Description
Der Abstand zwischen den Gestellen kann minimiert werden, da kein Raum für den axialen Versatz der Lagerzapfen berücksichtigt werden muß. Somit wird die Steifigkeit des gesamten Zylinders erhöht, was eine verbesserte Druckqualität zu Folge hat.
Durch die lösbare Flanschverbindung ist während des Betriebes der Zylinderballen fest mit den Lagerzapfen verbunden, wodurch im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik keine zusätzlichen Axialkräfte auf die Zylinderlagerungen auftreten.
Sind die Flansche als Schmitzringe ausgeführt, können beim erfindungsgemäßen Zylinder "Hülsen" trotz dieser vorhandenen Schmitzringe in einfacher Weise montiert werden.
Durch gleichzeitige Verwendung von Hülsen und Schmitzringen wird ein extrem ruhiger Lauf der Rotationsdruckmaschine erreicht, wodurch höchste Druckqualität erzielt wird.
Eine hochgenaue Zentrierung von Lagerzapfen und Zylinderballen wird durch zusammenwirkende Konen ermöglicht.

An diesen Lagerzapfen 6, 7 ist jeweils ein z. B. als Schmitzring 12 ausgeführter Flansch angeformt und an einer dem Zylinderballen 2 zugewandten Stirnseite 13 mit einer konischen Vertiefung 14 versehen. Diese konische Vertiefung 14 liegt konzentrisch zur Drehachse 8 des Zylinders 1. Der Zylinderballen 2 kann beispielsweise als Gummizylinder ausgeführt sein. Hierzu kann eine Mantelfläche 16 des Zylinderballens 2 mit einer endlosen Gummibeschichtung 17 versehen sein. Diese Gummibeschichtung 17 kann auf die Mantelfläche 16 aufvulkanisiert, geklebt oder beispielsweise als hülsenförmiges Rohr, ein sogenannter Sleeve, aufgebracht sein. Der Schmitzring 12 ist mit mehreren am Umfang verteilten Bohrung 18 versehen, durch die Schrauben 19 reichen, die mit Gewindebohrungen 21 des Zylinderballens 2 zusammenwirken. Dadurch ist der jeweilige Lagerzapfen 6, 7 mit dem Zylinderballen 2 verschraubt.
Diese Druckkammer 41 ist mittels eines Kanales 42 mit einer im Zylinderballen 2 befindlichen Anschlußöffnung 43 verbunden.

Claims (6)
- Zylinder (1) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine bestehend aus einem Zylinderballen (2) mit daran lösbar befestigten Lagerzapfen (6; 7), wobei der Zylinderballen (2) mit jeweils einen Flansch aufweisenden Zapfen (23) versehen ist, deren konisches Ende (28) in eine konischen Vertiefung (14) des jeweiligen Lagerzapfens (6; 7) eingreifend angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (23) soweit axial in den Zylinderballen (2) zurückbewegbar angeordnet ist, daß das konische Ende (28) nicht in die konische Vertiefung (14) des Lagerzapfens (6; 7) eingreift.
- Zylinder (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der jeweilige Zapfen (23) mit einer Zugschraube (34) zusammenwirkend angeordnet ist.
- Zylinder (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (23) axial, in Richtung der Lagerzapfen (6; 7) gefedert angeordnet ist.
- Zylinder (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (23) als mit Druckmittel beaufschlagbarer Zylinder ausgebildet ist.
- Zylinder (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (23) mit einem konzentrischen Absatz versehen ist, daß eine Abdeckscheibe (39) am Zylinderballen (2) stirnseitig dichtend und mit dem konzentrischen Absatz eine Druckkammer (41) bildend angeordnet ist.
- Zylinder (1) nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch des Lagerzapfens (6; 7) als Schmitzring (12) ausgebildet ist.
