erhöht somit die Betriebssicherheit der
Rotationsdruckmaschine.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung kann auch in
vorteilhafter weise zum Lösen der Platte vom Zylinder
verwendet werden, wobei die Vorrichtung als auf eine
Stirnseite eines Schenkel der Platte wirkender Ausheber

Ein Zylinder 1 einer Rotationsdruckmaschine ist zur

so daß die Bohrung 14 mit dem Schlitz 8 in Verbindung
steht. In dieser Bohrung 14 ist ein Spannhebel 16, z. B.
eine Spindel 16, schwenkbar gelagert. Diese Spindel 16
weist eine parallel zu einer Schwenkachse 17 der Spindel
16 verlaufende Nut 18 auf. Diese Nut 18 verengt sich von
einer Mantelfläche 19 der Spindel 16 ausgehend zu einem
Inneren der Spindel 16 hin. Im vorliegenden Beispiel hat
der nach außen weisende Teil der Nut 18 V-förmigen
Querschnitt, an den sich ein schmaler U-förmiger Schlitz
anschließt. Im inneren, U-förmigen Schlitz der Nut 18
ist eine kammartige, mit Zinken 21 versehene Leiste 22
befestigt. Diese Zinken 21 sind bezüglich der als
Kragarm eingespannten Leiste 22 in Umfangsrichtung der
Spindel 16 einzeln federnd gelagert. Die Leiste 22 mit
den Zinken 21 ist im vorliegenden Beispiel als
kammartige Blattfeder ausgeführt, die mittels der
Spindel 16 schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Die Lochungen 11
des nachlaufenden Endes 4 der Platte 2 und die Zinken 21
sind aufeinander angepaßt.A width b8 of the

Uhrzeigersinn in ihre Betriebsstellung geschwenkt.
Hierbei greifen die Zinken 21 jeweils mit ihren unteren
Seiten 23 in die Lochungen 11 des nachlaufenden Endes 4
der Platte 2 ein und ziehen das Ende 4 in den Schlitz 8.
Die Zinken 21 biegen sich und spannen somit durch die
erzeugte Federkraft die Platte 2. Die Spindel 16 wird in
ihrer Betriebsstellung mittels nicht dargestellter
Mittel, z. B. mittels eines Rastbolzens, arretiert.To attach the plate 2 to the cylinder 1

Zum Lösen der Platte 2 von dem Zylinder 1 wird die
Spindel 16 im Uhrzeigersinn über ihre Betriebstellung
hinaus weitergedreht. Dabei verbiegen sich die Zinken 21

schließlich aus den Lochungen 11 der Platte 2 heraus.
Die Zinken 21 federn in ihre unverformte Stellung, in
der die untere Seite 23 der Zinken 21 an einer
Stützfläche 24 der Nut 18 anliegen. In dieser Strecklage
ist eine Länge l21 der Zinken 21 in radialer Richtung
derart bemessen, daß die Zinken 21 bis über eine
Stirnfläche 27 des Schenkels 9 des nachlaufenden Endes 4
der Platte 2 hinaus reichen. Durch entgegengesetztes
Drehen der Spindel 16, wird eine obere Seite 26 der
Zinken 21 zum Anliegen an die Stirnfläche 27 des
Schenkels 9 des nachlaufenden Endes 4 der Platte 2
gebracht. Somit wird durch weiteres Drehen der Spindel
16 das nachlaufende Ende 4 der Platte 2 vom Zylinder 1
gelöst und der Schenkel 9 aus dem Schlitz 8
herausgeschoben. Somit haben die Zinken 21 auch

Claims (7)
