number of repeating intralinear long-chain and short-chain ester units that are statistically linked head to tail via ester linkages, the long-chain ester units of the formula and the short chain ester units of the formula where G represents a divalent radical which remains after the removal of terminal hydroxyl groups from at least one long-chain glycol with an average molecular weight of 600 to 4,000 and an atomic ratio of carbon to oxygen between 2 and 4.3, at least 20% by weight of the long-chain glycol have an atomic ratio of carbon to oxygen between 2.0 and 2.4 and make up 15 to 50% by weight of the copolyetherester, R represents a divalent radical which, after the removal of carboxyl groups from at least one dicarboxylic acid, has a molecular weight of less than 300 remains and D represents a divalent radical which remains after the removal of hydroxyl groups from at least one diol having a molecular weight of less than 250, where at least 70 mol% of the dicarboxylic acid used consists of 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid or its ester-forming equivalents and at least 70 mol % of the diol with the small molecular weight consists of 1.4 butanediol or its ester-forming equivalents and the sum of the mol% of the dicarboxylic acid, which is not 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid or its ester-forming equivalents, and the diol with a small molecular weight, which is not 1,4- Butanediol or its ester-forming equivalents is at most 30% and the ester units with short chains are 35 to 80% by weight of the copolyetherester.
The copolyetherester polymer membranes used in a further embodiment can have a thickness of 10 μm or 15 μm and are distinguished by a high water vapor permeability of over 2700 g / m 2 (24 hours modified according to ASTM E 96 66 method B).

The

In addition, the shaft with the already prefabricated waterproof according to the invention

In all embodiments of the shoe according to the invention it should be noted that

A terry layer, goat, sheep, beef, Pigskin lining layer, Velvet layer, camel hair layer, knitted or woven Layer of fur, fabric layer, advantageously made of cotton, new wool, synthetic Fibers and / or regenerated and / or modified cellulose can be used.
Manchester, Kord, Velveton, Norzon, Ledertuch, Ledersamt, Duvertine, gestricktes
oder gewirktes Gewebe, Satin, Fell, Fellimitation, Rauh-, Glatt-, Lackleder oder geschliffenes,
geprägtes, geschrumpftes oder gekrispeltes Leder.The
Waterproof plastic materials such as rubber, polyurethane, Polyvinyl chloride and its derivatives and mixtures thereof.

Laufsohle 13 an.Due to the simplification of the drawings, the figures show a schematic,

In a further embodiment, the lower end region of the
ausgewogenen Weise sonach beseitigt.
Thorough tests show that despite the fairly simple method of manufacture
