Definitions
- the invention relates to a cushion element according to the Preamble of the main claim.
- a cushion element e.g. B. a mattress that is striven for by a low Maximum pressure and a high support factor.
- a low maximum pressure is important for unimpeded blood circulation.
- the size of the Support factor indicates how far the lumbar region compared to the buttocks region by the Spring properties of the lying system is supported.
- a high support factor is made from biomechanical and orthopedic view to protect the spine and the intervertebral discs desirable while a lower Maximum pressure reduced circulatory disorders.
- a high support factor usually supports the spine good off, but leaves the body above all on the protrusions not sink deep enough. Muscle tension and pressure pains can result be.
- the sleeper is subconsciously trying to Pain point due to frequent changes of position and Dodge body rotation so that sleep depth and Suffering from comfort. Especially older ones People whose muscles are no longer as elastic is due to the lack of sinking depth a mattress that is too hard will feel very disturbed.
- a low maximum pressure of the mattress takes that Body up to its depth and thus ensures for an effective pressure relief of the Skin, but not the spine, because through that deep sinking especially of the buttocks creates a unstable posture, the safe storage of the Spine according to its natural curvature prevented. It also prevents too soft Mattress the necessary spontaneous movements. Similar Troughs and hollows are problematic because they the body also in a certain posture Promote constraints and spinal twists.
- a foam spring body for mattresses which consists of a tubular foam part, the wall of which is additionally provided with a large number of openings and cavities.
- tubular spring bodies tend to have undesirable kink properties. If, in addition, the wall material is weakened by incisions and openings, this kinking property is increased so that optimal support cannot take place.
- a foam core is used in the tubular spring body provided with diamond-shaped openings, this foam core must also be used be soft "resilient as the tubular spring body, to avoid that when pressure is applied from above - seen across the entire width of the entire spring body - pressure peaks arise in the middle of the spring body, leading to a lead nail-like "total support.
- the spring bodies are so close together that they influence each other when deflected, that is, the point elasticity is eliminated.
- the invention has for its object to spring bodies create a punctual, soft and yet strongly supportive Allow cushioning of the body lying on, so that hereby optimal values for support factor, maximum pressure, pressure distribution and contact surface is reached.
- spring elements are created that achieve maximum load-bearing capacity.
- the spring elements do not break out during compression, but their full elasticity is made available as a supporting spring element.
- the selected cylinders are therefore made from the highest density with the highest possible softness, with density of more than 50 kg / m 3 serving as a guideline for compression hardnesses of less than 5.0 kPa.
- the spring elements can be higher in weight than the base, but are always considerably softer than this.
- the cushion element base is a preferred component for a mattress with orthopedically correct ones Values and it is always much harder than that actual spring elements, and the cushion element base takes over wherever none Slatted frames can be used, e.g. B. in Hospital area, the suspension function of the Slatted frame.
- a cushion element suggested that a high body contour adjustment with honer pressure relief and good Supporting effect with simultaneous lumbar extension, still a good and sufficient Air conditioning is achieved.
- the cushion element base is used to hold the Spring elements, the base of one, two or several layers arranged one on top of the other or layers or components can exist.
- the basic tendency of this cushion element base is the greater hardness or strength compared to the base arranged spring elements, and the Upholstery element base serves to build the hard Part of the mattress, bed, cushion element or Like.
- the height of the cushion element base can be about 30 up to 70% of the total height of the actual upholstery element be.
- the base can consist of products from the foam family open or closed cell Soft and hard foam. But it can also be made from fiber-based raw materials. Both the foams and the fiber base can be made from natural as well as synthetic Raw materials.
- the individual layers the upholstery element base can be in structure and Material can be designed variably and the overall basis can be perforated, perforated, punched or Milling or additional cavities be.
- a harder base Preferably a harder base and one suggested a softer upper base, so that a progressive elasticity is achieved.
- the suspension system is based on the cushion element arranged, which consists of individual spring bodies.
- suspension system On a own, for example made of woven, knitted, fleece od. Like. Apply existing base course, wherein this layer then on top of the cushion element base is launched.
- the spring body can on the supporting layer, i.e. H. either on the upholstery element base or on that for them provided base layer, thereby be fixed, that they z. B. are glued that they Velcro have or that they are in corresponding Recesses fit an elastic base layer are.
- the spring bodies are preferably made of PUR foam or latex.
- the spring elements serve the desired elastic properties and wide additional properties such as pressure relief in decubitus prophylaxis and therapy too cause. They also serve this purpose, also based better support to increase comfort, the z. B. by a "soft", pleasant lumbar extension the spine is effected. You can be round, oval or double-conical. Important is that with the spring bodies a combination achievable from formula elasticity and volume elasticity is. Elasticity is the ability of a body, by external forces or Moments caused shape or volume changes undo, d. H. its before applying external form in terms of all dimensions and angles again to assume. If only the shape changes, so one speaks of a formula elasticity, changes but also the size of the spring body, so one speaks of volume elasticity.
- the dimensioning of the smallest spring body, and indeed of a circular, elastic Shaped body, starts at a diameter of z. B. approx. 25 mm.
- the spring body can be even or according to a specific requirement profile be arranged adapted. It is also planned that the spring body within a mattress or an upholstered part made of different materials can exist, both in terms of their material composition, their static Construction, as well as within their arrangement on the Upholstery element base. They can also be replaced easily and be adapted with it.
- the upholstery element structure thus produced consisting of made of cushion element base and a suspension system, consisting of individual spring bodies that are not are interconnected, and evenly or partially (e.g. with recesses) on the base of the cushion element are applied consisting of Foam of all kinds, latex, are the elements the invention.
- Another cover with upholstery materials can be useful for different purposes. Indeed is also sense of the invention that this structure is directly covered with a covering made of fabrics, Knitted fabrics, cotton fleece etc. In many cases the overall construction will have a frame, which can be of different strengths. Depending on the application however, it may also be useful to to renounce this.
- the individual spring bodies are arranged so that - especially when it is deflected - not affect each other or very little influence, so that a high point elasticity is achieved will, d. H. everyone reacts to stress Spring body individually and so supports or springs every part of the body elastic, so that about the entire cushion element has an extremely high point elasticity is achieved.
- 1 denotes a base part, that can consist of one layer or according to Fig. 2 from the two arranged one on top of the other Layers 6 and 7 is formed.
- the base part is box-shaped formed, the size of the actual recess 9 can be different, d. H. yourself in extends approximately over the entire length of the base part or even only part of the length, which then in should be cushioned in a special way.
- the actual suspension part 2 placed that in the illustrated embodiment consists of a base layer 8, for example a textile fabric web, knitted fabric or the like. or an elastic base layer can, are placed on the spring body 4.
- the Spring bodies 4 can be on the base layer 8 be glued on, clipped on or fitted in, and it is possible in the same way, the spring body 4th also directly on the top of the base part 1 to apply.
- the actual spring body 4 can be designed differently and as an embodiment are the spring bodies 4a and 4b shown, the spring body 4 essentially are cylindrical and thus in essentially only material-elastic are, while the spring body 4b an additional Has elasticity of form due to the different Design is achieved. Also can as shown in the spring body 4a, the spring body made up of different layers be.
- the suspension part is on the suspension part a layer of cushioning materials 5 applied and the overall structure is covered by a coating 3.
- the upholstery material 5 at the same time like a quilt in the cover 3 is incorporated.
