Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Spritzen von Beschichtungsmaterial in Form einer Überkopfmaschine mit zwei Portalrahmen (2, 3), die einen bezüglich der Höhe in Bezug auf die Portalrahmen und bezüglich der Drehung um eine Achse parallel zu seiner größten Abmessung bewegbaren Balken (5) tragen, mindestens einen Wagen (6), der mindestens einen Projektor (7, 8) trägt und längs des Balkens verschiebbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Balken über den größten Teil seiner Länge aus zwei parallelen Längsholmen (20, 21) gebildet ist, die mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind und einen zwischen ihnen liegenden Raum begrenzen und daß der Wagen bewegbar zwischen den Längsholmen befestigt ist und sich mindestens teilweise in den Raum hinein erstreckt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die in einer mit Mitteln zum Erzeugen eines vorherrschenden Luftstroms ausgerüsteten Spritzkabine installiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Balken derart angeordnet ist, daß der vorherrschende Luftstrom (F) in dem zwischen den zwei Längsholmen (22) begrenzten Raum (22) eine Luftzirkulation bedingt, die im Wesentlichen die gleiche Richtung wie das Spritzen des Beschichtungsmaterials aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen (6) den Raum (22) vollkommen durchquert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wagen von einem Satz Treibriemen (27, 28) zur Verschiebung längs des Balkens (5) angetrieben wird, die gegenüberliegend zum Projekt (7, 8) in Bezug auf die Drehachse (YY') des Balkens liegen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Treibriemen (27, 28) in dem Längsholmen (20, 21) aufgenommen sind, wobei die äußeren Flächen der Treibriemen jeweils in freier Luft gegenüber von zwei Öffnungen (20A, 21A) liegen, die in den oberen Wänden der Längsholme ausgearbeitet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Projektor am Ende einer Erstreckung (11) des Wagens aufgenommen ist, der an der Seite des zu beschichtenden Objekts liegt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Projektor (7, 8) auf einem Arm (12) befestigt ist, der mit der Erstreckung (11) über ein eine Schwenkbewegung des Arms zulassenden Gelenk verbunden ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erstreckung (11) profiliert ist, um minimale aerodynamische Störungen während seiner Verschiebungen zu erzeugen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versorgungskanäle für Beschichtungsmaterial (30) einerseits und Versorgungskanäle für Luft und die elektrischen Kabel andererseits (31) jeweils in jedem der zwei Längsholme (20, 21) angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil des Wagens (116, 26, 11), der den Projektor (7, 8) trägt, für Bewegungen senkrecht zur Achse (YY') des Balkens (5) geeignet ist.
