Claims (6)
- Zweirichtungsschwenkrahmen einer Papierrollenwechseleinrichtung mit Andrückwalzen (9; 11), die um zwei wählbare Momentanschwenkachsen (56; 57) wahlweise schwenkbar angeordnet sind, und mit Verriegelungseinrichtungen (33; 34) zum Freigeben oder Festlegen der jeweiligen Momentanschwenkachse (56; 57), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzliche Verriegelungselemente (62-65, 67, 68-71) zum Sichern der Verriegelungseinrichtung (33 bzw. 34) der jeweils bereits festgelegten Momentanschwenkachse (56 bzw. 57) vorgesehen sind.
- Zweirichtungsschwenkrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem zwischen Seitengestellen (17; 18) angeordneten Seitenteil (2; 3) zwei Schwenkzapfen (21; 22 und 23; 24) vorgesehen sind, daß gestellfeste, mindestens einseitig offene Führungen (26; 28 oder 27; 29) zur Lagerung der Schwenkzapfen (21; 22 und 23; 24) vorgesehen sind, daß an jedem Seitengestell (17; 18) mindestens ein hin- und herverschiebbarer Verriegelungsträger (41; 42) angeordnet ist, daß die Verriegelungsträger (41; 42) und die Führungen (26; 28 oder 27; 29) wahlweise mit den Schwenkzapfen (21; 22 oder 23; 24) derart zusammenwirken, so daß eine momentane Schwenkachse (56 bzw. 57) gebildet wird, daß eine Länge (l) des Verriegelungsträgers (41; 42) größer ist als ein Abstand (b) der Zentren der jeweils an einer Seite der Seitenteile (2; 3) angeordneten Schwenkzapfen (21; 22 und 23; 24).
- Zweirichtungsschwenkrahmen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die angeschwenkten Schwenkzapfen (21; 23 oder 22; 24) in einer vertikal nach oben geschlossenen und nach unten geöffneten Führung (26; 28 oder 27; 29) gelagert sind.
- Zweirichtungsschwenkrahmen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Seitengestell (17; 18) außen ein horizontal hin- und herverschiebbarer Verriegelungsträger (41; 42) angeordnet ist, daß beide Verriegelungsträger (41; 42) gemeinsam betätigbar sind.
- Zweirichtungsschwenkrahmen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungsträger (41; 42) gegen Verschwenken gesichert auf seitengestellfesten Führungsrollen (36; 37; 38; 39; 46; 47; 48; 49) aufliegen.
- Zweirichtungsschwenkrahmen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außen auf dem Seitengestell (17; 18) und oberhalb der Führung (26; 28 bzw. 27; 29) der Schwenkzapfen (21; 23 bzw. 22; 24) für die momentanen Schwenkachsen (56; 57) jeweils eine Linearführung (68; 70 bzw. 69; 71) vorgesehen ist, in welcher ein Verriegelungsbolzen (62; 64 bzw. 63; 65) mittels der Kraft einer Feder (67) parallel zur Längsachse jeder Führung (26; 28 bzw. 27; 29) für die Schwenkzapfen (21; 23 bzw. 22; 24) jeder momentanen Schwenkachse (56; 57) bewegbar ist.
