Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a sleeve-shaped printing form, especially for offset printing a metallic material for a forme cylinder Printing machine, starting from a plate-shaped blank, which is clamped in register in a welding device and there the opposite, the beginning and end of the printing form forming plate edges welded by means of a laser beam be so that a printing form sleeve with coherent Circumferential surface arises.
A manufactured by a generic method Offset printing form sleeve is already in the older German Patent application P41 40 768 disclosed. This sleeve is in Connection with a forme cylinder without channel and clamping segment, the z. B. already from the German patent DE-PS 27 00 118 is known, can be used. For this, a plate is placed on both the circumference as well as that of the width of the forme cylinder appropriate size cut and with a register device provided in the form of a fitting hole system using a plate punch. The dimensionally accurate cut, which must be cut to length, takes place using special tin snips and then in register in the form of a sleeve in a welding device clamped. Now you can see the beginning and the end of the Plate edges forming the printing form by means of a preferably Neodymium YAG lasers are longitudinally welded together.
With DE 43 11 078 A1 there is also a device that merely inserts the cut plate requires and after the plate insert the rounding process the plate to the sleeve shape and the exact register-based positioning of the Plate edges forming the beginning and end of the printing form Laser welding enabled, made known.
The to true to length, which must be done very precisely, the Plate shear used is expensive.
Anschließend werden ihre zur Bauteiloberfläche gemessenen Höhenlagen verändert, um die sich gegenüberstehenden Stoßkanten der beiden Blechteile miteinander verschweißen zu können.DE-A-38 28 341 describes a method for welding sheet metal parts by means of a laser, spatial also on spatially shaped sheet metal parts winding welds can be made clean. This will be two Sheet metal parts with mutually overlapping hems in a holding device held immovable to each other. By means of a laser beam in one joint trimming step cuts both sheet metal parts simultaneously. Then their altitudes measured to the component surface changed to the opposing abutting edges of the two sheet metal parts to be able to weld together.
The object underlying the present invention is to be seen in that to improve the generic method in that the tin snips dispensed with and a cost saving can be achieved and still a exact dimensional cutting of the plate-shaped blank is guaranteed.

Laser cutting of flat sheets, even in complicated ones Contours and sharp corners is state of the art. Corresponding the light beam obeys the laws of Optics. So it can be guided with mirrors and lenses and change in cross section almost arbitrarily. Summarized again, they are in contrast punched to the state of the art, but not cut to size Workpieces placed in register in the welding device and only in the clamped state from the laser to the specified one Tailored to measure.

To apply the printing form sleeve to the forme cylinder can known facilities such.
