Claims (19)
- Antriebseinheit für ein Hebezeug, insbesondere für einen Aufzug, bestehend aus einem Motor (3), einem Getriebe (1), einer Bremse (2) und einem als Ständer dienenden Bremsgehäuse (8), an das an einer Stirnfläche der Motor und/oder das Getriebe angeflanscht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine durchgehende Welle (6) sowohl die Motorwelle als auch die Getriebewelle bildet, und daß der Bremskörper (2) innerhalb des Bremsgehäuses (8) auf der Welle (6) festgelegt ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (3) und/oder das Getriebe (1) freitragend an das Bremsgehäuse (8) angeflanscht sind.
- Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß die Bremse (2) als Trommelbremse ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremse (2) als Scheibenbremse ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Bremskräfte aufnehmenden Teile an dem Bremsgehäuse (8) festgelegt sind.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Bremskräfte aufnehmenden Teile an einem gesonderten Träger festgelegt sind.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bremskörper an einem an der Welle (6) ausgebildeten Flansch befestigt ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bremskörper mittels einer Kegelkupplung an der Welle (6) festgelegt ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremsgehäuse (8) Öffnungen aufweist, durch welche die Bremse (2) zugänglich ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremsgehäuse (8) durch eine bis unter den freitragend angeflanschten Motor (3) ragende Grundplatte (11) verlängert ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (1) als Planetengetriebe ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (1) als Stirnradgetriebe ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (1) als spielfreies Präzisionsgetriebe, insbesondere der Art Cyclo- oder Harmonic-Drive-Getriebe (eingetragene Warenzeichen) ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (1) als Kombinationsgetriebe nach den Getriebebauarten gemäß der Ansprüche 11, 12 und/oder 13 ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenmantel des Getriebes zur Aufnahme der Tragmittel, insbesondere einer Seilscheibe für die Seile eines Aufzuges ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (1) an seiner Abtriebsseite eine Welle aufweist, die zur Aufnahme der Tragmittel, insbesondere einer Seilscheibe für die Seile eines Aufzuges ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (1) an seiner Abtriebsseite eine Öffnung zur Aufnahme einer Zapfwelle aufweist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Antriebswelle (6) ein Impulsgeber (13, 14) gelagert ist.
- Antriebseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützlager (14) der Antriebswelle (6) als Impulsgeber ausgebildet ist.
