To secure parking, storage or installation areas for motor vehicles, e.g. B. from Hotels or dealerships are foldable, foldable and also removable Ground protection known. From the prospectus of VPSP-LTD Warrington WA3 6AX Telescopie Systems is known as a pull-out shutdown lock which is provided in the floor with an at least largely recessed floor tube, in which a push tube is slidable. A safety device is provided to secure the raised push tube against being pushed into the bottom tube.
DE-U-9409 124 is a shutdown lock with the features of the preamble of claim 1 known. There is a spring-loaded spring element Bolt provided, which is pressed into a locking hole when driving over it becomes. The bolt is connected to a lever via the flexible connection is rotated by turning a key and thereby causes the unlatching.
The invention is based on the object, a safe and easy-to-use shutdown lock.
This object is achieved by the specified in claim 1 Features resolved.
The subclaims show advantageous developments. The Advantages of the shutdown lock according to the invention result from the their description based on the drawing.
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 1
- the outer basic structure of a shut-off device according to the invention in two views rotated by 90 °
- Fig. 2
- 1 cut in three different situations x, y and z
Fig. 1 shows the shutdown in two side views, with a ground pipe a concreted into the ground, with a Cross bolt b, which secures the floor tube a against pulling out and at the same time as a depth stop for a in the ground tube a insertable push tube c is used.
At the upper end of the push tube c, a cross tube d is rotatable stored. This can be done by installing a lock e in the push tube c Cross tube d are secured against twisting.
j in Kugelrastbohrungen l des Bodenrohrs a einrasten.
FIG. 2 shows the shutdown lock in section, with the views x, y and z, the lock e not being shown for the sake of simplicity.
A segment bushing f is fastened around the cross tube d within the push tube c, to which a chain g connected to a molded part h is attached. The molded part h is guided through slots of a ball guide tube i welded transversely into the push tube c and is held in tension by a tension spring k. The molded part h is designed in the center of two balls j so that when the push tube c is pulled out, both balls j snap into the ball locking holes l of the bottom tube a via the preload of the tension spring k. When the cross tube d is secured against rotation by the lock e, the molded part h cannot be raised by means of the segment bushing f and the chain g. The balls j can then not return from the ball locking holes l, whereby the push tube c is secured against pulling out or lowering, as view x shows. From view y it can be seen that when the cross tube d is unlocked and rotated, the molded part h is raised by means of the segment bushing f and the chain g, as a result of which the balls j can return from the ball locking holes l and the push tube c can now be lowered (or also pulled out) .
Schlosses e gegen Verdrehung gesichert.
Kugelrastbohrungen l einrasten. Die Abfahrsperre ist ohne
Schlüsselbetätigung abgeschlossen. Man muß also bei der
erfindungsgemäßen Abfahrsperre nur zum Absenken des
Schubrohrs c den Schlüssel benutzen. Bei Anheben des
Schubrohrs verriegelt sie sich selbst. Um eine Verschmutzung zu
vermeiden, sind die Kugelrastbohrungen mit Abdeckungen m
abgedeckt. In view z, the push tube c is lowered to the depth stop (cross bolt b) and the balls j are pressed out of the ball locking holes. The cross tube d is turned back and secured against rotation by means of the lock e. The key has been removed and will be taken away. The shutdown lock can now be run over with the vehicle to be secured.
View z shows that the chain g is now without tension. The molded part h is spring-loaded, whereby the shut-off lock itself locks when the push tube c is later pulled out, since the balls j automatically snap into the ball locking holes l. The shutdown lock is completed without key operation. So you have to use the key with the shutdown lock according to the invention only to lower the push tube c. It locks itself when the push tube is lifted. To prevent contamination, the ball catch holes are covered with covers m.
One can, what is not shown, on the ground tube a Attach the bezel with the cover, which connects the push tube end with the Cross tube d takes. The shutdown lock is then at ground level built-in.
Alternatively, the shutdown in the z project slightly above the surrounding floor.
