Abstract

Die bekannte Vorrichtung ist in Figur 1 dargestellt. Hinter den Spannbacken 1, 2 ist ein in Längsrichtung verfahrbarer Abisolierkopf 7 vorgesehen, der zwei in querhorizontaler Richtung bewegbare Abisoliermesser 6 enthält und hinter denen der Sensor 8 angeordnet ist. Im Ruhezustand oberhalb des Abisolierkopfes 7 und unmittelbar hinter den Spannbacken 1, 2 ist der Prägesatz 9 angeordnet, der aus zwei Teilen besteht, wobei in der Figur nur das Prägeteil für die abisolierte Leitung dargestellt ist, während das Prägeteil für die,die Isolation umfassenden Lappen, der Einfachheit halber nicht gezeigt ist. Claims (2)

Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Klemmkontakten an elektrische Leiter mit einer aus zwei Spannbacken bestehenden Spanneinrichtung zur Erfassung der eingeführten isolierten Leiter, hinter der etwas abgesetzt zwei gegenphasig bewegbare Abisoliermesser an einem in Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Abisolierkopf angebracht sind, wobei oberhalb des Abisolierkopfes unmittelbar hinter den Spannbacken ein vertikal bewegbarer Prägeeinsatz und darunter ein Amboß angeordnet ist, dem über eine Transporteinrichtung in Streifen aufgeteilte Klemmkontakte zuführbar sind, wobei einer der Spannbacken vertikal bewegbar und der andere Spannbacken feststehend ausgebildet sind, und ein Sensor zur Auslösung des Klemmvorangs am Abisolierkopf befestigt ist, bei der der Prägeeinsatz und der ebenfalls vertikal bewegbare Amboß zweiteilig zur Klemmung von Isolations- und Leitungsklemmlappen der Klemmkontakte ausgebildet sind und die Transporteinrichtung aus einer fest mit dem Amboß verbundenen Bandführungbesteht, auf der das mit Klemmkontakten bestückte Trägerband quer horizontal an der Oberseite des Ambosses vorbei bewegbar ist, wobei an der Oberkante des Ambosses entlang ein Messer zum Abtrennen der Klemmkontakte vom Trägerband vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spannbacken (1,2) der Spanneinrichtung der Zahl der Leiter (5a,5b) entsprechende Halböffnungen (3a,3b,4a,4b) für die Aufnahme mehrerer nebeneinander liegender Leiter (5a,5b) aufweist, daß die Abisoliermesser (6a,6b) mit der Zahl der Leiter entsprechenden halbkreisförmigen Schnittkanten (17) versehen und zueinander vertikal bewegbar ausgebildet sind, und daß ein Prägeeinsatz (9) undein Amboß (12) für mehrere Leiter gemeinsam vorgesehen ist.

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jedem Leiter (5a,5b) ein Sensor (8a,8b) zugeodnet ist.
