Claims (8)
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß mit einer verschiedene Hebel aufweisenden Schloßmechanik und mit Schließelementen wie einer Schloßfalle (1) und einer Sperrklinke (2), wobei die Schloßmechanik einen betriebsmäßig an einem Ende (3) mit einem Türaußengriff (5) zusammenwirkenden Außenbetätigungshebel (6) und einen mit dem Außenbetätigungshebel (6) zusammenwirkenden, direkt oder indirekt mit der Sperrklinke (2) zusammenwirkenden Kupplungshebel (9) aufweist, wobei der Türaußengriff (5) eine im Betriebszustand beim Öffnen der Tür die Kraft vom Türaußengriff (5) auf den Außenbetätigungshebel (6) übertragende Betätigungsfläche (4) aufweist, wobei zwischen dem Außenbetätigungshebel (6) und dem Kupplungshebel (9) eine Schraubverbindungsanordnung (12) mit einer Fixierschraube (14) und einer Vorspannfeder (15) sowie vorzugsweise mit einem Langloch (13) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Außenbetätigungshebel (6) durch die Vorspannfeder (15) in einer Richtung bezüglich des Türaußengriffes (5) vorgespannt ist und wobei bei angezogener Fixierschraube (14) beide Hebel (6, 9) zu einer gemeinsam vom Türaußengriff (5) verstellbaren Einheit fest miteinander verbunden sind, wobei zunächst bei nicht eingebautem Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß der Außenbetätigungshebel (6) entgegen der Kraft der Vorspannfeder (15) in oder nahe an seiner einen Endstellung - Anlieferungsstellung - relativ zum Kupplungshebel (9) steht und die Fixierschraube (14) so stark angezogen ist, daß die Vorspannfeder (15) nicht zur Wirkung kommt, wobei das Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß mit dem in Anlieferungsstellung stehenden Außenbetätigungshebel (6) in der Kraftfahrzeugtür eingebaut ist, und wobei bei eingebautem Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß die Fixierschraube (14) gelöst ist, so daß die Vorspannfeder (15) zur Wirkung kommt und in der dann erreichten Funktionsstellung die Fixierschraube (14) so stark angezogen ist, daß die beiden Hebel (6, 9) fest miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorspannung der Vorspannfeder (15) in Richtung auf die Betätigungsfläche (4) am Türaußengriff (5) gerichtet ist, so daß bei gelöster Fixierschraube (14) der Außenbetätigungshebel (6) durch die Vorspannfeder (15) folglich bis zur Anlage an die Betätigungsfläche (4) bewegt ist - Funktionsstellung.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenbetätigungshebel (6) am anderen Ende an einem Schwenklager (7) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungshebel (9) am Außenbetätigungshebel (6) mittels der Schraubverbindungsanordnung (12) nur entsprechend dem Verlauf des Langloches (13) verschiebbar, jedoch nicht schwenkbar angebracht ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem dervorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feste Verbindung des Kupplungshebels (9) mit dem Außenbetätigungshebel (6) nur die Verschiebbarkeit entsprechend dem Verlauf des Langloches (13), jedoch nicht die Schwenkbarkeit des Kupplungshebels (9) um eine durch die Schraubverbindungsanordnung (12) gebildete Schwenkachse betrifft, der Kupplungshebel (9) also auch bei angezogener Fixierschraube (14) gegenüber dem AuAußenbetätigungshebel (6) schwenkbar ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierschraube (14) mit einem Gewindestutzen (17) zusammenwirkt, der einen mit abgeflachten Führungsrändern an den Rändern des Langloches (13) praktisch drehfest geführten Mittelabschnitt (18) aufweist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindestutzen (17) der Schraubverbindungsanordnung (12) die Schwenkachse für den Kupplungshebel (9) am Außenbetätigungshebel (6) bildet.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einheit aus Außenbetätigungshebel (6) und Kupplungshebel (9) mittels einer eigenen Vorspannfeder gegen einen ortsfesten Anschlag (20) am Gehäuse (8) vorgespannt ist und so ansonsten unbelastet eine bestimmte Ruhestellung (Verriegelungsstellung der Sperrklinke (2)) einnimmt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungshebel (9) mittels einer eigenen (oder derselben) Vorspannfeder um die Schwenkachse gegen einen (weiteren) ortsfesten Anschlag (21) am Gehäuse (8) vorgespannt ist und somit ohne sonstige Beeinflussung bei Schwenkung des Außenbetätigungshebels (6) nur seitlich verschoben wird.
