Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Austausch von Druckformen an Rotationsdruckmaschinen zum beidseitigen Bedrucken einer Materialbahn mit Druckeinheiten mit einem oberen und einem unteren Druckwerk, welche einen die Enden einer um seine Oberfläche gewundene Druckform aufnehmenden Druckformzylinder (1) aufweisen, der über Spanneinrichtungen innerhalb eines Kanales (11) verfügt und dem eine Ausgabevorrichtung (6) für vom Druckformzylinder (1) freigegebene zu wechselnde Druckformen (A) sowie eine Zuführvorrichtung (5) für neu zu befestigende Druckformen (B) zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Druckformzylinder (1) eines unteren Druckwerkes einer Druckeinheit benachbart, unter Druck beaufschlagte Haltemittel (51) in einer schwenkbaren Ebene (50) zur tangentialen Anstellung des vorderen Bereiches der dem Druckformzylinder (1) zuzuführenden Druckform (B) an die Mantelfläche des Druckformzylinders (1) angeordnet sind, wodurch die Vorderkante (28) der zuzuführenden Druckform (B) in den Kanal (11) des Druckformzylinders (1) einschnappt, um ein Auflaufen der zuzuführenden Druckform B auf diesen zu ermöglichen. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in der schwenkbaren Halteebene (50) mehrere verteilt angeordnete Haltemittel (51) aufgenommen sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltemittel (51) in der schwenkbaren Halteebene (50) mit einem gemeinsamen Unterdrucksystem (51') verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die schwenkbare Halteebene (50) über eine erste Stelleinheit (54) bewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zuführvorrichtung (5) die Druckformvorderkante (28) der zuzuführenden Druckform (B) temporär abstützenden Haltemittel (72, 73) umfaßt, die in horizontaler Richtung bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an den die Druckformvorderkante (28) temporär abstützenden Haltemitteln (72, 73) zweite Stelleinheiten (70, 74) zugeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Druckformvorderkante (28) temporär abstützenden Haltemittel (72, 73) als Aufnähmestifte ausgeführt sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an einem der die Druckformvorderkante (28) temporär abstützenden Haltemittel (72, 73) ein die Druckform (B) ausrichtender Anschlag (71) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausgabeeinrichtung (6) stationär angeordnete Anschlagmittel (59, 59') und verschwenkbare Nocken (55) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verschwenkbaren Nocken (55) von einer an die Mantelfläche des Druckformzylinders (1) angestellten Position in eine an die Anschlagmittel (59, 59') angestellte Position bringbar sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die verschwenkbaren Nocken (55) über eine an einem Seitenteil (4) gelenkig gelagerte, mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagte dritte Stelleinheit (58) betätigbar sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlagemittel (59, 59') als Druckformanschläge ausgebildet sind, an die die Druckformhinterkante (29) der zu entfernenden Druckform (A) anschlägt. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschlagmittel (59, 59') die Äquatorebene Druckformzylinders (1) übergreifend positioniert sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß der Ansprüche 1 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die die Druckformvorderkante (28) temporär abstützenden Haltemittel (72, 73) bei Beaufschlagung der pneumatischen Haltemittel (51) die Druckformvorderkante (28) freigeben. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 4, 5, 6, 8 und 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die ersten, zweiten und dritten Stelleinheiten (54, 58, 70, 74) als pneumatisch beaufschlagte Kolbenzylindereinheiten ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 4, 5, 6, 8 und 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die ersten, zweiten und dritten Stelleinheiten (54, 58, 70, 74) elektromotorisch ausgeführt sind.
