Claims (4)

  1. Rotationsprägevorrichtung zur fortlaufenden Ausbildung mindestens eines Einprägestegs auf einem Kartonzuschnitt (4) mittels zweier Prägeprofile aufweisender Drehzylinder (1, 2), zwischen denen der Kartonzuschnitt (4) eingeklemmt ist, wobei der eine Zylinder (1) ein erstes erhabenes Prägeprofil (5) und der andere Zylinder (2) ein zweites eingesenktes Prägeprofil (3) hat und der Querschnitt des eingesenkten Profils (3) zwei gegnüberliegende, insbesondere im wesentlichen parallele Seiten von der Breite (a) des zu bildenden Einprägestegs besitzt und das erhabene Profil (5) einen Querschnitt besitzt, der aus zwei im wesentlichen in radialer Richtung verlaufenden Seiten (9) besteht, die um eine geringere Distanz (b) als diejenige der Seiten des eingesenkten Profils (3) voneinander entfernt sind und sich vom Zylinder (1) weg erstrecken und auf die mindestens eine Fase (11, 11a, 11b) folgt, die um einen spitzen Winkel (α) gegenüber jeder Seite (9) geneigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Fasen (11) bezüglich jeder Seite (9) um einen Winkel (α), der zwischen 30° und 60° beträgt, geneigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des eingesenkten Profils (3) an seiner Oberseite über mindestens eine Fase (10, 10a) mit der Zylinderoberseite (2) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fase eine durchgehen konvexe Linie (10a) bildet.
