Description

Claims (10)
- Dispositif de projection de produit de revêtement formant machine de toit comportant deux portiques (2, 3) supportant une poutre (5) mobile en altitude par rapport auxdits portiques et en rotation autour d'un axe (YY') parallèle à sa plus grande dimension, au moins un chariot (6) portant au moins un projecteur (7, 8) étant susceptible de se déplacer le long de ladite poutre, caractérisé en ce que, sur la plus grande partie de sa longueur, ladite poutre est formée de deux longerons (20, 21) parallèles et espacés l'un de l'autre définissant entre eux un espace (22) et en ce que ledit chariot est monté mobile entre lesdits longerons et s'étend au moins partiellement dans ledit espace.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, installé dans une cabine de projection munie de moyens aptes à y créer un courant d'air dominant, caractérisé en ce que ladite poutre est disposée de sorte que ledit courant d'air dominant (F) entraíne, dans l'espace (22) défini entre les deux longerons, une circulation d'air ayant sensiblement le même sens que ladite projection de produit de revêtement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot (6) traverse ledit espace (22) de part en part.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot est entraíné en déplacement le long de ladite poutre (5) par un jeu de courroies (27, 28) situées à l'opposé dudit projecteur (7, 8) par rapport à l'axe de rotation (YY') de ladite poutre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites courroies (27, 28) sont logées dans lesdits longerons (20, 21), les faces extérieures desdites courroies étant à l'air libre en regard, respectivement, de deux ouvertures (20A, 21A) ménagées dans les parois supérieures desdits longerons.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit projecteur est logé à l'extrémité d'une extension (11) dudit chariot situé du côté de l'objet à revêtir (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le projecteur (7, 8) est fixé sur un bras (12) relié à ladite extension (11) par un poignet (13) permettant un mouvement de pivotement dudit bras.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite extension (11) est profilée pour engendrer des perturbations aérodynamiques minimum lors de ses déplacements.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les conduits d'alimentation en produit de revêtement (30) d'une part et les conduits d'alimentation en air et les câbles électriques d'autre part (31) sont logés respectivement dans chacun des deux longerons (20, 21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie dudit chariot (116, 26, 11) portant ledit projecteur (7, 8) est susceptible de mouvements perpendiculaires à l'axe (YY') de ladite poutre (5).
