Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a parking facility, in particular in the manner of a high-bay warehouse, with at least one vehicle parked on a sub-pallet in an entry station to a storage (parking) space or to a storage and retrieval unit that transports to an exit station. The entry and exit station can also be identical.
The idea of designing parking facilities or houses for conventional high-bay warehouses is well known. A vehicle parked on a sub-pallet is taken over by a storage and retrieval unit that can be moved back and forth in the aisles between the parking compartments and transported to the storage area or at the end of the park to the exit station. The storage and retrieval machine will then continue to be used to pick up the unloaded pallets and place them in a storage facility. This type of empty pallet transport or handling, in which the storage and retrieval machine is bound and is not available for parking and unloading, significantly reduces the storage and retrieval performance of such a parking system (by approx. 50%). At the same time, the acceptance of such an automatic parking facility, which depends to a large extent on the waiting times of the user, ie the person looking for a parking space, is reduced.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a parking facility of the type mentioned at the outset with improved storage and retrieval performance.
This object is achieved by an empty pallet handling system that a pallet removal device and a movable, preferably with a lifting device, for. B. in the form of a lifting and lowering lifting table equipped pallet stacking unit. A consistent separation of empty pallet handling and storage and retrieval machine can thus be achieved, the latter no longer being required for the transport of empty pallets, but only for the storage and retrieval of the vehicles to be parked or unloaded. While the pallet removal device takes over the removal of pallets required for storage or the storage of free pallets after parking, the pallet stacking unit is on the one hand ready to receive or deliver the pallets and on the other hand is ready to take a pallet stack to a buffer location or from there in position below to bring the pallet removal device.
According to a proposal of the invention, the pallet removal device can have lateral pallet support elements which extend in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and can be moved apart or towards one another. By moving apart the parallel pallet support elements, sufficient space is created to unload - after the vehicle has moved down from the pallet - the unloaded or empty pallet onto the stacking table underneath in the transfer position or the uppermost one from the table to be able to store already taken over pallets. When the pallet support elements are moved apart, the unloaded pallet rests only on supporting plates which are preferably provided on the pallet support elements. The support plates also serve to hold the top pallet of the pallet stack held on the stacking table - in order to park a vehicle - to decrease; as soon as the pallet support elements are moved towards each other, the support plates penetrate in the plane between the uppermost and the stacked pallet until they carry the upper pallet. With the help of the lifting table of the pallet stacking unit, the remaining stack can then be lowered, whereupon the pallet supporting elements move together completely and take up the pallet to accommodate a new vehicle to be parked.
One embodiment of the invention provides that the pallet support elements can be moved via linear drives, which makes it possible in a simple manner to approach the respective stroke end positions in a targeted manner.
It is advisable to assign holding devices to a pallet stack on its long sides, which can be pivoted, for example, and secure the entire pallet stack in position during its journey to either the buffer location or the emptying position or to a storage location of the pallet stacking units.
A preferred proposal of the invention provides that the lifting device is combined with a rotating device, preferably has a rotating frame. In the cases in which the storage and retrieval station or boxes are located on one side of the shelf aisle in parking garages, the rotating frame carrying the pallet with the parked vehicle enables the user to park his vehicle in the direction of travel rather than reversing . This increases the comfort and security of the parking garage for users and customers.
The lifting device namely allows the pallet with the vehicle parked thereon to be lifted so far from the supporting elements that an unimpeded rotation of the pallet and vehicle is possible through 180 °. For this purpose, the rotating frame can advantageously be provided with a toothed ring which meshes with a drive pinion. After the turning process has been completed, the pallet is lowered again, ie onto the supporting elements discontinued; the user can then leave the removal station or box moving forward. As soon as this is done, the pallet is raised again and rotated again by 180 °. The support elements of the pallet removal device now move apart, and the lifting device can subsequently lower the pallet to the lower level or the pallet stack of the removal station. The support elements are then moved together again so that the retrieval station is ready for the next parking process.

In the area of the parking garage entrance or
Fig. 2) verfahren werden, oder umgekehrt. Fig. 4) angeordnet sind. Below the storage and

Fig. 6). In order to park or store a
Fig. 4).When all the
For parking, a
This ensures that the storage and
Fig. 8) ausgestattet. The
After the load suspension device of the storage and retrieval unit 5 (cf.
