Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for storing in a continuous formation, preferably in a scale formation, resulting flat products, in particular Newspapers, magazines and the like, such as an apparatus for performing this method.
- the main winding has the intermediate winding no function to perform, which is why during the corresponding period of time a previously complete wound main winding removed and against one empty main winding can be replaced.
- German published patent application DE 32 44 663 described that the unwinding of two layers Products lying one on top of the other on a main winding to generate a continuous stream of products in can run in an analogous manner by a layer of Products led directly from the main winding and the another layer is fed to the intermediate roll, whereupon then when the main winding is empty, which is now on the intermediate layer is unwound. While unwinding this layer from the intermediate roll can the empty main winding against a full main winding be replaced.
- the invention is based on the object improved method for storing continuously to provide resulting flat products, which can be used as flexibly as possible and different use cases is adaptable.
- Fig. 1 shows the winding process according to a possible embodiment of the invention Procedure.
- Scale flow arrives via a not shown and in Area B switch to a grant, which the scale stream 1 to an intermediate winding 2nd promotes, which first contrary to that in Fig. 1st shown arrow direction C is rotated so as to resulting scale stream 1 on the intermediate roll 2 wind up.
- the switch at B is changed, which means that the shingled stream continuously occurring according to arrow A. no more than shingled stream 1 to intermediate winding 2 but as a shingled stream 3 to the first main winding 4 reached.
- Both the shingled stream 1 leading to the intermediate roll 2 as well as the one coming to the first main winding 4 Scale stream 3 comes from that of the overall device fed continuously in the direction of arrow A.
- Scale flow in which the the scale flow folded printed products always oriented in this way are that the fret 6 the leading and the flower 7 the trailing edge of the printed product forms, wherein the bundle 6 always on top of the leading product lies on.
- the stream of flakes is the main coils 4, 10 and the Intermediate winding 2 from the main winding 4, 10 opposite side of the intermediate winding 2 essentially fed horizontally.
- This scale stream 9 becomes the second main winding 10 fed.
- the two main windings 4, 10 of the winding arrangement 5 are aligned coaxially with their axes of rotation and preferably mechanically coupled.
- the intermediate roll 2 is not as shown in Fig. 1 would be assigned to the second main winding 10, but that the first main winding 4 could be assigned a correspondingly reverse product formation on the Main winding can be achieved on the first Main winding 4 the leading flower and on the second Main winding 10 the leading bundle the respective The winding core could be facing.
- FIG. 2 illustrates the unwinding of a product stream from a winding arrangement 5 wound according to FIG. 1.
- the one consisting of the first and second main winding 4, 10 2 was previously with the under Process described with reference to FIG. 1.
- both main windings 4, 10 in Driven in the direction of arrow E, which results in that from the first main winding 4 a first product stream 11 and a second from the second main winding 10 at the same time Product stream 12 is carried away.
- the product stream 11 is oriented so that its leading edge of each of the flower 7 of the Product is formed, which under the leading product comes to rest.
- the from second main winding 10 coming second product stream 12 is oriented so that the leading edge of the Products each formed by their bundle 6, which in each case under the leading product comes to lie.
- the product stream 11 is indicated with its Orientation directly from the first main winding 4 for the purpose carried away for further processing.
- the second coming from the second main winding 10 Product stream 12 is initially - during the first Product stream 11 directly for the purpose of its further Processing is carried away - on the intermediate roll 2 wound, which rotates in the direction of arrow F.
- the second product stream 12 is before the Wind up on the intermediate roll 2 at 8 in turn turned, which has the consequence that when winding on the Intermediate wrap 2 the leading edge of the Product stream 12 formed by the Confederation 6 of products which is the winding core of the intermediate winding 2nd turned towards.
- FIG. 2 Device leading away scale flow on the Main winding 4, 10 side facing away from the intermediate winding 2 essentially led away horizontally.
- the method shown in Fig. 3 corresponds to essentially the method shown in Fig. 2, wherein here, however, the intermediate winding 2 and the first main winding 4 assigned.
- the one consisting of the first and second main winding 4, 10 3 was previously with the under Process described with reference to FIG. 1.

- leading edge each from the flower of the products is formed.
- the product stream 11 coming from the first main winding 4 is due to the winding with the method according to FIG. 1 oriented so that the leading edge of the flower 7 is formed, which in each case under the preceding Product comes to rest.
- This product stream 11 will 3 wound on the intermediate roll 2, after being flipped at 8.
- the products are on during winding the intermediate roll 2 in the direction of arrow H so oriented that the leading edge of the flower 7 the Products is formed which the winding core of Intermediate winding 2 is facing.
- the timing of the turnout and switching the direction of rotation of the intermediate winding 2 is analog Fig. 2 controlled so that the product stream 14th without gaps to the end of the second main winding 10 coming product stream 12 connects to one Continuity of the product flow carried away guarantee.
- the product flow handled by the intermediate winding 2 is not turned, it is from the intermediate winding 2 coming product stream 14 oriented so that the leading edge is formed by the federal government, each comes to rest under the leading product.
- the product stream 14 is thus oriented in the same way as the product stream coming from the second main winding 10 12th
- a corresponding continuity can also be achieved achieve that when winding up fewer products those assigned to the intermediate roll during unwinding Main winding will be wound up than on those Main winding from which the products are led directly will. In this case, both main windings can be used driven at the same speed.
- Fig. 4 shows a first main winding 4 and a second Main winding 10 with each wound thereon Printed matter.
- the printed matter is on the second main winding 10 so oriented that related to the direction of rotation J leading edge from the Flower 7 of the printed products is formed, which each the winding core of the second main winding 10 is facing.
- the printed products are on both main windings 4, 10 each held by a separating belt 15, 16, which is wrapped between the individual winding layers.
- FIG. 5 shows a modification compared to FIG. 4 Scale of printed matter, with two each Products 17, 18 are essentially flush with one another come lie, the printed products 17, 18 in turn are held by a separating tape 19.
