Abstract
Das kontinuierliche Verfahren zur Dinitrierung wird in einem einzigen Apparat unter adiabatischen Bedingungen in einer Emulsion als Reaktionsmedium durchgeführt, wobei in den Reaktor pro Mol aromatische Verbindung 1,3 bis 3,5 Mol HNO3 in Form einer nitroniumhaltigen Lösung dosiert werden und die zur Koaleszenz neigende Emulsion durch mehrfaches Dispergieren aufrecht erhalten wird. Beim erstmaligen Dispergieren der Flüssigkeitsströme zur Herstellung der Emulsion, das in weniger als einer Sekunde erfolgt, können mindestens 20 % der gesamten HNO3 eingesetzt werden.
