Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus dünnen, miteinander verleimten Furnierstreifen gleichmäßiger Breite bestehenden Federleiste aus Schichtholz, deren Dicke von den Enden der Federleiste zu ihrer Mitte hin zunimmt.
- Eine solche Federleiste ist bekannt ( DE-U-67 50 118 ).Sie findet verwendung bei der Herstellung von Betten, Liegen, Sesseln oder ähnlichen Möbelstücken. Diese Federleisten sind bekanntlich derart ausgebildet, daß sie zur Erzielung der erforderlichen Vorspannung leicht gebogen ausgebildet sind, und sie werden derart in die Möbelstücke eingebaut, daß ihre konvexe Seite nach oben weist. Bei diesen Federleisten ist es erwünscht, daß sie ein progressives Federungsverhalten aufweisen, d.h.die Federkraft mit zunehmender Durchbiegung ansteigt.
- Die bekannte Federleiste besteht aus einer Mehrzahl von miteinander verleimten Furnierstreifen, von denen sich einige über die gesamte Länge der Federleiste erstrecken und andere kürzer sind und abgestuft und symmetrisch bezüglich der Mitte der Federleiste zwischen den langen Furnierstreifen angeordnet sind, so daß sich ein einer Blattfederanordnung ähnlicher Aufbau ergibt.Bei einer solchen Federleiste weisen die Furnierstreifen eine Dicke von 1,0 bis 1,7 mm auf und die Anzahl der sich über die gesamte Länge der Federleiste erstreckenden Furnierstreifen beträgt fünf bis sieben.
- Diese bekannten Federleisten weisen einige Nachteile auf. Ein Nachteil besteht darin, daß ihre Herstellung auf Schwierigkeiten stößt, weil der zu pressende Stapel von Furnieren unterschiedlich dick ist und er in Preßformen mit gleichmäßigem Radienverlauf nicht gepreßt werden kann. Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, daß der Übergang zwischen den langen und den kurzen Furnierlagen stufig ausgebildet ist, so daß die Federleisten im Bereich der Enden der kurzen Furnierlagen nicht ausreichend verpreßt werden. Dieser Nachteil könnte dadurch behoben werden, daß die Enden der kurzen Furnierlagen angeschäftet werden, welches jedoch mit einem unerwünschten höheren Fertigungsaufwand verbunden ist.
- Ein anderer Nachteil der bekannten Federleisten besteht darin, daß beim Verpacken eines Stapels derselben Schwierigkeiten auftreten, weil der Dickenunterschied des Stapels zwischen der Mitte und den Enden sehr groß ist. Dadurch treten auch erhebliche Schwierigkeiten beim Transport auf.
- Das der Erfindung zugrunde liegende technische Problem besteht deshalb darin, eine Federleiste aus Schichtholz mit progressivem Federungsverhalten zu schaffen, bei deren Herstellung die vorstehend beschriebenen Schwierigkeiten nicht vorhanden sind.
- Dieses technische Problem ist erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß unterhalb der neutralen Zone der Federleiste zwischen den Furnierstreifen symmetrisch bezüglich der Mitte eine Schicht aus wenigstens einer Lamelle angeordnet ist, welche wesentlich dünner als die Furnierstreifen und kürzer als die Länge der Federleiste ist.
- Da bei der erfindungsgemäßen Federleiste die Lamellen zwischen den Furnierstreifen wesentlich dünner als die Furnierstreifen selbst sind, treten die Verbindungsschwierigkeiten zwischen den Enden der Lamellen und der Oberfläche der Furnierstreifen nicht auf.
- Vorteilhafte Einzelheiten der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 6 enthalten. Sie ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Figur gezeigten Ausführungsbeispieles erläutert.
- Die Figur zeigt - nicht maßstabsgerecht - einen Ausschnitt aus dem Schichtenaufbau eines erfindungsgemäßen Federleiste. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel repräsentiert jeder lange Strich einen Furnierstreifen mit der Dicke zwischen 1,0 und 1,7 mm, welcher sich über die gesamte Länge der Federleiste erstreckt. Bei dem gezeigten Aufbau besteht die Federleiste aus fünf Furnierstreifen 1 bis 5. Die neutrale Zone dieses Aufbaus wird durch die strichpunktierte Linie 6 verdeutlicht. Unterhalb derselben sind die kürzeren Lamellen 7,8 und 9 mit einer Dicke von ca.0,2 bis 0,5 mm angeordnet, welche eine unterschiedliche Länge aufweisen. Sie bestehen aus harzgetränktem Zellulospapier oder Glasfasergewebe mit hoher Zugfestigkeit, welche eingefärbt sein können.
- Die Federungseigenschaft der Federleiste kann durch die Anzahl und die Abmessungen der Lamellen eingestellt werden. Unterschiedliche Farben der Lamellen können die unterschiedlichen Federungseigenschaften der Federleisten kennzeichnen.
Claims (6)
- Aus dünnen, miteinander verleimten Furnierstreifen gleichmäßiger Breite bestehende Federleiste aus Schichtholz, deren Dicke von den Enden der Federleiste zu ihrer Mitte hin zunimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der neutralen Zone (6) der Federleiste zwischen den Furnierstreifen (1-5) symmetrisch bezüglich der Mitte eine Schicht aus wenigstens einer Lamelle (7,8,9) angeordnet ist, welche wesentlich dünner als die Furnierstreifen und kürzer als die Länge der Federleiste ist.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die Schicht aus mehreren in ihrer Länge abgestuften Lamellen (7,8,9) besteht. - Federleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Lamellen (7,8,9) zwischen zwei benachbarten Furnierstreifen (4,5) angeordnet sind. - Federleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (7,8,9) auf die Zwischenräume zwischenden Furnierstreifen (3,4,5) verteilt angeordnet sind. - Federleiste nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (7,8,9) aus einem harzgetränktem Zellulosepapier oder Glasfasergewebe mit einer Stärke von 0,2 bis 0,5 mm bestehen. - Federleiste nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lamellen (7,8,9) farbig augebildet sind.
