Claims (11)
- Blattbildungsvorrichtung (10) zum Bilden einer Bahn (W) aus Stoff (S), der aus einem Stoffauflauf (12) ausgestoßen wird, mit:einem Langsieb (14), das einen im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) aufweist, der ein erstes und ein zweites Ende (18, 20) hat,einem Stoffauflauf (12), der benachbart zu und oberhalb von dem ersten Ende (18) des Abschnitts (16) angeordnet ist, um den Stoff (S) auf das Langsieb (14) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Ende (18, 20) des Abschnitts (16) auszustoßen,einem zur Schleife geschlungenen Blattbildungssieb (22), das mit dem im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) zusammenwirkt und oberhalb desselben angeordnet ist, so daß das Langsieb (14) und das Blattbildungssieb (22) zwischen sich einen langgestreckten Blattbildungsabschnitt (24) bilden zum Entfernen von Wasser aus dem Stoff (S), wobei der Blattbildungsabschnitt (24) ein stromaufwärtiges und ein stromabwärtiges Ende (26, 28) hat,einem gekrümmten Siebtisch (30), der benachbart zu dem stromaufwärtigen Ende (26) des Blattbildungsabschnitts (24) und relativ zu dem Stoffauflauf (12) auf einer entgegengesetzten Seite des Langsiebes (14) angeordnet ist, wobei die Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß während der Bewegung des Langsiebes (14) über den gekrümmten Siebtisch (30) Wasser (32) zentrifugal aus dem Stoff (S) durch das zur Schleife geschlungene Blattbildungssieb (22) geschleudert wird,einem Vakuumschlitz (34), der relativ zu dem Siebtisch (30) auf einer entgegengesetzten Seite der Siebe (14, 22) angeordnet ist, zum Fördern des Wassers (32), das zentrifugal durch das zur Schleife geschlungene Blattbildungssieb (22) entfernt wird, einem gekrümmten, hängenden Vakuumkasten (36), der relativ zu dem Vakuumschlitz (34) unmittelbar stromabwärts und auf derselben Seite der Siebe (14, 22) wie der Vakuumschlitz (34) angeordnet ist, wobei der Vakuumkasten (36) innerhalb des zur Schleife geschlungenen Blattbildungssiebes (22) angeordnet ist, wobei der gekrümmte Vakuumkasten (36) eine gekrümmte Seite (38) aufweist zum Führen der Siebe (14, 22), wobei die gekrümmte Seite das Blattbildungssieb (22) berührt und das Blattbildungssieb gleitend trägt, wobei die gekrümmte Seite (38) relativ zu dem gekrümmten Siebtisch (30) in einem entgegengesetzten Sinn gekrümmt ist,
daß eine Dehneinrichtung (68) vorgesehen ist zum Dehnen der Deckeneinrichtung (40), so daß die Deckeneinrichtung (40) aufwärts (70) gegen das Langsieb (14) gedrängt wird, wodurch die Deckeneinrichtung (40) mit dem Langsieb (14) zusammenwirkt, um das Langsieb (14) aufwärts zu der gekrümmten Seite (38) zu drücken, um einen weiteren Teil von Wasser weg von der gebildeten Bahn (W) und durch das Blattbildungssieb (22) zu drängen. - Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langsieb (14) einen stromaufwärtigen Abschnitt (44) bildet, der unmittelbar vor dem im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) angeordnet ist, wobei der im wesentlichen horizontale Abschnitt (16) relativ zu dem stromaufwärtigen Abschnitt (44) abgesenkt ist, so daß das Ausstoßen des Stoffes (S) auf den im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) unter einem relativ kleinen Winkel relativ zu dem im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) erfolgt, um das Aufprallen des Stoffes (S) auf den im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) zu minimieren, wobei der Stoff (S) auf den im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitt (16) relativ zu dem gekrümmten Siebtisch (30) stromaufwärts ausgestoßen wird.
- Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stromaufwärtige Ende des Blattbildungsabschnitts (24) aufweist:
eine Einrichtung (46) zum Einstellen einer Umschlingung des Blattbildungssiebes (22) um den gekrümmten Siebtisch (30) zum Einstellen der Strömung von Wasser (32) durch das Blattbildungssieb (22). - Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Siebtisch (30) aufweist:
mehrere Klingen (48, 49, 50), wobei sich jede Klinge in einer Maschinenquerrichtung erstreckt und wobei die Klingen (48, 49, 50) in einer Maschinenrichtung (MD) voneinander beabstandet sind. - Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vakuumschlitz (34) aufweist:
eine einstellbare Führung (52) zum Führen des Wassers (32), das zentrifugal aus dem Stoff (S) durch das Blattbildungssieb (22) entfernt wird, wobei der Schlitz (34) mit einer Teilvakuumquelle verbunden ist, um das Entfernen des Wassers (32) zu unterstützen. - Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekrümmte Seite (38) aufweist:
mehrere Folien (54, 55, 56), wobei sich jede Folie (54, 55, 56) in einer Maschinenquerrichtung erstreckt und wobei die Folien (54, 55, 56) in einer Maschinenrichtung (MD) voneinander beabstandet sind, um das Blattbildungssieb (22) zu führen. - Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gekrümmte Seite (38) aufweist:eine erste Zone (58);eine zweite Zone (60), die relativ zu der ersten Zone (58) stromabwärts angeordnet ist, wobei die zweite Zone (60) einen Krümmungsradius hat, der kleiner als ein Krümmungsradius der ersten Zone (58) ist.
- Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Zone (60) relativ zu der ersten Zone (58) unmittelbar stromabwärts angeordnet ist und daß die zweite Zone (60) eine stromabwärtige Extremität (62) hat.
- Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die stromabwärtige Extremität (62), das zweite Ende (20) des im wesentlichen horizontalen Abschnitts (16) und das stromabwärtige Ende (28) des Blattbildungsabschnitts (24) benachbart zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckeneinrichtung (40) eine nichtporöse Decke (64) ist, die eine glatte Oberfläche (66) aufweist, welche mit dem Langsieb (14) zusammenwirkt.
- Blattbildungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckeneinrichtung (40A) eine belüftete Decke (64A) ist zum Unterstützen des Entfernens von Wasser, das aus dem Stoff (S) während der Bewegung des Stoffes (S) zwischen den Sieben (14, 22) zwischen der Deckeneinrichtung (40A) und der gekrümmten Seite (38) herausgepreßt wird.
