Claims (4)
- Tragtrommelroller für eine Papiermaschine zum Aufwickeln einer laufenden Papierbahn (1) zu einem Wickel (4),mit einer bahnbreiten Tragtrommel (3), auf die die aufzuwickelnde Bahn (1) aufläuft, und die diese auf einem Teil ihres Umfanges umschlingt;mit einem Magazin zum Speichern einer Anzahl von Tambouren (5, 14), deren jeder als Wickelkern dient;mit einem Paar von Schwenkhebeln (15) zum Abnehmen des einzelnen Tambours (5, 14) und zu dessen Überführung in seine Anwickelposition an der Tragtrommel (3);mit einer Führungsbahn (6), auf der er Tambour (5, 14) mit dem im Entstehen befindlichen Wickel (4) entlang wandert und sich hierbei von der Tragtrommel (3) bis zu einer Abgabeposition des fertigen Wickels (4) hinweg bewegt;mit einer zweiten Tragtrommel (21), die antreibbar und gegen den Wickel (4) andrückbar ist; wobeidie zweite Tragtrommel (21) derart gestaltet und angeordnet ist, daß sie während des Wickelvorganges im ständigen Kontakt mit dem Wickel (4) steht;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie zweite Tragtrommel (21) vertikal verfahrbar ist; undeine Positionssteuerung vorgesehen ist, um die zweite Tragtrommel (21) während des Wickelwechsels mit dem Leertambour (5, 14) und zugleich mit dem Wickel (4) in Kontakt zu halten. - Tragtrommelroller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Tambour (5, 14) ein beim Verfahren auf der Führungsbahn (6) wirksamer Zentrumsantrieb zugeordnet ist.
- Tragtrommelroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1-2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beidseits der Maschine Schlitten (7) vorgesehen sind, die am Tambour (5, 14) angreifen, um den Wickel (4) gegen die erste Tragtrommel (3) anzupressen.
- Tragtrommelroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe der Tragtrommeln (3, 21) derart regelbar sind, daß die gesamte Antriebsleistung willkürlich auf die beiden Tragtrommeln verteilt werden kann.
