Claims (26)
- Ensemble de distribution et d'application d'un produit de consistance liquide à pâteuse, comprenant un réservoir tubulaire (2) pour contenir le produit à distribuer communiquant avec au moins un orifice de distribution (61), ce réservoir, du côté opposé à l'orifice (61), comportant au moins une fente longitudinale (21) ayant une extrémité supérieure (21a) et une extrémité inférieure (21b); un piston (4) apte à coulisser en translation à l'intérieur du réservoir (2) comportant des premiers moyens d'entraínement en translation (43) traversant la fente (21) et assurant la distribution du produit ; une embase (9) raccordée au réservoir ladite embase étant accessible depuis l'extérieur ; des seconds moyens d'entraínement en translation du piston (4) mobiles en rotation par rapport à l'embase (9) le réservoir (2) et l'embase (9) étant réalisés en une pièce, la fente étant réalisée sur une partie seulement du réservoir, l'ensemble comportant, en outre, un embout d'application (6, 6a à 6k) solidaire du réservoir équipé dudit orifice de distribution (61).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sont constitués par une bague de manoeuvre (5) entourant au moins une partie du réservoir et montée fixe en translation et libre en rotation autour de ce réservoir, cette bague (5) étant munie intérieurement d'un élément d'entraínement hélicoïdal (51), et par un élément d'entraínement complémentaire (43) solidaire du piston (4) traversant la fente (21) et apte à coulisser en translation à l'intérieur de la fente, ces moyens d'entraínement hélicoïdal (51) et d'entraínement complémentaire (43) étant agencés de sorte qu'une rotation de la bague de manipulation (5) provoque une translation du piston (4) pour assurer la distribution d'une dose de produit.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (9) présente à l'intérieur au moins une zone de section (25) plus importante que celle du réservoir de manière à former des moyens de butée et à permettre le passage du moyen d'entraínement complémentaire (43) du piston (4) dans la fente (21), cette zone se prolongeant jusqu'à la fente.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de maintien (7) sont prévus pour empêcher le moyen d'entraínement complémentaire (43) du piston (4) de sortir de la fente (21).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'embase (9) comporte une extrémité ouverte (28), les moyens de maintien étant constitués par un bouchon (7) obturant cette extrémité (28), ce bouchon (7) supportant une jupe (72), dont une extrémité libre (73) est destinée à venir en appui contre les moyens de butée (22).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraínement est constitué par un filetage interne (51) de la bague (5) et que l'élément d'entraínement complémentaire (43) est constitué par un filetage externe (43a) porté par le piston (4), le filetage externe (43a) étant complémentaire au filetage interne (51) de la bague (5).
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraínement (51) est constitué par au moins une gorge hélicoïdale pratiquée dans la paroi interne de la bague (5) et que l'élément d'entraínement complémentaire (43) est constitué par au moins un ergot porté par le piston (4), l'ergot étant capable de coulisser dans ladite gorge.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le piston (4) comporte une jupe cylindrique (42) munie d'une paroi circulaire (41) en contact avec le produit, les moyens d'entraínement en translation (43), du côté opposé au produit, étant agencés de sorte que lorsque ces moyens d'entraínement (43) sont situés à l'extrémité inférieure (21b) de la fente (21), la paroi circulaire (41) du piston est située au-dessus de l'extrémité supérieure (21 a) de la fente (21), pour assurer une étanchéité.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'application (6, 6a à 6k) est conformé sensiblement en forme d'ogive muni d'une surface d'application (63) plane ou légèrement bombée, située en biais sur le flanc de l'ogive, équipé de l'orifice de distribution.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'application (6, 6a à 6k) comporte un système de fermeture (62a, 62b) s'ouvrant sous la poussée du produit, et empêchant l'air ambiant de rentrer dans le réservoir (2), lorsqu'il n'y a pas de distribution, et arrêtant l'écoulement du produit instantanément après la distribution.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (6, 6a à 6k) comporte une surface d'application (63) pourvue d'au moins une cavité ou au moins une gorge (15, 75), l'orifice (61) étant situé dans cette cavité ou dans cette gorge (15, 75).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la cavité ou la gorge (15, 75) est prolongée, parallèlement à la surface d'application, par des passages de façon à créer des canaux d'étalement pour le produit, lors de son application sur le support.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'application (6, 6a à 6k) est réalisé en une matière souple.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'application (6, 6a à 6k) est réalisé en un matériau élastomérique choisi dans le groupe des élastomères de polyéthylène, de polyuréthane, de polyester ; des polyéther bloc amides ; des polyvinyles ; des ter-polymères d'éthylène, de propylène et d'un diène (EPDM) ; des polymères de styrène-butadiène séquencés (SEBS-SIS), des silicones, des caoutchoucs nitrile, des latex.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le matériau élastomérique présente une dureté comprise dans la gamme de 40 à 70 Shore A.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application (63) est plane.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application (63) est convexe.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application (63) est concave.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 11 à 18, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application (63) est constituée par une grille (10).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application comporte deux séries de fils tissés, les fils d'une série étant croisés avec ceux d'une autre série.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 11 à 20, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'application (63) comporte une multitude de picots (11), séparés par une multitude de cavités (15, 75) communiquant entre elles, une partie au moins des cavités étant munies d'au moins un orifice de distribution (61).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'application (6, 6a à 6k) est muni d'une surface d'application (63) comportant des aspérités régulièrement réparties.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 22, caractérisé en ce que les canaux sont rectilignes ou curvilignes.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit est une composition cosmétique.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit est une composition pour les lèvres de consistance liquide à pâteuse.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit à distribuer présente une viscosité comprise dans la gamme allant de 0,6 Pa·s à 17 Pa·s.
