- the invention is therefore based on the object Agitator mill the prerequisite in the preamble of claim 1 Type in such a way that even when hired a very narrow friction gap of the dynamic Separating device on the one hand a reliable, trouble-free Separation of grinding aids and their Fragments from the millbase suspension occur and on the other hand Maintenance work, especially on the static Separator, can be greatly reduced.
- the agitator mill is the essentially stationary ring dynamic separation device for the compensation of eccentric Manufacturing tolerances in a recess in the housing or floating in a recess fixed to the housing stored. This creates the opportunity the one that forms the dynamic separation device Adjust the friction gap very closely (depending on the application between 0.05 mm and 3 mm).
- the design of the agitator mill is the combination a static and dynamic separation device in particular advantageous. Like those on which the invention is based extensive tests showed, can be such a combination is reliable and almost maintenance-free separation of suspension and grinding aids achieve because the static and the dynamic Separating device in the different operating conditions complement in an ideal way.
- the dynamic separation device free passage opening of the static separation device in addition, the entire opening of the static and dynamic separating device is therefore relatively is large, the pressure build-up remains in operation the agitator mill small. This will largely avoided that fragments of grinding aids entered the static or dynamic separation device pressed become.
- the combined separator also offers the possibility of pseudoplastic or strongly thixotropic To process products without increased pressure, because the dynamic separation device by the resulting Shear gradient thixotropies or structural viscosities breaks down.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rührwerksmühle zur Naßzerkleinerung
von Mahlgut, entsprechend dem Oberbegriff
des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to an agitator mill for wet grinding
of regrind, according to the generic term
of
Agitator mills with a static separation device for example by DE-GM 90 04 117 and DE-A-40 10 926 known. The static separator is passed through a sieve, preferably a slotted sieve, formed that either rotating or stationary is arranged on the outlet side of the grinding chamber. A disadvantage of such designs that the Sieve in the course of a longer operation through auxiliary grinding bodies and their fragments can be clogged and also starting when the agitator mill is switched off and drying out the regrind suspension (together with grinding aids and their fragments) on the sieve can be done, which in unfavorable cases the passage openings the static separators so widely closes that a restart of the agitator mill in front of one intensive cleaning or changing the sieve is excluded. With very narrow openings the static separator also result in Operation high pressure values and high flow velocities, whereby fragments of auxiliary grinding bodies into the Through openings are pressed and the function the separator is significantly affected.
So far in the aforementioned known designs the static separator is arranged rotating is located between this rotating separator and the adjacent stationary housing a sealing gap that is conveniently adjustable in size is (see, for example, Fig. 1 of DE-A-40 10 926). The width of such a sealing gap becomes so narrow set that neither auxiliary grinding media nor regrind can step through.
With the DD-A 45 700 or GB-A-1 080 149 is still a dispersing device known, with a with the agitator shaft conical ring sieve is connected, which follows down to the suction area of one on the agitator shaft attached agitator disc tapers. Between the lower end of the sieve and the agitator shaft here a free annular gap is provided, the two to is three times the width of the largest Grinding media. Through this annular gap can be in operation not only flow the flowing back suspension, but given the width of the annulus, too Grinding media, when the dispersing device is switched on or off come into the area of the annulus through step through the annular gap.
Desweiteren ist aus der US-A-4,067,505 eine Rührwerksmühle
etwa entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches
1 bekannt.
Fig.3) vorhanden. Die dortige dynamische Trenneinrichtung
enthält zwei einen Trennspalt begrenzende Ringe,
nämlich einen drehfest mit einer zylindrischen Hülse
verbundenen inneren Ring sowie einen damit zusammenwirkenden
statischen äußeren Ring, der - gemäß Fig.3 - an
einer Endwand des Gehäuses mittels Schrauben festgeklemmt
ist. Der zwischen diesen beiden Ringen gebildete
Spaltabstand kann zwischen 0,2 und 1 mm betragen. Betrachtet
Furthermore, an agitator mill is known from US-A-4,067,505
approximately according to the preamble of the
The invention is therefore based on the object
Agitator mill the prerequisite in the preamble of
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch das Kennzeichen
des Anspruches 1 gelöst.This object is achieved according to the invention by the indicator
of
In the agitator mill according to the present invention is the essentially stationary ring dynamic separation device for the compensation of eccentric Manufacturing tolerances in a recess in the housing or floating in a recess fixed to the housing stored. This creates the opportunity the one that forms the dynamic separation device Adjust the friction gap very closely (depending on the application between 0.05 mm and 3 mm). In this invention The design of the agitator mill is the combination a static and dynamic separation device in particular advantageous. Like those on which the invention is based extensive tests showed, can be such a combination is reliable and almost maintenance-free separation of suspension and grinding aids achieve because the static and the dynamic Separating device in the different operating conditions complement in an ideal way.
This is also the case when the static separating device dries out a restart of the agitator mill without high Pressure build-up inside the mill possible that in this case the dynamic separation device works freely and thus in the starting phase the regrind suspension through the dynamic separation device can flow. This becomes automatic at the same time (i.e. without special maintenance measures) the static Separation device dried dried suspension and thus the separation device after a short time Flushed free, so that there is an additional one for business interruption leading cleaning process is unnecessary.
Because, on the other hand, in normal operation to the free passage the dynamic separation device free passage opening of the static separation device in addition, the entire opening of the static and dynamic separating device is therefore relatively is large, the pressure build-up remains in operation the agitator mill small. This will largely avoided that fragments of grinding aids entered the static or dynamic separation device pressed become. The combined separator also offers the possibility of pseudoplastic or strongly thixotropic To process products without increased pressure, because the dynamic separation device by the resulting Shear gradient thixotropies or structural viscosities breaks down.
Die erfindungsgemäße Rührwerksmühle zeichnet sich ferner

Fig.2 zeigt die Einzelheiten der statischen und dynamischen Trenneinrichtung der Rührwerksmühle gemäß Fig.1.Fig.2 shows the details of static and dynamic Separating device of the agitator mill according to Fig. 1.
Die statische Trenneinrichtung wird durch das Spaltsieb
20 gebildet, das zylindrisch ausgebildet und koaxial
zur Achse 10 der Welle 3 angeordnet ist. Das
Spaltsieb 20 ist aus dreieckigem Profildraht hergestellt
und weist Trennspalte 20a auf. Diese von relativ
zueinander nicht beweglichen Elementen begrenzten
Durchtrittsöffnungen (Trennspalte 20a) der statischen
Trenneinrichtung (Spaltsieb 20) sind in ihrer Weite so
bemessen, daß das zerkleinerte Mahlgut hindurchtritt,
die Mahlhilfskörper 27 jedoch zurückgehalten werden. The static separator is through the slotted
In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2
