Claims (16)
- Element für Bauwerke, insbesondere für begrünbare Stützoder Schallschutzbauten, umfassend ein wenigstens teilweise durchlässiges Mantelteil mit einer Füllung, die block- und/oder schüttfähiges und/oder poröses Material aufweist, mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) das Mantelteil (MT) umfasst ein Gitterteil (GT), das als quader- oder balkenförmiger, durch wenigstens eine Verbindung zwischen zusammenstossenden Randbereichen geschlossener Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist;b) das Mantelteil umfasst ferner ein bezüglich des Gitterteils wenigstens abschnittsweise feinmaschigeres und verformungsweicheres, mit dem Gitterteil verbundenes Netzteil (NT);c) innerhalb zweier, längs einer Kante zusammenstossender Gitterwände (120, 130) des Gitterteils ist mindestens ein Paar von Gitterstäben (121, 131) vorgesehen, die sich quer zu der Kante erstrecken und im Bereich dieser Kante relativ zueinander in Längsrichtung eines Stabes verschiebbar angeordnet sind, jedoch gegen Querverschiebung in Kantenlängsrichtung relativ zueinander form- oder kraftschlüssig gesichert sind, derart, dass das Gitterteil einen gegen Biegemomente formsteifen und knickfesten Hohlkörper bildet;d) das Mantelteil steht mit der Füllung (FL) in kraft-, formund/oder stoffschlüssigem Verbund und bildet mit der Füllung ein im wesentlichen selbsttragendes Bauteil.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mantelteil (MT) vorgesehen ist, das mindestens eine wenigstens im wesentlichen ebene Wand (110) aufweist, insbesondere mindestens eine bezüglich der Einbaulage vertikale oder gegen die Horizontale geneigt angeordnete Seitenwand, und dass diese Wand (110) in Richtung der Wandebene, insbesondere in bezüglich der Einbaulage vertikaler bzw. gegen die Horizontale geneigter Richtung, knickfrei verkürzbar ausgebildet ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verkürzbar ausgebildete Wand (110) mindestens zwei zueinander parallel angeordnete und gegeneinander parallel zur Wandebene verschiebbar verbundene Wandteile (120, 130) aufweist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verkürzbar ausgebildete Wand (110) mindestens zwei als Stabgitter ausgebildete, zueinander parallel angeordnete Wandteile (120, 130) umfasst und dass eine Mehrzahl von Gitterstäben beider Wandteile (120, 130) vorgesehen ist, die jeweils paarweise zueinander benachbart und parallel angeordnet sowie bezüglich der Stablängsrichtung verschiebbar, jedoch wenigstens im wesentlichen abstandsfest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zueinander parallel verschiebbaren Gitterstäbe (121, 131) durch Klammerelemente (150), vorzugsweise in Form von Rast-Federklammern, miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bauelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich wenigstens eines Aussenflächenabschnitts, vorzugsweise an einer Frontseite, des Bauelementes mindestens ein mit dem Mantelteil (MT) formund/oder stoffschlüssig verbundenes Aussenelement (AE) vorgesehen ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aussenelement (AE) einen vorzugsweise mit dem Mantelteil verbundenen Innenabschnitt (AI) aus einem Material hoher Festigkeit und einen aus dekorativem Material und/oder Leichtmaterial, insbesondere solchem mit hoher Schallabsorption, vorzugsweise Bimsbeton, gebildeten Aussenabschnitt (AA) aufweist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllung wenigstens zwei Bereiche unterschiedlicher Körnung bzw. Blockgrösse aufweist und dass ein vergleichsweise grobkörniger und vorzugsweise verfestigbarer Bereich im Bereich einer Aussenseite des Bauelementes angeordnet ist.
- Bauelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche in langgestreckter, vorzugsweise quaderförmiger Ausbildung, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens ein sich längs mindestens eines Oberflächenbereiches, insbesondere längs des Boden-, Decken- und/oder Frontbereiches sowie vorzugsweise wenigstens annähernd über eine Längsausdehnung des Bauelementes erstreckendes Trag- oder Versteifungselement.
- Bauelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein plattenförmiges (A1, A2) und/oder wenigstens ein als Profilträger ausgebildetes Trag- oder Versteifungselement vorgesehen ist.
- Bauelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im rückwärtigen Bodenbereich mindestens ein nach unten vorspringendes, insbesondere mit verfestigtem oder sich verfestigendem Füllmaterial versehenes Formelement (FU) gebildet ist.
- Bauelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füllung bei einer Vorfertigung eingebrachtes, vorzugsweise in einem oberflächennahen Bereich angeordnetes, mit humus- und/oder düngerreichem und/oder mit Samen und/oder Keimlingen für eine Bepflanzung versehenes Material (SPF) enthält.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil für die Aufnahme oder Halterung von Humus bzw. Dünger bzw. Samen bzw. Keimlingen enthaltenden Materials mindestens im Bereich einer freiliegenden Oberfläche porös und/oder kleb- oder haftfähig ausgebildet ist.
- Bauteilsatz, umfassend Bauelemente nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche sowie Verankerungselemente aus flexiblem Material, die zur Anordnung zwischen übereinanderliegenden Bauelementen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Unter- und/oder Oberseite einer Mehrzahl von Bauelementen mindestens ein jeweils zu dem entsprechenden Oberflächenabschnitt eines oben bzw. unten benachbarten Bauelementes komplementäres, insbesondere stufen- oder nutbzw. keilförmiges Umlenk- und Halterungselement (FU) für zwischen diesen Bauelementen angeordnete Verankerungselemente vorgesehen ist.
- Bauwerk, insbesondere Massentragwerk in Form eines begrünbaren Stütz- oder Schallschutzbauwerks, mit Bauteilen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Mehrzahl von übereinanderliegenden Bauelementen im Bereich der Bauelementrückseite ein die Rückseite des jeweils darunterliegenden Bauelementes hintergreifendes Formelement vorgesehen ist.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Mehrzahl von übereinanderliegenden Bauelementen jeweils zwischen denselben mindestens ein Zugankerelement (ZG), vorzugsweise in Form einer Gitterbahn, eingefügt ist, das sich in die abzustützende Böschung erstreckt.
