Definitions
- Workpieces especially those that are Grinding, drilling, milling and the like processed in many cases require thorough cleaning, for chips, abrasive grains, but also residues of Machining fluids, such as cutting and cooling oils, or other processing residues as completely as possible to remove.
- a primitive way of cleaning workpieces without the Use of a cleaning liquid is particularly in metal processing companies common: According to the workpiece is processed by hand blown off a compressed air nozzle with the result that Chips and other processing residues in the Be blown around, resulting in a highly disruptive Pollution of the workplace. Therefore is it already state of the art, one Cleaning chamber with a filter Provide exhaust air opening into which a to be cleaned Workpiece introduced and in which it is by means of or several compressed air nozzles that come from the compressed air factory network be fed, cleaned, the exhaust air escapes through the filter into the workshop.
- This kind workpiece cleaning is an improvement compared to the previously described type of cleaning with a manually operated compressed air nozzle, because however, the exhaust air usually has processing residues despite the filter is loaded, e.g. B. with vapors a cooling and / or used in the processing Cutting fluid, it also leads to stress the hall atmosphere. Both procedures are also the disadvantage of high compressed air consumption in common.
- DE-37 10 367-A1 describes a system for de-oiling of workpieces using several compressed air jets known; this facility is also intended for machining to de-oil accumulating chips, in both If the system serves the purpose, in addition to avoidance the use of cleaning fluids recover oils removed during blowing off and to be able to reuse them.
- the oil to be de-oiled on a horizontal endless conveyor belt placed which is breathable and made of a wire mesh or the like and a cleaning station passes through, in and over the conveyor belt
- a bowl-shaped Air collecting container are arranged.
- the latter and the blow nozzles are part of an air circulation system, which is an air high pressure pump in Form of a high pressure blower upstream of the Blow nozzles and an oil separator downstream of the Air catcher and upstream of the high pressure fan contains.
- Each of the blow nozzles extends over the entire transport width of the conveyor belt, and the same applies to the air collector.
- the Delivery pressure of the high pressure blower is of the order of magnitude of 5000 pa, and the air outlet speed between 30 and 70 m / sec.
- EP-A-0 158 904 Equipment for blowing dust off the surfaces of workpieces, such as to be painted Bodies, in which the workpieces to be cleaned in an at least substantially hermetically sealed Cleaning chamber to be cleaned.
- This well-known system has a channel-like lock chamber, which at both ends by an inlet side and an outlet-side lifting gate closed can be. There is one in the lock chamber extending over the entire length of the latter, as Whole stationary roller conveyor arranged on the stored objects to be cleaned and with the the latter moved through the lock chamber become.
- the known system also has an air circulation system with a fan to convey the air too two annular blown air channels, which run in the longitudinal direction of the channel forming the lock chamber in Are spaced from each other and each of them is formed by four straight segments, which in the inside of the channel that forms the lock chamber protrude. Is between the two blown air channels provide the lock chamber with an air extraction duct, the two air filters connected in series are subordinate from which the blower the air vacuumed again.
- the workpieces to be cleaned are with the help of the roller conveyor through the lock chamber through clocked.
- the inlet side Lift gate opened, whereupon a first to be cleaned Workpiece or a first batch of workpieces to be cleaned inserted into the lock chamber and on the Roller conveyor is deposited; after reaching a first one The position in front of the first blowing air duct becomes the inlet side Lift gate closed, whereupon the air circuit in Commissioned and the workpiece or workpieces passed through the first annular blown air duct and before the second annular Blow air duct is or will be shut down; subsequently the lift gate on the inlet side is opened again Load the lock chamber with the next batch, the inlet-side lift gate closed again and the Roller conveyor clocked one step, the first batch the second annular blown air duct and the second batch the first annular blown air duct happens etc.
- the invention is based on the object, a Creating a dry cleaning system that allows in a continuous mode of operation also such Clean workpieces thoroughly, which according to processing impurities such as chips, Abrasive grains, residues from machining fluids (Cutting and cooling oils) and other processing residues be freed as completely as possible have to.
- any environmental pollution to avoid, as a result of at least almost complete cycle of cleaning air used, and by using a solid particle filter chips, abrasive grains and not only hold back the like without problems, but such a filter can also be easily used clean again by removing it from its downstream side with an air flow.
- blow nozzle or blow nozzles must or must of course, be arranged so that they move the bulkheads do not hinder or hinder; to this Purpose is expediently the blow nozzle arrange outside the inner surfaces of the duct walls, the blow nozzle opening with these inner surfaces can be flush, but in principle it would also be possible, the blow nozzle transverse to the direction of flow Bulkheads movable, e.g. B. pivotable to attach, so that during the cleaning process in the as Channel segment serving cleaning chamber protrudes, but can be moved out of it, if a bulkhead is to pass through the blow nozzle.
- the blow nozzle arrange outside the inner surfaces of the duct walls, the blow nozzle opening with these inner surfaces can be flush, but in principle it would also be possible, the blow nozzle transverse to the direction of flow Bulkheads movable, e.g. B. pivotable to attach, so that during the cleaning process in the as Channel segment serving cleaning chamber protrudes, but can be moved out of it, if a bulkhead is to pass
- blow nozzle outside on the way of the Scots, this should not be the case be interpreted as if this were always the case should, although the latter is preferable; in principle but it would also be possible to cross the blow nozzle Movement direction movable, e.g. B. pivotable to attach, so that during the cleaning process into the one currently formed for the cleaning process Channel segment protrudes, but withdrawn from it can be when a bulkhead pass the blow nozzle should.
- the endless conveyor element can have any shape have as long as it is generated by the blow nozzle Compressed air jet does not interfere with the cleaning result is impaired; it would be z.
- the endless conveyor element can be the endless conveyor element but also act on a conveyor belt on which the workpieces are placed and which cross to Band level is permeable to air, for. B. because that Conveyor belt from a relatively large opening having wire mesh is formed.
- the blow nozzle arrangement could be like this be taken, as shown in DE-37 10 367-A1; such an arrangement has the disadvantage that the Compressed air jets only in one direction towards the cleaning workpieces are directed, which is often not will lead to optimal cleaning results. Therefore it is preferable if the blowing nozzle is the one Workpiece to be cleaned at least essentially enclosing air outlet opening, the course the particularly slot-shaped air outlet opening - seen in the direction of flow of the workpieces - the workpiece contour is advantageously adapted.
- blowing nozzle If on a cleaning at continuous One could pass through the workpieces stop a workpiece for its cleaning and the Move the blowing nozzle, the latter being a linear or could perform a pivotal movement since it basically only that blow nozzle and Workpiece relative to one another transversely to the air outlet opening the blowing nozzle are movable. To be favoured but embodiments in which during the cleaning process the workpiece is moved and the Blower nozzle is stationary.
- the length of the chamber the cleaning station formed channel only be slightly larger than the longitudinal distance of the am Endless conveyor mounted bulkheads or partitions; this is sufficient if the endless conveyor element during the actual cleaning process stopped or moved very slowly.
- embodiments are preferred in which the channel length is much larger than that Longitudinal spacing of two successive bulkheads, all the more so with relatively high throughput speeds to be able to work. It also offers one Embodiment the advantage that the Scots in Channel in a row several at least almost airtight form closed channel segments, so if necessary, the exhaust air outlet into the environment to decrease still further and / or before or after Cleaning the workpieces additional workpiece treatments each in a closed treatment room to be able to perform.
- the high-pressure pump in such a way that it delivers at least about 600 m 3 / h per blowing nozzle, and a side-channel compressor is preferably used as the high-pressure pump - such side-channel compressors are known and available on the market, so that no further description of such a compressor is required.
- This Process can also be easily automated, by the pressure drop across the filter or downstream the high pressure pump the pressure of this generated high pressure air flow measured the pump switched off briefly, the dirt discharge opening of the dirt collector and the Compressed air is applied to the downstream side of the filter when the pressure drop across the filter is a certain Size exceeds or the pressure behind the high pressure pump falls below a predetermined value.
- the invention also a method for cleaning of workpieces using at least one compressed air jet, where the workpiece is in a cleaning station brought, by means of an air high pressure pump High pressure airflow is generated, this one on the Workpiece directed blowing nozzle and exhaust air returned to the suction side of the pump via a filter is, according to the invention the workpiece in a except for an air inlet in the form of the blow nozzle and an exhaust air outlet at least substantially airtight sealed chamber and cleaned the air in one closed air circulation system containing the chamber is circulated, and further before the Pump solid particles from the air stream mechanically be filtered out.
- the invention still leads to a high consumption Avoid compressed air drawn from a factory network leaves and that the operation of the high pressure pump energy saving occurs because the whole of the latter Pumped air is fed back to the suction side of the pump and the high pressure pump at least none suck in significant amounts of ambient air and must condense.
- the circulated Air in the high pressure pump heats this air and so hot air is supplied to the blow nozzle, which is has a positive effect on the cleaning result not just in terms of what may be required De-oiling or degreasing, but also if the workpieces to be cleaned or the cleaned Workpieces also dried for some reason Need to become.
- the cleaning system not only to be used as a pure dry cleaning system - After wet cleaning, there is Possibility of using the system according to the invention Drying workpieces and, if necessary, cleaning them, a system according to the invention can also be easily trained so that the Workpieces are first pre-cleaned dry, then by means of a cleaning liquid and finally cleaned are dried, in particular those Recommend embodiments in which one of the channel formed by bulkheads one behind the other several closed channel segments formed become.
- FIG. 1 shows parts of a whole with 10 designated conveyor, of which only the upper run 12 an endless conveyor chain and a support or Deflection roller 14 (which may also be can be a roller) were drawn.
- a cleaning station 16 has an elongated, straight channel 18, the front and rear, d. H. 1 is open on the left and right, a rectangular Cross section (see Fig. 2) with over its whole Length of constant cross-sectional area and shape and the walls of which are closed except for one descriptive body are closed everywhere.
- Fig. 2 a rectangular Cross section
- the upper run 12 of the endless conveyor chain runs through this channel 18, in such a way that on the conveyor chain fixed partitions or bulkheads through the Channel 18 can run through. 1 only shows a few of these partitions or bulkheads, namely the bulkheads 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d and 20e, the as well as all other, not shown and on the Conveyor chain attached bulkheads at equal intervals arranged from each other and formed identically are.
- each bulkhead should be connected to the smooth inner surfaces of the channel 18 formed channel cross section be adapted that as long as it is in Channel 18 is at least almost airtight against the inner surfaces of the channel side walls abut (if necessary with the help of attached to the bulkhead edges, grinding seals, not shown), so that two in a row and just in the Channel 18 bulkheads along with the Channel walls an at least almost airtight Form space in the next channel segment called.
- each bulkhead forms a gas impermeable one Wall through which also the conveyor chain is passed gastight.
- Fig. 3 leaves one already indicated in Fig. 1 and as a whole designated 30 in their blow nozzle Recognize details.
- This blow nozzle has an annular one Nozzle body 30a, which around the channel 18th runs around and a self-contained ring-shaped Forms cavity 30b.
- the nozzle body forms 30a, an in turn annular exit nozzle 30c with an equally annular nozzle slot 30d, which is the outlet opening of the blow nozzle 30 acts.
- the Nozzle slot 30d around the entire channel 18 because the outlet nozzle 30c into the lower wall 18a, the upper Wall 18b and the two side walls 18c and 18d of the channel 18 is used and with the smooth inner surfaces the channel walls are flush.
- this includes an air high-pressure pump 34, one to be discussed later Area of channel 18, a silo-like Dirt collecting container 36 and connecting pipelines 38, 40 and 42.
- the delivery direction of the high pressure pump 34 was indicated by the arrow L.
- the collection container 36 contains just before the connecting pipeline 42 a particularly sieve-shaped designed solid particle filter 44, above this Filters, d. H. on the downstream side, flows into the Collection container 36 one provided with a valve 46 Compressed air line 48, below is the collecting container with a slide valve 50 through which one Dirt discharge opening can be formed, and opens out approximately in the central area of the collecting container into this the connecting pipeline 40.
- a particularly sieve-shaped designed solid particle filter 44 above this Filters, d. H. on the downstream side, flows into the Collection container 36 one provided with a valve 46
- Compressed air line 48 below is the collecting container with a slide valve 50 through which one Dirt discharge opening can be formed, and opens out approximately in the central area of the collecting container into this the connecting pipeline 40.
- At 52 was accumulated dirt in Fig. 1 indicated which through the filter 44 from the circulated air flow has been separated and that is already removed from the filter has dropped.

Description
Workpieces, especially those that are Grinding, drilling, milling and the like processed in many cases require thorough cleaning, for chips, abrasive grains, but also residues of Machining fluids, such as cutting and cooling oils, or other processing residues as completely as possible to remove.
So far, such cleaning has been done in practice almost exclusively in that the workpieces with a cleaning liquid (organic solvents or aqueous cleaning liquids containing surfactants) cleaned by hosing and / or dipping and were then dried. The cleaning and / or drying takes place workpiece by workpiece or in batches in a treatment chamber, the one tightly slidable loading and unloading opening with a lid has and is part of a closed Air circulation system is where air is used to dry is circulated, the absorbed by the drying air Water or solvent vapor e.g. B. by condensing and adsorption is withdrawn to a Ambient air pollution, e.g. B. the atmosphere a factory floor, due to moisture or harmful Avoid solvent vapors. These are almost exhaust-free Cleaning processes and systems lead to excellent ones Cleaning results.
A primitive way of cleaning workpieces without the Use of a cleaning liquid is particularly in metal processing companies common: According to the workpiece is processed by hand blown off a compressed air nozzle with the result that Chips and other processing residues in the Be blown around, resulting in a highly disruptive Pollution of the workplace. This kind workpiece cleaning is an improvement compared to the previously described type of cleaning with a manually operated compressed air nozzle, because however, the exhaust air usually has processing residues despite the filter is loaded, e.g. B. with vapors a cooling and / or used in the processing Cutting fluid, it also leads to stress the hall atmosphere. Both procedures are also the disadvantage of high compressed air consumption in common.
Einrichtungen, da unvermeidlich mit Bearbeitungsrückständen (zerstäubte oder verdampfte Öle oder ölhaltige Flüssigkeiten sowie Feststoffpartikel-Stäube) beladene Abluft in die Hallenatmosphäre gelangt.DE-37 10 367-A1 describes a system for de-oiling of workpieces using several compressed air jets known; this facility is also intended for machining to de-oil accumulating chips, in both If the system serves the purpose, in addition to avoidance the use of cleaning fluids recover oils removed during blowing off and to be able to reuse them. At this known system, the oil to be de-oiled on a horizontal endless conveyor belt placed, which is breathable and made of a wire mesh or the like and a cleaning station passes through, in and over the conveyor belt Direction of running several as slot nozzles trained blow nozzles and under the conveyor belt, namely below the blow nozzles, a bowl-shaped Air collecting container are arranged. The latter and the blow nozzles are part of an air circulation system, which is an air high pressure pump in Form of a high pressure blower upstream of the Blow nozzles and an oil separator downstream of the Air catcher and upstream of the high pressure fan contains. Each of the blow nozzles extends over the entire transport width of the conveyor belt, and the same applies to the air collector. The Delivery pressure of the high pressure blower is of the order of magnitude of 5000 pa, and the air outlet speed between 30 and 70 m / sec. Although in this well-known facility part of the air conveyed by the high pressure fan in the Cycle, it still has, albeit in to a lesser extent, the disadvantages of the others above described and working with blow nozzles Procedures or facilities, since inevitable with Processing residues (atomized or evaporated Oils or oily liquids and solid particle dusts) loaded exhaust air into the hall atmosphere arrives.
Finally, one comes from EP-A-0 158 904 Equipment for blowing dust off the surfaces of workpieces, such as to be painted Bodies, in which the workpieces to be cleaned in an at least substantially hermetically sealed Cleaning chamber to be cleaned. This well-known system has a channel-like lock chamber, which at both ends by an inlet side and an outlet-side lifting gate closed can be. There is one in the lock chamber extending over the entire length of the latter, as Whole stationary roller conveyor arranged on the stored objects to be cleaned and with the the latter moved through the lock chamber become. The known system also has an air circulation system with a fan to convey the air too two annular blown air channels, which run in the longitudinal direction of the channel forming the lock chamber in Are spaced from each other and each of them is formed by four straight segments, which in the inside of the channel that forms the lock chamber protrude. Is between the two blown air channels provide the lock chamber with an air extraction duct, the two air filters connected in series are subordinate from which the blower the air vacuumed again. The workpieces to be cleaned are with the help of the roller conveyor through the lock chamber through clocked. For this purpose, the inlet side Lift gate opened, whereupon a first to be cleaned Workpiece or a first batch of workpieces to be cleaned inserted into the lock chamber and on the Roller conveyor is deposited; after reaching a first one The position in front of the first blowing air duct becomes the inlet side Lift gate closed, whereupon the air circuit in Commissioned and the workpiece or workpieces passed through the first annular blown air duct and before the second annular Blow air duct is or will be shut down; subsequently the lift gate on the inlet side is opened again Load the lock chamber with the next batch, the inlet-side lift gate closed again and the Roller conveyor clocked one step, the first batch the second annular blown air duct and the second batch the first annular blown air duct happens etc.
Apart from the fact that the system according to EP-A-0 158 904 do not develop such an intensive cleaning effect can that in this system also in blind holes chips from workpieces and other, from residues due to machining had this well-known cleaning system removed the disadvantages that the to be cleaned Workpieces individually or in batches in the cleaning chamber must be introduced, d. H. that must be worked discontinuously, and that proportionately elaborate workpiece handling devices are required to clean the Workpieces through the open lift gate on the inlet side through to bring on the roller conveyor and the cleaned workpieces through the open outlet side Remove the lift gate from the roller conveyor.
The invention is based on the object, a Creating a dry cleaning system that allows in a continuous mode of operation also such Clean workpieces thoroughly, which according to processing impurities such as chips, Abrasive grains, residues from machining fluids (Cutting and cooling oils) and other processing residues be freed as completely as possible have to.

By using an open at both ends Channel, in which means through a through the channel extending endless conveyor element and Scots attached to it at least in the essentially airtight sealed cleaning chamber is formed again and again, which enables plant according to the invention a continuous Operation and thus a continuous process of Cleaning process, being the continuous pass this is the only way the Scots through the canal is made possible is that the blow nozzle or the blow nozzles not in protrude the path of these Scots. Surprisingly, it has also been shown that with an appropriate air high pressure pump and a blast nozzle a compressed air jet with an air outlet speed can generate, which is sufficient of workpieces almost all machining residues, so z. B. also chips located in blind holes and others resulting from machining Remove residues. Despite the possibility to operate the system continuously finally the invention, any environmental pollution to avoid, as a result of at least almost complete cycle of cleaning air used, and by using a solid particle filter chips, abrasive grains and not only hold back the like without problems, but such a filter can also be easily used clean again by removing it from its downstream side with an air flow.
The blow nozzle or blow nozzles must or must of course, be arranged so that they move the bulkheads do not hinder or hinder; to this Purpose is expediently the blow nozzle arrange outside the inner surfaces of the duct walls, the blow nozzle opening with these inner surfaces can be flush, but in principle it would also be possible, the blow nozzle transverse to the direction of flow Bulkheads movable, e.g. B. pivotable to attach, so that during the cleaning process in the as Channel segment serving cleaning chamber protrudes, but can be moved out of it, if a bulkhead is to pass through the blow nozzle.
If it was mentioned above that at an inventive system, the blow nozzle outside on the way of the Scots, this should not be the case be interpreted as if this were always the case should, although the latter is preferable; in principle but it would also be possible to cross the blow nozzle Movement direction movable, e.g. B. pivotable to attach, so that during the cleaning process into the one currently formed for the cleaning process Channel segment protrudes, but withdrawn from it can be when a bulkhead pass the blow nozzle should.
It is obvious that the air outlet speed crucial at the blow nozzle Significance for the quality of the cleaning result is. In dealing with the de-oiling of objects cleaning system according to DE-37 10 367-A1 comes with an air outlet speed between 30 and 70 m / sec worked. This may be when de-oiling perhaps a more satisfactory one Lead cleaning result; but it’s about coping of cleaning tasks with which the present Invention deals, for. B. to remove Chips from workpiece contours forming an undercut, Threaded holes or blind holes are recommended far higher air outlet speeds, which is why in a preferred embodiment Cleaning system conveyor capacity according to the invention and delivery pressure of the air high-pressure pump the blowing nozzle are matched to the air outlet speed at least approx. 100 at the blow nozzle m / sec, better still at least approx. 200 m / sec and on is best at least about 250 m / sec. It has shown that surprisingly with such Air outlet speeds as well as good cleaning results like with cleaning systems, in which the workpieces with the help of Cleaning fluids are cleaned.
The endless conveyor element can have any shape have as long as it is generated by the blow nozzle Compressed air jet does not interfere with the cleaning result is impaired; it would be z. B. conceivable as an endless conveyor element to an endless rope use, at a longitudinal distance from each other arranged holding devices for the workpieces are attached. As with the cleaning system after the DE-37 10 367-A1 can be the endless conveyor element but also act on a conveyor belt on which the workpieces are placed and which cross to Band level is permeable to air, for. B. because that Conveyor belt from a relatively large opening having wire mesh is formed. With regard on that in the invention Cleaning system but also heavier workpieces should be cleaned without the latter becoming one significant sagging of the endless conveyor element lead, embodiments are recommended which the endless conveyor from a conveyor chain is formed from several articulated with each other connected chain links and to which the Workpieces are placed, taking one of course also several, arranged side by side and parallel Provide conveyor chains running towards each other can, since such a structure is transverse to the direction of flow is permeable to air.
Grundsätzlich könnte die Blasdüsenanordnung so
getroffen werden, wie dies die DE-37 10 367-A1 zeigt;
Deshalb
Basically, the blow nozzle arrangement could be like this
be taken, as shown in
If on a cleaning at continuous One could pass through the workpieces stop a workpiece for its cleaning and the Move the blowing nozzle, the latter being a linear or could perform a pivotal movement since it basically only that blow nozzle and Workpiece relative to one another transversely to the air outlet opening the blowing nozzle are movable. To be favoured but embodiments in which during the cleaning process the workpiece is moved and the Blower nozzle is stationary.
In embodiments where the blow nozzle a the workpiece to be cleaned at least in essential enclosing, d. H. at least one has almost annular air outlet opening and the Workpieces moved by means of an endless conveyor element should, the endless conveyor element through the Extend the air outlet opening of the blow nozzle.
Basically, the length of the chamber the cleaning station formed channel only be slightly larger than the longitudinal distance of the am Endless conveyor mounted bulkheads or partitions; this is sufficient if the endless conveyor element during the actual cleaning process stopped or moved very slowly. However, embodiments are preferred in which the channel length is much larger than that Longitudinal spacing of two successive bulkheads, all the more so with relatively high throughput speeds to be able to work. So it can For example, recommend at least in front of the blow nozzle a superheated steam jet directed at the workpiece to be cleaned to arrange an even better one Effect degreasing or de-oiling of the workpieces; the treatment with superheated steam can also be carried out in the same Chamber segment take place in which also the cleaning by means of one or more compressed air jets takes place, but it is also recommended in this case the superheated steam jet in the direction of flow to arrange the blow nozzle. For degreasing or De-oiling with superheated steam is recommended with a Hot steam jet of approx. 140 ° C and 5 bar to work. In this case, it is advantageous to de-oil the exhaust air at that point in the air circulation system, which is also the solid particle filter is upstream of this filter, however if necessary, in the same container in which the solid particles separated from the filter are collected become.
Furthermore, it can be advantageous to have one on the To provide a workpiece-oriented anti-corrosion agent nozzle, which is either one on the blow nozzle the following nozzle acts in the direction of flow or around the blowing nozzle itself, in the latter case in a suitable anti-corrosion agent is injected.
It has proven to be positive for the cleaning result to design the high-pressure pump in such a way that it delivers at least about 600 m 3 / h per blowing nozzle, and a side-channel compressor is preferably used as the high-pressure pump - such side-channel compressors are known and available on the market, so that no further description of such a compressor is required.
To filter the solid particle after a certain Operating time does not have to be changed and by the filter separated solid particles easily from the To be able to discharge the system, it is recommended to use the filter in a dirt container in the area of a To arrange the outflow of this container Dirt collection container downstream of the filter with a compressed air inlet and the latter opposite a closable dirt discharge opening and an inlet for those coming from the chamber Exhaust air between filter and dirt discharge opening to be provided on the dirt collector. A such a construction allows the filter to be used against the to apply compressed air to the normal flow direction and so solid particles retained by the filter, like chips and the like, from the filter to remove and over the dirt discharge opening of the To drive out the collecting container from the latter. This Process can also be easily automated, by the pressure drop across the filter or downstream the high pressure pump the pressure of this generated high pressure air flow measured the pump switched off briefly, the dirt discharge opening of the dirt collector and the Compressed air is applied to the downstream side of the filter when the pressure drop across the filter is a certain Size exceeds or the pressure behind the high pressure pump falls below a predetermined value.
As is clear from the foregoing, it is an object the invention also a method for cleaning of workpieces using at least one compressed air jet, where the workpiece is in a cleaning station brought, by means of an air high pressure pump High pressure airflow is generated, this one on the Workpiece directed blowing nozzle and exhaust air returned to the suction side of the pump via a filter is, according to the invention the workpiece in a except for an air inlet in the form of the blow nozzle and an exhaust air outlet at least substantially airtight sealed chamber and cleaned the air in one closed air circulation system containing the chamber is circulated, and further before the Pump solid particles from the air stream mechanically be filtered out.
Apart from the advantages already mentioned above the invention still leads to a high consumption Avoid compressed air drawn from a factory network leaves and that the operation of the high pressure pump energy saving occurs because the whole of the latter Pumped air is fed back to the suction side of the pump and the high pressure pump at least none suck in significant amounts of ambient air and must condense. In this context also mentioned that by compressing the circulated Air in the high pressure pump heats this air and so hot air is supplied to the blow nozzle, which is has a positive effect on the cleaning result not just in terms of what may be required De-oiling or degreasing, but also if the workpieces to be cleaned or the cleaned Workpieces also dried for some reason Need to become.
As can be seen from the above, it is also in the context of this invention, the cleaning system not only to be used as a pure dry cleaning system - After wet cleaning, there is Possibility of using the system according to the invention Drying workpieces and, if necessary, cleaning them, a system according to the invention can also be easily trained so that the Workpieces are first pre-cleaned dry, then by means of a cleaning liquid and finally cleaned are dried, in particular those Recommend embodiments in which one of the channel formed by bulkheads one behind the other several closed channel segments formed become.
