Abstract

The description relates to spontaneously dispersible concentrates with difficultly soluble carotenes which, when diluted with water or a 5 % glucose solution, give thermodynamically stable ultra-micro-emulsions, the micelles of which have a hydrodynamic radius of 1.5 to 3.0 nm, and their use as medicaments for the treatment of tumours, psoriasis and eczemas.
