- la figure 1 représente une vue en coupe longitudinale de l'extrémité d'un tube d'enroulement équipée d'un boítier de commande selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique en perspective de l'extrémité du tube d'enroulement et de son boítier de commande ;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle schématique en perspective d'une joue dans laquelle se loge le boítier de commande ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle du boítier de commande selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2 ;
- les figures 5 et 6 représentent respectivement des modes de réalisation différents d'un connecteur du boítier de commande ;
- la figure 7 est une vue en coupe partielle de la joue 4 selon la ligne VII-VII de la figure 3.
Claims (16)
- Dispositif de montage d'un tube d'enroulement rotatif (1) d'un volet roulant comportant un tablier (2) guidé latéralement dans des glissières (3) et relié par son bord supérieur audit tube d'enroulement (1) dont la fixation dans l'encadrement d'une ouverture est effectuée par l'intermédiaire de deux joues supports latérales correspondantes (4) reliées aux glissières (3) et disposées à chaque extrémité du tube d'enroulement (1), lesdites joues (4) comprenant chacune une embase formant des paliers au tube (1), au moins l'une de ces embases étant également destinée à recevoir des moyens de commande en rotation, caractérisé en ce que l'embase forme un boítier (5) constitué, d'une part, d'un socle (6) dont l'épaisseur (e) est au plus égale à celle (e') de la joue correspondante (4) dans laquelle il se loge et, d'autre part, par un prolongement tubulaire (7) dont le diamètre (D4) est au plus égal à celui (D2) du tube d'enroulement (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement tubulaire (7) du boítier (5) comprend une partie terminale (8) apte à s'engager à l'intérieur du tube d'enroulement (1) pour le supporter, par l'intermédiaire d'un palier de liaison (9) disposé concentriquement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'entraínement en rotation du tube d'enroulement (1) est effectué par un moteur électrique disposé concentriquement dans un tube (10) formant carter, dit « tube moteur», et en ce que celui-ci est de dimension telle à se positionner également sur la partie terminale (8) du prolongement tubulaire (7) correspondant au boítier (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tube moteur (10) comporte un prolongement d'extrémité (11) apte à être fixé par emmanchement sur la partie terminale (8) du prolongement tubulaire (7) du boítier (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité (12) est interposé entre le prolongement d'extrémité (11) du tube moteur (2) et la partie terminale (8) du prolongement tubulaire (7) du boítier (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (5) comporte des moyens de fixation en rotation par rapport à la joue (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (5) est de forme quadrangulaire et de dimension telle à se loger et se positionner dans un évidement (4a) de forme correspondante de la joue (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la joue (4) comporte un fond (4b) contre lequel vient en butée la face d'extrémité (5a) du boítier (5) lors du montage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le socle (6) du boítier (5) et son prolongement tubulaire (7) et sa partie terminale (8) renferment les moyens de commande du tube d'enroulement (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens renfermés dans le boítier (5) sont des moyens de commande électroniques destinés au moteur électrique disposé dans le tube d'enroulement (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le socle (6) du boítier (5) renferme des composants électroniques (14) de petite taille, tandis que le prolongement tubulaire (7) ou encore la partie terminale (8) servent au logement de composant (15, 16) de taille plus importante, tels un condensateur destiné au moteur électrique, et/ou un transformateur très basse tension de sécurité.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que les composants électroniques (14, 15, 16) sont montés sur une carte électronique (16a) logée dans le socle (6) du boítier (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande électronique renfermées dans le boítier (5) sont raccordés à une source de courant externe par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble de connexion constitué par une fiche (17) solidaire du boítier (5) apte à coopérer électriquement avec une prise (18) solidaire de la joue (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la fiche (17) du boítier (5) est constituée par deux plots (17a) et (17b) supportés par un bossage (19) associé au boítier (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les plots (17a, 17b) sont des broches.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la prise (18) de la joue (4) est constituée par deux contacts (22, 23) logés dans un évidement (24) réalisé dans ladite joue (4), en coïncidence avec le bossage (19) correspondant au boítier (5) et qui est destiné à se loger dans cet évidement 24 au montage pour un raccordement électrique simultané.
